I sent my daughter there. She bought some gel and decided to purchase some ambi skincare cream. When she got home, I look at the receipt, only to find out that they charged her $19.98 for the two ambi’s. Where they do that at. So I took the products back to the store and ask the lady to ring up the Ambi. It rung up $4.98. So I asked her why did they charge my daughter $19.98, she said she didn’t know. So she called the man up front. He came up talking about that’s the price and he’s not changing it. That I could get something else in the place of it. I didn’t want anything in its place. I wanted them to correct their mistake. There’s great customer service when you’re buying. But if you have an issue,the service change with a quickness.

I bought a wig for $107 this morning and was told that it was a human wig. I went home to bleach it, and it didn’t react at all. I went back to request a refund and was promptly denied and told not to bleach it. Just called my bank and they’re refunding my money.I highly suggest to not trust any hair at this store. Remember that you can always call your bank and dispute the charge and be refunded.

They a good store just don’t open on time

Great hair selection, but poor customer service skills. Simply RUDE and they had absolutely no reason to be (towards me). The mother & daughter are dismissive and seem as if they dont wanna be bothered. The daughter even said Im just irritated. Idk why Im so irritated. They need to work on being friendlier.

They have a variety of different things that the other suppliers dont have and the owner will get what you came there to buy and he didnt have it....

I cant shop here without spending a $100! Not due to prices. Thats just it, everything is such a bargain, you will end up buying more than you need!!

They have alot of hair but, braiding hair I buy just 99cent a pack and she told me they price 1.99 a pack not a lot of hair in the packaging.
