I accompanied my mother there. She was getting her hearing aids checked out. Staff was nice and treated her with respect. Very thorough and professional.

The hearing aids she has made a world of difference in her quality of life. And your whole staff makes us feel welcome and thats greatly appreciated.

This was my first encounter with Miracle Ear - Mr. Knipe was beyond helpful in giving my hearing impaired son the personal attention he needed. He was patient and courteous of my sons condition, explained each step and the time he took to identify the setting needed for my son to hear my voice was priceless - my special needs son has never been given this level of attention to detail since he was first diagnosed 35 years ago with moderate to severe sensorineural high frequency hearing loss - I assisted my son in completing an application to the Miracle Ear Foundation and gave it to Mr. Knipe who will be submitting on my sons behalf - My son is anxiously awaiting to hear from them, so he can go see Mr. Knipe again and potentially be able to hear better than he ever has!!!

The company gave me an appointment but refuse to serve me because they said I insulted them the last time I was there which I totally disagree with.I would not recommend dealing with this place.
