I came in here for a nail file, but I decided to walk around the store. I had to find something else to purchase because you cant use your card for any purchase under $5.50. It seem like everything was packed in this store, and every black haircare product that I was used to was NOT sold in here. They were also expensive! Not only that, all of the lip liners were very dark. Also, it was like the cashier was trying to force me to purchase something, even though I used nothing in this store. I ended up purchasing lip cream and liner (that was to dark for me), in addition to the nail file. I liked my lip cream. Thats it.

Horrible store! Have gone in there several times. Once, when picking up any item for somebody, I was comparing the item to the picture that theyd sent me in my phone. The owner, a Korean man, accused me of trying to steal & compare the items price to the price elsewhere AFTER Id shown him the picture of the item, and the text message along with it. I just wanted to make that it was the correct item considering Id never seen or heard of it before. He was extremely rude & extremely hostile! He states i dont like people trying to compare prices in my store. If thats the case, you can get out & buy product elsewhere👀👀👀I told the owner that because of his rudeness & accusations, I would not return to the store again, & I havent. Theyve totally lost my business as a customer & I used to purchase from them very often. The workers are EXTREMELY rude & ratchet & EXTREMELY unprofessional! They have the most nastiest attitudes as well. (Dont get me wrong, Its not all of them, but its definitely MOST of them.) I wouldnt recommend ANYBODY to shop here. PLEASE SPENDYOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE & WITH SOMEBODY WHO APPRECIATES YOUR BUSINESS & DOESNT STEREOTYPE (& YES! I meant exactly that).

They have everything you need. They also have excellent help. If you need any hair supply they have what you need

My daughters and I enjoy coming to this beauty supply store because they ladies always help and answer the 50 million questions.

Please shop elsewhere if you purchase something and its nothing like the picture once you open it you cant return it. Even when it clearly isnt used or worn. You can clearly see that I havent worn the puffs. No manager on site so the girl calls the manager she didnt even talk to me. Its always to be rude to someone when you have someone else doing your dirty work. As a customer I would rather be appreciated and a company right their wrong. Any other store if a product isnt as pictured you can return it. And I had my receipt that was the reason she said she couldnt return it at first.

I remember coming into this store last year. Im not from Starkville, but had friends going to MSU. One was getting her hair done, so they came here. I was following her around, helping her pick the hair I thought would be best. I picked up some hair growth pills for my natural hair. As we walked I was looking at the ingredients, and decided I no longer wanted the product. It had no real shelf spot so I placed it anywhere. We get to the counter and the guy accuses me of stealing. He asked me what did you do with the item you had in your hand?. I told him I put it down. He asked if I could go get it, so I went to the location and brought it back. Then he asked to check my purse. I refused. I wasnt stealing so there was no need to check my purse with my valuables in it. I could see if I went in with a flat purse, and tried to walk out with a full one. I only touched one damn item. Will I go back? Nope. Never. Not even if this was the last beauty supply store on Earth. Very rude and very racist. Stereotypical asians from Dont be a Menace to South Central while drinking your juice in the Hood.

The workers are awful. They are unhelpful and childish. The manger is not ever in to make sure the employees are treating the customers fairly. They have good hair and products, but the awful the service is so awful, I want to stay away.
