First time going to them and it was great. Customer service was awesome, very helpful and friendly. Found the value stim leak really quickly and fixed it for free. Stopped to get air in a tire showing low pressure. They had us pull in a bay checked the tire we had a nail in the tire. The gentleman had the tire off and fixed in 15 minutes and did not charge us. So nice. There are really good people in our world

SO thankful for this place!!! My son and I were visiting Tarleton State and when we were leaving, I realized there was a nail in my tire with a slow leak. They looked at it and patched it for free and didn’t try to sell me any tires - just advised me to get new tires once home which is 2 hours away. We sure appreciated their help!!!

In town from 3 hours away to visit my daughter, I had a screw through my tire that couldn’t be patched. They fixed me up with a used tire and then did not charge me at all! WOW! I was in and out in about 30 minutes on a Saturday. WOW! Thank you!!

So I recently had to get my upper ball joint, lower, and brake line hose replaced. I did this in Cleburne and it ended up costing me 591. Awesome. I come here (as i live here) the day after i get my truck back and to get an allignment as recommended by the mainstreet mechanics in Cleburne. Cant get one because my other side has a faulty lower ball joint. Okay cool shouldnt be too bad. 411 dollars! Pfft as if. No thank you. I get mechanics pad prices but with padding that thick you could insulate your house 😂

Okay, so first thing first, they were very nice but very deceiving. I am a female which I think has a lot to do with the way they tried to con me into paying $325 for two front tires. There has never been a time where I ever had to pay even close to $325 for two tires, tires ONLY not rims.. They said I “needed” 3 new tires or I have a good chance on blowing out due to dry rotting. However, if I could get 2 that would be fine. To make it short and sweet: I drove on this tire 1 1/2 hour back home. No issue. I got it checked out back in my hometown and got it changed out for $45. Discount Tire and Wheels invoiced me an estimate with fees that included using their “technology” to change a tire! LMAO. Also, the other 2 tires which I “needed” to change were just fine to drive on and I didn’t need to change them at all. Save your money and don’t give this company a chance to take advantage of college students in a unfortunate predicament.

Overpriced, subpar service, unreliable, only thing theyre good for is tires. Do NOT take your vehicle to them for anything outside of wheels and tires.

Amazing experience! Had a flat and couldnt find the key for the lug nut, they were so helpful letting me know not to worry and fixed my tire in no time! Will definitely recommend and will definitely be my first choice always!

We are from out of town on a college visit in Stephenville. We started losing pressure in one of our tires and started searching for the closest tire place we could find. We lucked out and found this place. They took great care of our tire issue, were friendly and welcoming, it was an all around great experience. I highly recommend this business :)

Nice, helpful employees, BAD business, seems to take advantage of college students that are in emergency situations. Quoted 3500 for work on my daughters dodge dually front tire and breaks and we took it to get second quote and had complete job and all the breaks fixed for 800.00 Please do not use these people.

Staff one they finally decided to acknowledge me tried to tell me I needed new tires when I did not. Just came from another DT and got the job done specifically asked about my tires and was assured they were fine.

I had a issue with some service to start. However RD, the owner, made the situation right. He went above and beyond to take care of us. I was very impressed with the way he handled the situation and his level of character.

They installed a 5 Rough Country lift and installed 35 tires on 20 wheels. Good service and reasonable pricing. Brought back my wifes SUV and they replaced the old suspension and replaced the brakes. Definitely recommend the Original Discount Tire of Stephenville, Texas.

Just trying. To get our truck looked at. 2.5 hours later. Not touched. Asked about it and was told they didnt have the bay open. Lied to us flat out. No way do I respect that. I was willing to leave the truck overnight. Just give me an idea of whats wrong first.

I brought my car in when my engine light was on. They said it was the spring controlled lid on a temperature control valve, which was over $100 to fix. The next week the engine light came back on. You know who caught the actual issue? Walmart. So I went back and spent another $250+ to get the actual problem fixed. I called to tell them about the situation, and all I got was a Well that sucks for you. Now pay up. Needless to say, worst experience with an auto shop ever.

Make you feel you are taking your life in your hands if you drive away on the tires you have now...that is until they find out you dont have the money to replace all four and then its okay...two today and two another day would be okay....
