To whom it may concern:Today, August 31st, I had a discriminatory incident at your 1894 N. Atherton Street, State College PA 16803 location. The manager Ron, as well as the worker Bill at around 5:30pm were rude and disrespectful. They spoke to me, a young woman, with a condescending and quite frankly a “we don’t want to help you” attitude. They told me my issue could only be resolved by calling corporate and that is exactly what I did. Corporate gave them permission to release a birthday gift with friend who sent it to me name on it. We called corporate prior to the pick up and was told their should not be an issue, as long as a letter of authorization was provided as well as a picture of the senders drivers license. Both of which were provided yet both Ron and Bill refused to release the package claiming I could be “anyone trying to pick up this package.” They acted in an unprofessional manner and dismissed my concerns by yelling “next customer” and telling me to call customer service to figure out how to get the package. Considering corporate said there was no issue the manner in which they acted should be investigated as I truly believe it was because I am a young woman in a college town who clearly is not from around here. They knew the contents were expensive and I believe they were trying to take advantage of me potentially being naive due to my clear young age. FedEx as a company must do better with training and addressing these issues so they do not happen to the next young woman.
Dropped off a gift to be boxed and mailed, and I had the most wonderful representative help me. Bill was kind and efficient. Loved his professional and sweet personality. Thanks for bringing me joy today and helping me send a birthday present.
Not sure about previous negative reviews as I had a great experience. The employee was very helpful answering my questions and my package shipped and arrived a lot faster than I anticipated.
I had a very special print made, using the online service, to be picked up the next day. The young clerk who served me was quick, when I arrived, to ask what I needed. And she was even quicker to look up my print and deliver it to me, masked smiles and all! Also, I have had much past luck in having business cards, stickers, posters and banners printed here! They really know how to take care of a Monster like me! Thank you FedEx Office, and stay MONSTROUS!

I spoke both to the FedEx office at the airport and on Atherton. I requested no signature required. and both offices asked if I wanted to pay extra for insurance. Neither of them bothered to mention that if you request a certain amount of insurance, the delivery is changed to signature required.. The female on Atherton could really have cared less. The cost for overnight was over $200.

Will never use this shipping company again. My package was supposed to be received on the 16th. However, it was not delivered due to a storm which is understandable. The date was changed to the next day and the website showed it being on the delivery truck, yet still did not receive my package. Called customer support and she promised they would send it today, only to find that they pushed the date back again until Monday which it the day Im supposed to leave to go home for a week! I tried to get a hold placed on MY package and they refused saying that I would need to call the sender to have them call in to place a hold for me. Absolutely incompetent company.
Absolutely horrible service. Called them to ask for pricing because I needed to get a book printed out. The person I spoke to on the phone told me that it was $3 per 4 pages and $1.25 per cut.The book was 11 pages long and a couple cuts so this should’ve been much less than $15. I went to the store to pick it up and I was quoted a price of $32. Attributing this price to unnecessary cuts being made and service charges and enhancement and conversion fees. None of this was told to me on the phone when I called and I mentioned I wanted the basic and standard package. I don’t understand how you can quote your customers one thing over the phone and charge them another.Even the person checking me out didn’t bother to help or try to sort the price difference out. Horrible service. Will not be going back here again.
Very disappointed in delivery of my package was supposed to be here the 8th was held there 5 days now they are shipping it back to sender not very happy to say the least

We live in Bellefonte, PA.. we have a female driver who comes flying in our court, on the WRONG side of the road, to make it easier for herself to pull up to the home... and NOT have to park in the parking spaces, and get out of the car like the other drivers do. I actually was able to catch her the other day before she drove off and asked her nicely to NOT drive like that, and that there ARE small children around,, she chose to ignore me . I would rather she NOT be allowed on our court if she continues to drive like that.. I am fearful she may hit somebody.
The lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful!!Please do not give this place 0 star complaints for the deliveries - our deliveries come from the Duncansville HUB, where happens all the lost and delays.
Ive been there several times to drop package off. Staff is friendly enough to make me feel welcomed. It has a near-empty area for parking behind the office front. But, this place does not support international shipping to residential address in other countries. I went there once in hopes of sending a package to China but had to go to UPS instead to have it shipped out.

Needed to print out 260 pages of calibration stickers for scientific use on some special German label paper. They wasted some paper and after multiple failed attempts told me it was impossible to print my labels correctly without re-designing my .pdf. All I was demanding is that the labels were centered on the paper.It was apparent the FedEx staff that they do not have the technical knowledge necessary to correctly operate their equipment. This office seems to have a serious staff training problem.The UPS store on Hamilton road was able to print out the SAME labels correctly on the first try (in a matter of seconds), without needing to re-design the .pdf.
As an eBay and Mercari seller, I frequent this Fedex location. The employees are great. They are super friendly and quickly scan my packages and print my receipt before promptly whisking them away to be put on the truck.I package my orders myself. If you dont have a box, bubble wrap, tape, etc., no worries! For a small fee, Fedex has got you covered and will recommend the best options for your needs. Fedex also offers some of the lowest rates for mailing larger and bulky packages. This is where you want to go if you need to mail anything like that!
The staff was unwilling to help when my package, which was confirmed for pickup by a fellow employee from the same location, was refused delivery to that location. The mixup was suddenly not their problem whatsoever, despite them having been involved from the beginning. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.
Some of the most awful, miserable people I have ever met work here. Absolutely despicable staff. The worst service experience I have EVER had. I drive 15 minutes to print photos at UPS because everyone at FedEx is so miserable and awful to work with. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Have never met more miserable people in my life. Fire the manager, fire everyone here. They are all so rude and awful at their jobs. Incredibly incompetent. I dont know why so many people claim this place has good service. DO NOT GO HERE- you will have a miserable experience. The tattooed guy who works here (think hes the manager?) is especially awful. He is probably the reason why the entire staff is so awful and miserable. I dont know what his problem is, but hes incredibly rude and hostile.
The employees are very friendly and helpful. I was trying to measure and weight a package that I was planning to send with Amazon and the employee did not try to sell me expensive boxing, but recommended me to go back home and use some old Amazon boxes to add an additional layer of safety.
