Great service! Im a student at Penn State and my car battery died unexpectedly Saturday night. After jump starting my car Sunday morning I was able to go to Advanced Auto Care to purchase a new battery and a free installation! This helped me out so much and the workers were more than helpful assisting me. 10/10

The battery in my car didnt seem to be in great shape, so I brought it here to have it tested. Spencer tested the battery, confirmed it was failing, and replaced it, all within a reasonable amount of time. Friendly customer service and overall a great experience.

Advancev Auto gets the 4 stars but the few guys working that night do not. They seemed more worried about getting me out of the store and going home. I was talking to my girl and I asked the gentleman for a cabin air filter he sold me an air filter for the motor...but by the time I noticed it they had already closed and locked the doors so I had to wait two days to be able to go back and the part and get the correct one I needed. Glad those guys r working during these sometimes shaky ground we r all on. Could do them well to understand they have a job because of the customers coming in to the store

Took my vehicle here to get the battery replaced. The gentleman didnt even put the cover back on the battery, I had to do it myself back at home. I would not recommend this place if they cant even do something as simple as put the cover back on the battery I just paid $160 for.

Stopped in to get some supplies to restore my hazy headlights. I picked out what I thought I needed but Im no grease monkey. The guy behind the counter told me to put most of the stuff back, told me what I really needed, and described the best technique to achieve the desired results. He even recommended a YouTube video. Really helpful. The store is well stocked for most of your automotive needs.

I walked in today (Sunday midday) and was helped immediately. An employee, Chuck, suggested multiple approaches to solving a mold issue in my car, and seemed happy to answer all of my questions. I was not pressured into buying anything, merely pointed toward options. Chuck even walked me out to my car to point out things I should look for in the problem vehicle left at home. I consider this superior service, thank you!

The manager Chuck went above and beyond to help us when we had car troubles while we were in town for a wedding. He helped us figure out what the problem was, recommend a shop that could do the work, and within a few hours we were good to go. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable people.

Doing some redneck body work on my ram, a lot has changed since the last time Ive done this. The guy that helped me was extremely helpful on getting my project started. All the associates were all the ball and seemed as equally competent on the items they sell, when it comes to product knowledge.

Great experience here this weekend! I needed to replace my windshield wiper and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The guy who helped me was super nice and quick. Will definitely come here again!

A good place for your car needs. They have a wide variety items and parts for vehicles. They can order in items not in store. The staff is friendly and approachable. Being a woman, it is nice to go to a parts store that doesnt dismiss or treat you differently because of being a female talking about car stuff.

Im from out of town. Advance Auto provided excellent speedy service. Quickly tested my battery, made recommendation and installed a new one. All inside 20 minutes. Im back on the road with no worries.

The counter person was rude and arrogant. He told me I should know my own parts and that it wasnt his job to know stuff about cars.

Great Experience! My battery died during a recent cold snap and I had to call AAA to get a jump start. I drove to Advance Auto Parts to test my battery and found out it was dead after only 7 months. Dave was behind the counter. He answered all of my questions and installed the battery despite the bitter cold. I highly recommend Advance to anyone who needs help maintaining their car this winter!

Needed my car battery to be tested since it seemed over be running low. Tech tested my battery, helped me pick out a new one compatible with my car, and provided free installation. He was friendly and answered any questions I had. In and out in 20 minutes.

My go-to auto parts store in town. Prices are good and the staff is generally pretty knowledgeable. Be aware that their store-brand tools and things are pretty junk quality. But if you need a hard-to-find part, theyre a good bet.

Kind of in a desperate situation--from out of state, taking care of a new grandbaby, and my car battery is dead as a doornail! I have no other vehicle to jump start so that I can drive the 4 blocks to this store to buy a new battery. I called to see if anyone would be willing to take their break/lunch hour to bring and install a new battery (for which I would be willing to pay generously for their time!) The corporate answer: No, it has to be in our parking lot. Thanks, but this does NOT help me! What has happened to good old common sense and courtesy?

Just started working here and I like it. Good bunch of guys working with what we have so plz be patient...People need to know that this plAce isnt where u come if you need your car fixed. This is the place you come when you need your car fixed and you know whats wrong with your vehicle. We supply the parts you would need AFTER you determine whats wrong with it. We have 2 diagnostic machines that can tell u if your battery, alternator and starter needs replaced. We have another mAchine that taps into your vehicle computer system and gets the code on your vehicle computer system of what that computer system deems faulty with your vehicle. These are very specific diagnostic tools to which you should be able to determin if these tools can be useful to u or not.
