I had them replace a front windshield on my 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. There were able to get the glass installed quickly and at a great price for me. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Well my experience with them was more then I expected to deal with.They couldnt do even a good job the first,second or the third time so we went for the forth round to get it done.I would have thought it should only take one time not so here.But finally got it to where I would accept the work after the forth time.So I would say good luck and inspect everything and take pictures of before and after.Also get everything in writing so you know whats to be done and hold them to it. Not just the quote if they say something else that is going to get done make them write it in there as well.But I am finally good with the work just still need the alignment that was promised.

Went to abra for my progressive insurance claim. It was my only option took about a week to fix minor bumper work. Decent repairs done and customer service was poor. Nice enough to give us a loaner car for free for the week.

Everything was great with the body shop until their recommendation on a car salesman to replace the car that was totaled. The salesman is a liar, a dishonest salesman with no integrity. They don’t care to correct his actions and to make this wrong, right. The way they take advantage of women is like they are back in the 1900’s! Disgraceful Dealership if this is the only way to get a sale!

Took forever! It was more than 1 month to get vehicle back. There was an additional 2k of damage when working on it. Half the parts were after-market. They were nice and made it right, but I wont go here again.

These guys wanted to charge me $5000 for less than 3 days of work. Either they didnt want the job or they thought I was dumb enough to let them take advantage of me.

I am pretty new to car shops around the area (and car shops overall). When I spoke on the phone, and when I met them in person, everyone at Abra was super nice, helpful and respectful towards me. I had a rock chip in my windshield, filed a claim and worked with Abra for a windshield repair. They did a great job!

This is by far the best service Ive ever had at an auto body shop!! These guys are very nice, very reasonable and incredibly fair! Tyler and Jaime helped me every step of the way and definitely stood behind their word! They will be my first call in the future.

I went there for an estimate, and the guy wants to start on my vehicle without telling me how much its going to cost. Even though I am going through insurance, I still need to know what needs to be fixed and how much. When I called to speak with one of the employees in regards to an estimate, he replied “why do you care if insurance is paying for it “. I feel like you’re trying to the insurance as their personal ATM. Very dishonest.

I have come here three times and there is a reason for it. Excellent service, unbelievably accommodating, and welcoming. Highly recommended.

.....have been there once..... just to check on the price to replace a windshield. We seemed to be inconveniencing them, and the price to replace the windshield was twice that of another estimate we had received elsewhere. We were not impressed. Needless to say, we got the windshield replaced elsewhere.

I will never recommend Abra company to ANYONE. I had the worst experience ever! My vehicle was vandalized and towed to the shop. After my vehicle being in the shop for couple days I decided to call to get an updated, they did not have an estimate yet and the car was just sitting there.I had to call the insurance my self and tell them Abra did not have an estimate done and I needed my car fixed. It took a week for them to get an estimate done. I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else. 2 months later they billed my insurance addition amount of 390.00 for storage which if they did their job faster I would of keep my service there and I did not had to pay for extra storage . Now I am stuck with this amount and I have to pay out of pocket or it will be sent to collections.

Insurance work on my husband and sons car. Misalignment on husbands door, and misalignment on sons quarter panel. Sloppy work.

Quality is good but communication between staff sucks and they only do certain jobs on certain days. Parking sucks too.
