I dont feel they pay much attention to there customers and what the cars issues and to take care of them properly.

End result has been above expectation however its a place you must plan for. Very time consuming for an oil change, new wiper blades and tire rotation. Did get a free car wash which was much appreciated.

These guys made buying a car fun and alot less stressful than I expected! Their classy, friendly staff made it a good experience. We had to wait awhile till my car was ready but they filled my gas tank and even gave us some lunch compliments of Mike. Reid, my salesman was not too pushy like some others Ive dealt with. Ellen was great at explaining the paperwork and answering my questions. Would definitely work with them again!

Look very hard to find reasons not to pass a car inspection. Rejected inspection because of windshield wipers. Wanted to charge $18 for labor just to install the wipers. Told them the wipers worked fine on way to get car inspected and if I needed them, even Autozone or Advanced Auto would install them free. They didnt care and still failed the car inspection. Seems like many want to find ways to extort money from people just because they are enabled by a government that uses safety as a way to extort more money as well calling it auto inspections... Think twice and if you do go here for an inspection, be prepared for them to find anything they can to get you to have them work on your car...

I had a Mercedes-Benz that I always had serviced there. Excellent service at very reasonable prices. They always provided me with a loaner car if I needed it.

When my wife broke down in Altoona and Courtesy said they couldnt work on her 2001 Infiniti, Nissan of State College stepped right in and took on the task. They were quick to diagnose the issue, acquire parts and I even got the car back sooner than promised. A real life saver. We will be back to visit their service dept. again

Typical car dealership. Say that theyre the best within 300 miles around cant beat their deals which is a bunch of bull.

My dealing with them have been great they are a great bunch of people . They go out of there way to get you what you want and they make sure you are 100% satisfied.

This dealer will sell you terrible condition cars after they tell you they went through a numerous amount of tests and reviews. Do yourself a favor and never buy from them. They will only make you feel stupid for making a reasonable offer and then take your money. 6 months into it, you will put more than $1,000 dollars into your car and be down the creek without a paddle.
