The people at the HEB in stephenville are the best. We only do curbside now and we almost always get everything we ask or they substitute for very similar products with a smile. The pharmacy is always right on time with very little wait time. The pharmacist are very knowledgeable and readily send suggestions to your Dr to save you money. Also, their own discount program exceeds the little cards that seem to be everywhere.I highly recommend them over the other big box grocer in town.

Great deals! Definitely recommend the sushi here. Its made fresh daily with fresh and delicious ingredients. As well as the tortillas and some bakery items.

Had what I wanted, got in and out... had a covid warning before I left to go so... wear your masks and have wipes just in case. There are lots of pretty plants out for sale here. Staff were friendly and efficient.

I typically dont like going grocery shopping, but I enjoy HEB. Theyre rarely out of items, and even this smaller store has an excellent selection. The HEB brand is the best generic food brand there is! I would miss it if I moved!

The great thing about Stephenville HEB, is the people working there are always helpful and courteous. From the bakery, to the meat dept, to the pharmacy and cashiers. Ive always had great experiences at my neighborhood HEB!

HEB is one of the grocery stores that I frequent. They offer items that I cant get at Walmart or Aldis and vice versa. For example, I enjoy the HEB brand limited edition green teas(cantaloupe in particular) which I obviously cant get anywhere else although, they it seems to be out of stock quite frequently which is a bit frustrating. Most of the items are reasonably priced, but I like that they offer savings with deals and coupons. I just wish that the store was bigger though. Its very cramped and I get claustrophobic. An easy fix to that is I use the convenience of the grocery pickup.

Clean. Very well stocked. Fresh section was amazing, and a really nice selection of fresh sushi! My fav grocery store, always the best

Is very crowded. Limited items . No sugar free bakery items. Very few healthy alternatives no matter what the category. I like wheat Tostitos and sugar free juices and drinks...not available here. Employees are extremely willing to help, however, and go out of their way to do so. So with the great customer service I raise them from 2 stars to 3 as they deserve a lot of credit.

Great store with a bunch of texas products and Mexican ingredients. Seafood is always fresh. its always super busy after 5 on weekdays. go before to avoid the crowds

Im not sure what H-E-B does behind the scenes but theyre definitely doing something right. I have never had a bad experience here. Their employees always have a big smile on their faces and are always working hard to keep the place going. Came in after the snow melted, and yes, their supply was a little depleted, but they were working fast to stock the shelves. This is what makes a hectic shopping experience worth the drive. I definitely love my H-E-B. Come rain, shine, or snow, I know my family is well taken care of.

I always prefer HEB over Walmart for their fresher looking and even better variety of fresh foods. Their check out situation is some times a little rough, but its a growing store and busy.

The necessary good bread was sort of scanty when I went at 10:30pm. I conclude that students and customers earlier that day had shopped for snacks and food.

I went to walmart first. No Great value crackers, no great value all purpose flour, busted eggs, no mustard seed no help. I had to chase down and get an employee to take out his ear buds so he could hear me. He was no help. The few things I had put in my basket, I returned to the shelf. I left empty handed. I went to HEB and got everything that I went to Walmart to get. I got help with things I couldnt locate and saw another customer that I had just seen at Walmart as well. HEB was much better stocked on the things I needed.

Service was great people friendly. And employees go above and beyond to help you with your needs... Just moved into town now this is my heb for all my needs...

Its HEB clean friendly service good clerks. My only complaint is the store is too small for the amount shoppers. Its needs to be about 30 PCT larger. The HEB in marble falls is three times the size of this HEB

Went to pharmacy for meds and the line both drive thru and inside were crazy!

I really wanted to give HEB a 4 star after seeing a few other HEBs, but this olace does the best with the limited space they have. Really hoping they decide to build a new one soon to cope with influx of college students after Tarleton going D1.

Very dated & did not have most things that I normally get at other HEBs. They were out of most snack items (I chalked it up to the college kids) but didnt have ANY cold brew coffee.

Would give a five star just this location seems to run out/low of meat selection late in the day and weekends.

HEB is also always been a favorite store of ours has all natural foods non-GMO as we mostly vegan or vegetarian food theyve got plenty of to juice from plus my my daughter loves macaroons and they sell them fresh thank you HEB and staff, Obi

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Shame on yall. Theres a giant banner out front that says H.E.B. is still requiring masks. However, at least 80% of the customers had no mask on. Of course no employee was enforcing that. Also, about half of the staff working the floor were either not wearing one or wearing it below their chin. Shame on you. I expected better from H.E.B.

Heb, Stephenville is one of friendliest, most helpful store! I have shopped other stores, but they are always eager to help you find that one item that has been moved or maybe just not stocked yet. It is such a joy to shop there!

I like this store for their fresh fruits and vegetables as well as their deli, seafood, and meat departments. They are almost always stocked with with what Im looking for and the quality of their products is very good. Along with the friendly and helpful HEB Partners and the clean store environment, my experiences are always great. The only negative I have is that the aisles are a bit narrow for my liking. I have learned to live with it and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Used Curbside shopping for the first time. It is so easy and groceries were delivered very quickly once I checked in. They were very helpful and want to put the groceries where you want them so that is great! This is a very nice store as well and have competitive prices on gas station so you can get everything in one stop.

Have you ever heard the phrase Here Everything is Better? if you have then you know this to be true with this local grocery chain. Especially in Stephenville, H.E.B is a College students paradise. Ive personally never had a bad experience here, I have nothing but positive reviews for H-E-B.

Good selection of fresh veggies and fruit. Cashiers and workers were very nice and helpful, and pretty quick in the checkout line. I drive an hour to be able to shop at this store and I have no complaints (except I wish it was bigger) 😁

HEB is always great! Amazing employees with wonderful attitudes. My only complaint would be the recent change in Customer Service hours. Closing it down at 5:30 means that a lot of us have to take time off work to get any assistance through this department!! The store is open later, why cant the service center stay open too?? Its incredibly frustrating when I work 10 hours a day, then cant swing by after work to do whatever is needed at the same time and end up having to leave work early and make a special trip. :/

This store is too small for this town, always bursting full of people. Hard to shop here. HEB! Stephenville needs a Super Sized Store!

I do curbside pickup and it’s always great and so easy. Employees are always kind and products are good.

I buy my bread there but not much else. Wal Mart is cheaper. The last time I bought some meat with a 25% off sticker. I got home, checked the receipt and didnt get the 25% off. Typical of this place. Their sale items often ring up regular price too. Just dont care to buy much there. When they opened the gas station they promised to be the cheapest gas in town. They arent!!!

HEB is my go to grocery store for fresh produce. The shelves are well stocked, your choices are abundant, and the store is clean and well organized. As a whole, the associates are friendly and knowledgeable.They offer many coupons on products throughout the store, have fresh flowers, seafood and a pharmacy!The restrooms are generally clean and stocked.Areas that could use helpThe store does need to be larger, for number of customers they serve.The sackers need to have some training, I always have to tell them to sack the bread, eggs and tomatoes, separate from other heavy items, to bag the cold items and shelf items separately, and not to make the bags too heavy, or at least double bag heavy bags so they dont break halfway to my door.Overall a great store.

This is my first time to go to an HEB, not impressed. I personally didnt think the selections of food and prices were any better or as good as United Supermarkets. Maybe this is an older one and needs to be over hauled it just felt junkie and low grade. That being said its still way better than Walmart.

Could do without the stoking of paranoid flames over the loud speaker. We had the illness over 6 months ago its not nearly as bad as the flu and yet the pushing of masks that dont work is relentless. Why? To comfort the ignorant?

Visited the pharmacy for the first time They got my meds mixed up with someone else obviously this is a problem because while I waited for mine another customer had the same issue.

This HEB deserves 10 stars. Always clean, well stocked, and great customer service.

I know the store layout so its easy to make my list, get in and get out. 70% of the shoppers appeared to be wearing masks, which is appreciated by me.

Mask are required, overall it has everything to cover your Basic needs, it has a Pharmacy, Curbside, deli,bakery, sushi, and customer Service for additional needs. Assistants are okay mostly college employees, but overall the STORE has better Service for a Grocery Store.

How can this store be out of most dairy products at 9am on a Saturday. Either poor management or poor stocking or both.

I love my HEB. It currently undergoing a major renovation. Be I am hoping that it will still be the HEB I love and not just another grocery store.The produce is typically amazing, meat and dairy are too. HEB store brand is great. Staff is friendly & helpful. Store is clean and well organized. My last visit was kinda confusing since they had moved a lot if stuff around.The magazine racks have always been family friendly (the 1 time it wasnt. I pointed it out to manager and he fixed it right then and there. (No I will have taken care of). Typically the music is pleasant as well.HEB is a chain that we need to support, they support us. I am proud of the help and by the service that was offered by this Texas company during the recent events that our neighbors experienced.

We LOVE our HEB personal shoppers. HEB also offers quality store brand products. Associates are always friendly and helpful and the HEB Pharmacy is our Pharmacy of choice. They always search for the lowest possible price on prescriptions and often save us a ton of money. We shop the Stephenville store and it is always clean and well-organized.

I was an hour late getting to the curbside pickup and they still had our groceries and brought them to our car with a smile. Very good service!
