Under cooked chicken. Could’ve put me in the hospital. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied

Prices are not very reasonable considering I have to ring up my own stuff. Stupid to have 30 eleven checkouts and two cashiers and two self checkout aisles. I guess raising minimum wage for menial labor doesnt matter when you force customers to check themselves out

Great . My parts were 5.00 . The other 175.00 was what the wife picked up. I know better then to take her shopping.

The Walmart was pure chaos the last time we were there. The school supply area is right in the middle of the store so you cannot avoid the madness in there. The medical area rows are way too close together and are easily blocked by the shoppers with the store light stares. They were also stocking in the middle of shopping rush hour which further congested every aisle. If you have to go to this store it is best to go very very early.

Very nice people that bring your groceries out. Extremely polite and explained our order to us.

One of the better Walmarts Ive been too, only issue I ever have is in the evening the middle grocery section smells like backed up sewage.

As with any Wal-Mart I have had both great and not so great experiences here. But it seems like the last few years have gone pretty smoothly with a couple of bumps. The issues were resolved quickly I might add. I mainly shop for groceries as there a certain things I buy here that you cant find in any other store. It seems they are always updating or remodeling something which really doesnt bother me as I know it is only making it a better place eventually. Happy shopping!

Thoroughly stocked store... but all of their merchandise is in the middle of the illes so it is hard to manage your cart through the store.

Nice selection, organized store, and helpful staff.

Automotive was very busy and they took the time to check my tires. My low pressure sensor was on and I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. Excellent service.

No one available to help a female looking for things like a CO2 sensor or fire extinguisher. I had to ask a male customer to help me and he took me right there. The guy that works at the automotive counter is overworked. He is continuously busy and can tell he gets frustrated with my questions kind of but he has never ignored me and gets to me to answer as best he can.With as much money that Walmart makes there should be adequate employees to help answer questions and at the checkout, it would be nice if someone asked me if I found everything that I needed. HEB and other stores do that without fail.

No mask enforcement. No social distancing reminders. Kids running wild. Almost as if the store and customers think this global pandemic that has killed millions is over. Order pickup if you use this location at all.

Nice and quiet first thing in the morning the staff was really polite and welcoming. Not like some of the other walmarts.

Shopping for our soon to be adopted kitten. Found so many great things and not to bad of a price.

8/10 like when Walmart does the whole remodel, installation of new features/services in-store, etc. this Wally is in the 2nd group. but its a college-town Wally so dont worry its not complete trash. not the ultra fancy wallys youll find across DFW but surprisingly fancy for Stephenville TX wally. (And if you ever find yourself under the influence of strange drugs wandering the aisles of Granbury TX Walmart, keep in mind your overconfident decision making and if not, beware the wrath of Gestapo Loss Prevention... lmao)

Its Walmart. Good selection of what I needed on my way through town.

1. The meat isle sometimes smells so rotten, and some of the meats are at their expiration date.2. They are ALWAYS out of stock on many things! How do you close at night to “re-stock” yet there are many foods that are expired and there isn’t many selections on the shelves???3. Sometimes you’ll even see mold on things that expired days ago!!!!4. Pretty often, for some reason, the clothing sections smell like a sewer! Why?

Wal-Mart worker was helpful in locating paper plates for me, I am Handicapped and could not reach them. Thank You So Much.

It was a normal Walmart experience with lots of selections and decent prices. Because of the college nearby there are a lot of younger employees And the place seemed to be cleaner than other Walmart have been to recently.

I typically find everything Im looking for. The pricing is on some of the items is reasonable.

I hate the self checkout. I DO NOT WORK FOR WALMART. They have over 10 check out lanes always one open and the others are self check out. Good luck finding help in the store if you need it. Walmart has definitely went down hill

The clothes were still messy at 7 am. I would think they have the nightshift workers tidy up the clothes.

Rude and incompetent workers called in with issues spoke to 2 people no one had any real answers. Never stocked properly. Meat area always smells of death. Is last choice for me.

I am not upset with the Walmart associate worker she followed her job policy. I have never heard not to ask for help in a business place during their break time or lunch. I believe breaks or work time should be the same. If a customer ask for help they should get the attention or look for another coworker to assist a customer.

Upon entering this Walmart I saw many people walking around leisurely shopping with no face mask of any sort on. In addition I also came upon an employee, on a ladder doing her job however, with her face mask guarding her chin! Rhetorically speaking, how helpful was that to anybody and to herself!

Registered to give my son his vaccine shot i had called to make sure theyd be able to give it to him and i told them we were driving from Arlington and they assured me he could, when we got there they told me he couldnt get it since he wasnt 18. I told them i had called to make sure he could and they had said there was no problem pharmacist just said she was sorry. Wasted a whole day and drove 1.5 hours for nothing. Very unprofessional of them.

The Brownwood TX Wal-Mart is one of my favorite places to shop! Nice people who are willing to help if asked! A great store!

Sville Walmart has been my go to store for years. I went for the first time since covid-19 started. All employees were masked. Some customers were. I didnt have any problem with available stock except in the electric hardware. Several items I need were not in stock. I will continue to shop Walmart since its the only place locally you can buy milk, leggings and lawnmowers in one trip.

Just appreciate the customer service and the employees working so we can all shop. Management (Glen) is very unprofessional in my opinion. Otherwise its clean and stocked.

On a road trip. When you go thru smaller towns where the gas station bathrooms are not super nice, Walmart normally has passable restrooms. This one was a little older but still pretty good restrooms.

In and out pretty quick most all registers were open. The bathrooms were pretty clean. They just need learn fill paper towel dispenser.
