I usually don’t have trouble at the pharmacy but this time I was having some account problems and Leticia was rude during the process. She used kind customer service words but her tone and facial expressions made me feel like a burden as a customer. Christian was also there to help and he was very kind and reassuring.

Ive never had any problems and everyone I have delt with has been very nice ❤️

I have lived in Stephenville only a couple months. I have been getting my meds from Walmart for over 14 years.Today I went in to pick up 6 prescriptions. After I asked to review the 6 prescriptions and to verify all were 3 month refills the clerk thru up her hands and loudly said im done and walked away. Another clerk or maybe it was the Pharmacist came to my window and patiently reviewed my 6 prescriptions. I was thouroghly embarrassed and asked the 2nd clerk if I had said something wrong. I suppose it is time to find another pharmacy. I understand people have bad days, had I been offered any kind of apology everything would have been forgotten, that was not the case .

They are fast, friendly and have good prices. Cant beat them.

Its like any walmart pharmacy. They just take too long and dont always have a great attitude
