I went to Albrecht to seek options for a hearing loss that I have had most of my life. I was pleasantly surprised with the care I received from Albrecht! Bethany was fantastic and efficient. She recommended hearing aids that fit my needs and budget. During the fitting a real ear measurement was preformed, and Bethany did a wonderful job programming my new hearing aids. I had multiple follow up visits for adjustments and Bethany had a mold remade for me and got me a different color HA that better suited me. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I cant express how happy I am with my overall experience. I highly recommend to anyone new to hearing aids to ensure you get quality care! And my health insurance through the university saved me some money, too!!

I was really worried about getting my hearing checked, fearing I was losing my hearing and would need big bulky hearing aids. Boy was I wrong, I came in and got a comprehensive hearing test that checked my entire range of hearing in sound booth of sorts that made it possible for me to be tested correctly (compared to walking into a big box store setting).I was found to be damaged in a single range (wear your ear protection while using small 2 stroke engines guys, it woulda saved me a ton of hassle). The staff worked up options, presented me what I could do and what price points.After that it was easier than I thought, I was custom fitted for hearing aids, which btw interface with my smart phone so I can hear perfectly without anyone even knowing I have them on (theyre close to the color of my hair), they helped me setup everything, interface it with my phone, gave me a care package of resources to help with cleaning, maintaining and adjusting them. And then because of the price point I choose, I got free cleanings and adjustments for a few years. Its been very helpful and NOT having to say what?, could you repeat that? and I didnt catch what you said? almost every sentence has been a dream come true. After almost 15 years of hearing issues, I now have basically none (and my hearing aids work with my headphones, phone and TV so there is no static feedback that I was very worried about).Life is good and Im very glad they were able to improve my life to this degree, they also are in a very convenient location and have their own parking on Westerly Parkway.Hope that helps some folks stuck on the fence about going or not. I waited from 2005 till 2019 to go. I really wish I hadnt waited so long because I was worried what Id find out. Thank you!

I liked completing patient questionnaire at home before the appointment.Dr. was on time for appointment. Also, I had a number of dates and times to choose from when scheduling my appointment.Dr. Bottorf was gentle when working with my ears. She always explained what she was doing .

I brought my 92 year old uncle for a hearing test and new hearing aids. I was very pleased with the test they gave and the procedure taken to fit him for his aids. Hes hearing things he hasnt heard in a long time. Highly recommend!

I know people gave great an they r amazing people to work with better than most Drs this my story I arrived April 1 2021 to there office I let them know I was there I was taken in almost Immediately theyre friendly I was scared out of my mind about this I knew I had problems But Bethany made me feel comfortable she has a nice smile an a reassuring way an that she could help me I have tinnitus an some hearing loss an needing hearing aides that would help. I took the jump I cant begin to tell how much it has changed my life in just a couple hours my voice went ten Octaves but I felt Calmer over the next 24 hrs I hadnt realized I was avoiding going outside avoiding social gatherings, people dont being around people who are loud, and being in quiet places always was Torture now I can sit an read with no TV, radio etc I didnt realize how agitated I was by the end of the day but after getting the hearing aides everything has changed I wasnt so tired at the end of the day and I wasnt so snappy but it gets better I could sleep without a TV at night an I wasnt being woken by that high pitched noise in my head 10 times a night. most mornings I feel rested no more needing naps during the day .and In one short afternoon Dr Bethany Tessitore changed my life an Brought me peace that I hadnt had in 20 years

We went to Albrecht hoping to find out what options were available and how much we needed to save. I have almost normal hearing except for tinnitus thats so loud it cant be masked when sound is at a damaging level. Quiet is unbearable and listening is exhausting and frustrating from energy spent coping with tinnitus and trying to hear through the noise. Everyone at Albrecht was friendly and spoke clearly, yay low stress interactions. Bethaney is fantastic - kind, empathetic and smart. Shes easy to talk to and let us know about financial help. That afternoon I walked out with a pair fitted! Truly above and beyond.I cant begin to tell you what a relief these hearing aids are. The tinnitus is still loud but suddenly Im not alone in my head with an awful noise. Heres a toolbox of options with apps, adjustable programs, and better hearing. The hearing aids fill in sounds that were missing and then make everything sound better so my brain can focus on life instead of this terrible screeching noise. In fact, we have new friends because someone who said hi was able to get my attention! :) Im more relaxed, happier to interact with people, not dreading silence. Well, theres no such thing as silence for me, but now theres help. Its life changing. And the best part so far is just being able to sit still and relax with family.

I found Albrecht audiology because they handle Etymotic musicians earplugs and I transferred my care to them because they do real ear measurements and have expertise in handling the hearing problems of musicians. (They are also very helpful and friendly.)

The definition of locals supporting locals. We needed clear masks that would allowed someone we were communicating with to read our lips and they gracefully gave us access to their supply given we were in a pitch and did not anticipate this need or getting the clear masks on time for the meeting. The best people. Highly recommend! 🙂

As always, my mothers visit to Albrecht was very thorough and helpful. Shes hearing well again after more than a year in Covid lockdown.

Lovely staff, very patient. They really take their time, and are knowledgeable about all types of hearing problems and hearing aids. What is really impressive is the follow-up care. Even months after you get your hearing aids, they will answer questions, show you how to care for them, do adjustments etc. Hearing is nothing to mess around with, it can have an effect on so many things in your life, including dementia and mood/quality-of-life. They are located on the ground floor of their building with a nice parking lot. Very easy access even if you have a walker or wheelchair.
