Diana and her team are absolutely amazing! This was my first and only stop for wedding dress shopping and I am so happy that I said yes to the dress here! With it being my first appointment, Diana really listened to what I was looking for in a dress and found what I look and feel amazing in! To make it even better, we were also able to get all my bridesmaids dresses and a flower girl dress the same day. Our appointment was fun and memorable from start to finish. Do not go here!! They have TERRIBLE customer service. My family has at-risk individuals so I asked staff if they would wear a mask when I entered. The delta variant is highly contagious and has led to multiple deaths amongst fully-vaccinated individuals - this should not matter as it SHOULDN’T be considered a big deal to wear a mask for two minutes while I pay no matter the circumstances. Instead the manager went on a tirade at me for five minutes about how their owner doesn’t require them to wear masks regardless of what the CDC says. When I asked to talk to the owner towards the end of my fitting she decided to yell at me for another 20 minutes about how she didn’t need to require masks in her store. The employee behind the counter looked shocked and said, “she’s not trying to be mean, she talks like this to me all the time.” I don’t care about personality, but it is RUDE to scream at someone for something so benign. I literally stood their crying in my wedding dress being asked to justify why I needed them to wear a mask. This is terrible customer service. When I asked to just take my dress and go, the owner chased me out of the store to say “I feel bad for you. I don’t feel bad for not wearing a mask, but I feel bad for you. You’re very abrasive.” Do not go here. You deserve to be treated with decency and kindness around your wedding. You deserve to have customer service that cares about the customer more than they care about taking a stand against the CDC.

From prom, to bridesmaid, to MOH, to now bridal- I’ve used diamonds and lace for nearly a decade. The store is beautiful, the selection is great, and the overall atmosphere of the store is inviting. The ladies are super helpful and knowledgeable.I came in for my wedding dress with really random vague ideas, but Diana -in literally two minutes- found the dress, overlay skirt, arm piece and veil to create the exact look I was envisioning! Super happy to be working with them.

Came here for my little sisters dress fitting and her fitter was so accommodating and really listened and paid attention to what style my sister was looking for and what looks were flattering for her body type. We had a great time and my sister was all smiles!

The ladies are so nice and helpful. Its beautiful in there. Jenni helped me find my dream dress and was so accommodating. Her personality was so bubbly and hilarious and she never made me feel rushed which plays a huge factor in where you put your time and money into when trying to find the perfect dress! If you leave diamonds and lace unimpressed you didnt go with the right attitude!

Im very concerned by the attitude of the staff toward requests to wear masks. If customer service is meant to be a priority, and a customer expresses concern for their health and safety and asks for staff to wear masks for the limited time required for interaction, it shouldnt be that big a deal. This is especially the case when, for a wedding coming up in the near term, elderly family members will be in attendance. The last thing a member of the wedding should have to worry about is if theyve accidentally become a carrier for COVID, vaccinated or otherwise. Instead, when asked about wearing masks, the staff was defensive, insulting, abrasive, and belittling. They continued to insist on the role of the customer to accept that they, as owners and staff, will not wear masks. Its a very poor hill to fight over, especially for a single appointment.

This is where I bought my wedding dress! Out of all the places I went, Diamond and Lace Bridal had the best service! They only selected dresses for me to try on that were within or close to my budget and also picked dresses using my style preferences. When trying on dresses the consultant (Mae) was excellent! She is friendly, fun, and knowledgable! She helped me try on and get out of all of the dresses, she dressed them up with different accessories, gave her opinion and advice on which dresses looked the best, and she made the experience fun and stress-free! Not only did I find the perfect dress, I found the perfect place to get a beautiful wedding dress and to be treated like the bride should be treated!

My daughters entire appointment felt rushed & impersonal. She wasnt allowed to browse & her consultant brought HER picks to my daughter. To top it off, the consultant was in jeans & flip flops. Not a fan & will not recommend to anyone.

The staff at Diamonds & Lace stopped at nothing to make sure my wedding dress was exactly what I wanted. From the moment I tried the first one on, to the day I walked out with my altered gown, they were fantastic! I did my alterations on site and everything was prefect. The selection of gowns is incredible and the people cant be beat. If youre engaged and looking for a dress, youve GOT to stop in to Diamonds & Lace.

Went here with my cousin to pick out her wedding dress. Clean, nice selection, good lighting, distinctly bridal ambiance, and the assistant was very helpful and chipper. Their prices seemed very decent, though Im not super familiar with this type of thing. They had a good selection of special occasion dress that was all very pretty

Horrible service, if you are not purchasing a wedding dress they are not gonna give you attention that’s how I felt, I was there on my own … got helped at the beginning and then I got answers like that’s what we have … no effort to help me at all.

First bridal shop stop to look at dresses for my daughters wedding. Was very happy with the excellent selection. The bridal consultant had my daughter fill out a form as to what she would like in a gown and told us to look through the dresses and pick as many as we would like. Then she also pulled gowns that she thought she would like.She tried on 10 to 12 gowns and narrowed it down to 3. Then she said yes to the dress to that special one . The consultant was very impressive and helpful. I would highly recommend this bridal shop and thank you Sydney and Dianne. Ill be back to look at Mother of the bride dresses. 5 stars plus. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

AMAZING STAFF!! Went in looking for a Homecoming dress for my daughter. Variety of dress to choose from, great prices - and SUPER HELPFUL friendly group of ladies. Everyone I encountered at Diamonds and Lace Bridal was so incredibly kind and helpful and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress! I must have tried on 60+ dresses at other boutiques, but the women at Diamonds and Lace are just so incredibly knowledgeable and talented that they knew exactly how to help me find the perfect one! They helped me to Facetime my mom so she could be a part of the process, and their alterations process is so wonderfully stress-free! Their prices are more than reasonable, and they have a fantastic selection of dresses. Plus, their shop is the cutest bridal shop Ive ever been to!

I had a great experience at this store. They have very beautiful and different looking gowns, which is what I was looking for. I never felt pressured to buy a dress. I actually bought my dress 2 months after I went there the first time. I shopped in other stores but never had the same experience as I did at this shop. The employees are very friendly and very classy. I liked that they knew what looked good on me and found my dress. I would recommend this shop because you know what you are getting with them and they are the only shop that I felt was very honest.

I love this shop. I am the mother of the bride who just got married 2 days ago. The women who work in this shop are knowledgeable, kind, so helpful. Dianna, the owner, was able to solve glitches that came up from time to time in an INSTANT! We are so grateful to her, to Skye and all the girls/ladies who helped us. The selection of dresses for all attendants, & especially brides, is wonderful. We found my daughters dress within an hour, and are so pleased (it is a Justin Alexander gown.) Alterations on site were very good, and dont be worried about the parking. If you cant find a spot right in front of this quaint little shop, there is parking on side streets that is easy to access. I am a seamstress living in the Harrisburg area. I had a bride who was so in love with the Stella York gown that she purchased from Diamonds and Lace. As I was doing her alterations, noticed that she was missing a button. With little time to spare, I phoned the boutique. Angie Hane, a Manager here was quick to respond to my request. She found our client an extra button and popped it in the mail right away! I cant tell you how much my bride and I appreciated that! KUDOS ANGIE!!!!!

I was so nervous to go try on dresses but Mae (and all of the other staff around us) made me feel so comfortable and beautiful! She was so open to all of my worries and inputs and made the whole experience truly one of a kind! I went from feeling awkward and uncomfortable to beautiful and excited. Since my visit, we have spoken on the phone and she was able to answer all of my (annoying) questions to ease my mind that this is 100% the best choice I could make!

Everyone is super helpful and friendly and I love the selection they have. They really listened to what I wanted and had great suggestions. Mae was wonderful. We cant thank her enough. We were about to give up hope. But we walked in showed her what we were looking for and were in and out with a brides dress and 3 bridesmaid dresses. It was such a good experience.

My bridesmaids and I were here the day after Black Friday and even though it was fairly busy, we never felt rushed or unwelcome. Mae was absolutely phenomenal, bringing me dress after dress, offering honest feedback, and never showing impatience even though we ended up being there for over two hours because they decided to try bridesmaid dresses too. My budget was on the lower side and they still did a great job finding beautiful dresses within my limit. (No you probably wont find dresses as cheaply as you might at Davids, but that should be expected when its not a chain store.) Alterations are not included which I was a little disappointed about but they DO give you a discount if you have them done there. When I bought my dress they were holding a drawing where you could even win your wedding gown. Overall I was pleased with my experience at Diamonds and Lace.

Went there on the only day i could to look for a dress. Girl had me fill out the card like normal. Another girl behind the counter said hello, she then ask the other girl do you want me to take her. The first girl sighed and said no like it was such a hassle for her to help me. She left us alone then only coming back to see for seconds at a time. Then the manager came back to say she was gonna help us along because there was an appointment coming in. Ok at least she helped us. Im not saying not go, but Im a bigger girl... Im saying watch out because depends on who you get they are body shammers.I will say this thanks for the rush it sent me to another store and found my dream dress.

I went looking for my dress for the first time tonight and to my surprise I actually carried a dress out of the store with me. The owner, Diana, is who helped me, and she is so wonderful! She really knows what she is doing. I showed her some pictures of the look and feel of my wedding and we were whipping through the whole store in a matter of minutes. I was in my first dress in about ten minutes or less and the dress was wonderful. All the dresses she had me try were great, but both her and I knew it was the one when I tried it on. She really listened to what I had to say and the feedback I was giving her to find the perfect dress for me. It was nice to go to a place and feel like they actually care about YOUR wedding! Its just so nice to have someone completely listen to what you want and dont want and she actually gave an honest opinion. I hate those stores where people say oh you look great when really you dont. She actually told me in a nice way if it wasnt the right fit for me or something didnt look right and I appreciate that. The dress I got she had 2 of so I was able to buy the stock gown at a huge discount and it was only tried on about 3 times! I will be going back closer to my wedding for alterations, and I cant wait! Horrible customer service. Nobody greeted us, nobody at the counter, had to try to grab someone walking around to try a dress on. They said there were no rooms open but took the dresses, next thing you know theyre giving the dresses to another girl to try on! These were ones on sale they only had one of of course...when we said something she basically brushed it off and gave it to the other girl anyway. So rude. And no place to sit for girls trying on prom dresses. The girls have to walk in front of other women trying on wedding dresses which I think looks terrible. For how much a dress is youd think they could afford seating or a separate area from trying prom dresses on. Bad experience.

So SO happy with my experience here! There was a miscommunication about my appointment time and i showed up at 7 (when i thought my appointment was) and they said they actually close at 7! At first i was disappointed when they said here you can look at these dresses but then they let me try on NOT ONLY the 4 my entourage picked out but also like 3 or 4 more that they picked out!They stayed PAST closing on a friday night and that meant SO much to me.And to top it all off i *might* have found THE dress.Seriously cant thank these ladies enough.

I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews stating the workers/owner acted snobby but the glowing reviews made me want to at least stop in and browse. I went on a Saturday and they were booked with appointments (I didnt realize you had to make one) but they got me set up with a fitting room quickly and helped me with trying on dresses. They never once made me feel like garbage. In fact they helped me choose dresses that best fit my figure. The owner was incredibly polite and helpful in choosing dresses to try on.

The sales women were nice initially, but once they got us to make the purchases for the bridesmaids dresses they were rude any time we had questions. The biggest blunder is they ordered the wrong dress, which I happened to catch before it was too late and they werent at all apologetic! Such a fake nice that it could really ruin the wedding experience.
