I have been to this Auto care center a couple of times, and about 50% of the time, no one is back at the counter. Now, it shouldnt matter what time of day, but there should always be one person to help the customer standing there, waiting to talk with an assistant, or associate. But, on the other hand, if you need to get a work order done, they can usually take care of you. My last time there, I had to have a new battery installed, and I needed to get it done as soon as possible. From what I could see, there was only two associates at the tire center. Even though I was third in line, I was told to move my car to the middle door, and just wait for some help to arrive. I had a dentist appointment at 10, and it got right up to 9:30, and I was going to see if my car was done or not. Lol and behold, they got it done with time to spare.

I was very pleased with the care and help I received with my tire sensor issue. Fixed timely and they were super helpful. Very friendly employees. Thanks!

I havent used their services much but when I have they did good, quick work. The people working that department are always willing to answer questions and let you know where something is, when Ive asked. I think the employees at our location are very nice and helpful!

It seems like no matter how busy they are, they will always take the time to answer your questions and explain things so you understand.

Hats off to the tire center. I was on my way from Nebraska to Denver and ran over something and broke a protective shield under my car. Which made it drag on the pavement. I stopped at the Walmart Tire Center in Sterling to see if they could help fix it. So I could continue onto my destination. They took great care of me and didn’t take long at all to fix the problem. Again thanks

Auto care dept manager needs a raise really good man

Every time I come to this facility I am continually disappointed. The wait time is excessive. One employee working while 3 others stand around and cant even have the decency to acknowledge your presence. Super frustrating.

Horrible service everytime. Easy to observe some very lazy workers in the automotive section, I had been a regular to the service department ( I put 2k miles a month on my vehicle for work, so I get my oil changed very regularly ) but after repeatedly seeing them put maximum effort into doing as little as possible, and taking thier sweet time on every task, Ive had enough. I witnessed a guy pull my vehicle into the service bay, open the hood, then go on a 30 minute break. Same guy, seems to be going on or coming off break everytime I was there. They would even park thier own vehicles in the line for oil changes just to detour customers.

Had two tires replaced and an oil change. I was in and out in about an hour. Good service

What do you expect from a Walmart? It has everything the usual Walmart carries, but my only complaint is the cleanliness. Bathrooms here are hideous.

Jordan helped us out so much when we were traveling through Sterling to help fix our tire. Kudos!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE or anything else unless you have a brand new car they will not work on it and give you some pathetic excuse why I took my 06 Dodge Cummins here for an oil change they said my oil pan plug was reamed out and it was leaking oil all over the place I Drive 140,000 miles a year in this truck I should know if its leaking. I can park the truck for two days and there wont be a drop under it in the last place I took it was Walmart so I gess Walmart reamed it out if something happens to my truck from not getting an oil change theyre going to have a lawsuit on their hands.

Great service even when they are swamped. Ive never had any issues there.

This is not about the tire and lube, this comment is about the store in general what a mess, shelves seem to always be empty, never was i asked if there was something someone could help me with, customers were walking around asking each other why were the shelves empty, shopping here is and was a loss,
