I was addressed very professionally by Chance. He listened to my issues and all the quirky things that was going on with my Tahoe. Its was hard to explain because it was intermittent and several things were happening.Chance was very thorough and explained what he would try. When I came to pick up he had done some maintenance type procedures (ground cables) and ask me to bring back if I had the same issues because all the codes were old from previous issues. He did not charge me anything for this. 2nd time around he found a loose wire to my alternator and fixed that. That is the only telltale sign that made sense. Well I have it back so we will see. I hope the owners will recognize Chance as a dedicated employee and truly listens and has the patience dealing with the customers. Maybe a promotion would be nice!!! Thanks ChanceS.Francis

These guys are a joke took my trk to them 3 different times just made it worse each time wouldnt stand behind the warranty. They dont know how to work on vehicles or even be a parts changers . Spent over 2000 on repairs for nothing. And the main guy in charge throwing his staff under the bus its a blame game there I would never recommend them to anybody not even to my worst enemy

My check engine light came on so I took my vehicle to aamco. They tried charging me $3,300 for a new transmission. Took it to another shop back home and I ended up just needing a sensor replacement, saved thousands of dollars not doing business with them. Avoid this shop at all costs, they will finesse you out of your money if possible if you are not a local.

I called on Friday and they got right to work. My truck is a little older so it had a few issues but they kept the cost low and did excellent work. They also called and kept me updated on everything going on. I highly recommend the wonderful people at Aamco. Great service at a very reasonable price.

A shout out to Nathan (and Harry) at the AAMCO in Stephenville, TX. You cannot get better knowledge and service regarding your vehicle repair. We were traveling cross-country when our Ford diesel started acting up. Nathan knew what to look for and fixed the problem within 24 hours. What a pleasure to encounter good old fashion customer service. You guys are the best.

Took 2000 ford 7.3 to their shop. Truck died on side of road told them the situation I had just replaced the CPS and it didnt solve the problem. They diagnosed it as a faulty PCM, quoted me $1132 for labor and parts. I had PCM sent off to test it came back in proper working condition? They said O we were 90% sure that was the problem? They rediagnoised it as a faulty CPS (cam position sensor) and a faulty pig tail. They said only buy FORD OEM parts for electronic as they tend to fail. $497 later truck was running. Come to find out they didnt even put FORD OEM parts in for replacement. Just over the counter autozone/OReilly! On top of that they complained my truck was taking up room and they needed it moved? Get the truck running and Ill move it! If you want to pay top dollar for mechanic and labor just go ahead and take it to Bruner theyll stick it to you, but at least youll expect it!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LIKE THEY DID TO ME! AAMCO towed my truck to their shop because my truck left me on the side of the road in town. After I explained to Harry from AAMCO about the issue my truck was having he said it sounded like a transmission problem. Called me the same day and said I needed a new transmission which would cost $3000. However, that was not the issue at all. 7 days later my truck started having the same problems and AAMCO towed it back to their shop. Harry called me and told me that I needed to bleed my brake lines to solve the issue, which would cost ($330). After they bled the brake lines it started to do the same thing. THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO PAY FOR THE TOWING EVEN AFTER THEY DIDNT FIX MY PICKUP. THEY COULDNT EVEN FIX MY 06 Chevy Silverado. Therefore I was tired of spending my money there and took my pickup to James Sims. James looked at it for free because he knew I had got robbed at AAMCO. He identified the issue in one day and it turns out that my master cylinder needed to be replaced. AAMCO turned out charging me $3,300 for unnecessary repairs. When James only charged me the price for the master cylinder $150 and got me back on the road.
