I took my Dodge Ram 3500 to the service department in Stephenville. Very friendly staff. The service department representative Chris, took down all my concerns. Shortly after, Chris took me to the back to show me that my front passenger tire was defective and that was causing my front vibration issues. I told him that I would take to Discount Tire to have the defective tire replaced since it was under warranty. Went to Discount Tire and they told me that the tire is not defective but would need to be replaced due to wear and tear only and the front end vibration will Still need to be addressed by a mechanic. I called Chris at the Bruner Service Department and told him what the tech at Discount Tire said. I again asked Chris if the tire was defective and he said yes. When I told him what the service technician said at Discount Tire, he then recanted his statement about the tire being defective and then stated that he never said the tire was defective but it was needing to be replaced due to wear and tear. Chris never said that at any time during my visit at Bruner. I said to him, that is not what you said to me and because of your dishonesty, lack of knowledge and experience, I will not use the Bruner Dodge Service Department. Chris dishonesty, lack of knowledge and experience should be addressed at Bruner Dodge!

Service was prompt, however, parts aren’t available for several weeks to repair a Limited I purchased at another dealer, two weeks ago.Also, I went in with a problem of not starting. I had to have it towed in. They fixed an antenna module, but this did not fix it. No idea when part will be available and no one in 200 miles has any.Well, I was surprised when the part arrived in a couple of days. They notified me immediately and it was installed the next day. I even had a call from the GM making sure all was good. Great service and very helpful staff and glad I own a RAM truck.

I was shown a clean car. The car had minor damage in the rear bumper. The salesman had the damage repaired quickly and satisfactory. The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful through the buying process. He delivered the car to my work clean and full of gas. Overall, the experience was very good.

ZERO stars!! This dealership is ALL about the extras. 🙄 Every time I take a warranty issue to this dealership in the past 5 years, something new comes back broken. Transmission problem? Cool and we’ll send it back with an ac vent broken off. Engine problems? Hey, we’ll try for 2 straight months and never fix the problem or identify a cause PLUS we’ll send it back with your glove box broken and something hanging off your rear view mirror. Yeah, they’re extra all right. So grateful for the Cleburne dealership who is now taking care of my car. Bruner Dodge has left me in the dark and unable to tell me anything. HORRIBLE dealership.

They said they have the parts in hand and they didnt then when I talked to the service manager he told me that he would check in to it. They called me back and said they had them. After I told them I would find another jeep dealership to take care of me.

This was by far the easiest car deal that Ive ever done. I contacted my salesman Bart & we were able to work out everything by phone. I spoke with James in finance & he explained a few options in a way that made perfect sense. All I had to do was come in & sign the papers and we were done. I made the trip from Dallas & am happy that I did.

They didnt fix the problem with my car and charged us $1200.00. The engine light was still on the car wouldnt pick up speed when you pressed the gas going up a hill..not good..

Only wish I could go in the shop. My 2007 truck has been only twice to Dodge dealers; 156,000 miles. Both for airbag recalls. It has been to one other mechanic for fuel pump replacement. Other unscheduled has been only water pump and vacuum pump, which i did.I do all routine mx myself.

Brought my 2019 Ram in for its first oil change. I was in an out in an hour! Had a few questions about oil life and type of oil when I left but got very quick follow up from two people at the Dealership, including the Service Manager.

I went in for an oil change on my 2019 Ram 2500. I have had a suspension issue, due to a previous owner messing with it not knowing what they were doing and have had 7 different mechanics in 3 different towns look at it, and all clueless on what the noise was we were hearing. I told the men at Bruner about this experience while they were changing my oil and they had a lead tech look into it and the man found and fixed the issue, which was minor, free of charge! I have been quoted up to $1175 to tear it apart and dig into the issue. I most definitely will not be taking my vehicles anywhere but here due to this and the way they treat their customers. It was my first time with them and I’m sold.

I am a hot shot driver and down time means loss revenue.....Randall had my trick in the shop the same morning I showed up and out by the end of the next day.I really appreciate all Randall did to get me back on the road.Great team there at the Dodge dealership there in Stephenville.

We brought my daughters Jeep in a week ago today fir electrical issues in the dash lights rpm not working things like that my daughter showed a video of what it was doing to service department and we left it no word till we finally called yesterday and they said oh its done we got you all fixed up we went snd picked it up and they said it was something with her tires( I thought this was weird but paid them) she drove to her apartment which is less than a mile away and it started doing it again and a hour later would not start SO this morning at 8:30 am we call Mike Brown in Granbury and they drove it and fixed it!! Bruner did nothing at all but take my money!!

Had a great experience from start to finish at Bruners. They were fair on their new truck pricing and gave significantly more for my trade than the other dealerships I checked with. Bart (my salesman) worked hard, stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule, and got all the paperwork to me in a timely fashion. Cant beat the Bruners lifetime powertrain warrantee either! The entire process went very smooth and I alway prefer to buy local if at all possible!

Experience was good. Nice service workers. Though the technician didn’t read the notes about the “wait to start” light or turning the key back too far. I paid an extreme amount for the little work I had done (just a fill on my A/C system). Other than cost and minor issues with communication, everything was well.

I truly respect this and will be telling about this company for years to come. That’s a kind of lasting impression that you never forget. I was in Stephenville and having intermittent issues starting my relatively new truck, so I went in to Bruners on a snowy Monday morning to see if they could diagnose the problem for me. The guys at the service desk were very friendly and courteous.They pulled the codes (50!) from my vehicle and said that they were all low voltage related, and likely I had a bad battery, but that it would be covered under warranty. They informed me that it would take as much as two hours to diagnose, as they would have to remove the battery from the truck to put it on their battery tester. They would also test the trucks electrical system while they were testing the battery. I said that was fine, and that I would wait there.After a little more than an hour, they told me that surprisingly the battery had passed the test, and they could find no issues with the vehicle.When I went to leave for Houston the next morning, the truck wouldnt start. After getting it going and driving four hours to Houston, I shut the truck off and tried to restart it. Nope.I tried to get the truck in to two different RAM service departments in the Houston area, but they both said that they couldnt get me in until the following day, and that they would need to have the truck a minimum of 24 hours. Not wanting to wait and have the hassle of being without my truck, I decided that I would the battery out of the truck myself and take it to the local OReillys and have them test it. When I looked at the battery I could tell that the service department at Bruners had lied to me. It was evident from the dust on the bolts that the battery had never been removed from the vehicle for testing as they had said. Sure enough, when OReillys tested the battery, it failed.Very disappointed that I was misled.

I took my 2017 Fiat 500x in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I was checking out I was told that one of my lug caps had been accidentally broken during service. They had already ordered a replacement and all I had to do was pick it up the following Tuesday. I really appreciated this because I honestly probably wouldnt have even noticed it was missing for quite sometime. Honesty is a virtue that isnt always in abundance, especially in business. I will definitely be back!

This was the absolute best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! Typically I buy a new vehicle every 3 years (x 2), so I deal with a lot of salesmen and dealerships. I dealt with Josh (from the GM store) who helped me special order a 2020 Ram Rebel Eco-Diesel. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and the special order price was at invoice plus incentives, which ended up being about $9000 off of MSRP. The whole process was easy, up front, and best of all honest! I rarely do reviews but this was exceptional customer service.

We bought a 2017 GMC Acadia from Bruner Motors in Stephenville, TX on Aug 12. Salesman Randy Raspberry was wonderful to deal with; very friendly, easy to talk to, not pushy at all. We test drove, went home to research vehicle, got pre-approval from our credit union, went back and bought it. Finance person James was also professional and friendly. He offered warranty packages but wasnt pushy when we declined. He also got us a better rate than our credit union. It was end of day so we picked car up next morning washed, inspected, and with a full tank of gas. The last person we dealt with was Audi who went thru all the bells and whistles with us and told us if we needed help with any features or needed a tire aired up to come by anytime. We are 60 and 62 years old and have bought many cars. This group of men made this the easiest and most enjoyable purchase ever!

We just bought a car and of all the dealers, Bruner Motors had the best website and tools to help review the car remotely. More importantly, the sales team was extremely helpful, responsive and made an aggressive offer. We would have gone with them but they didnt have the exact car we wanted in inventory.
