We had an amazing experience with Ohio Valley Honda. It had been recommended to us early in our car-shopping process, but it wasnt until we had a pretty negative experience with another dealership, in which nothing was possible, that we went to our home-town dealer. Josh was knowledgeable and helpful. There was certainly less merchandise, but we found almost exactly what we were looking for (not the color) and at a reasonable price with great service. I highly recommend this dealer!

Bought my 2009 Honda Accord over 6 years ago. Had one minor issue, one recall Karma and just oil changes. Everybody was pleasant and no issues. No complaints from me. Will continue to go here when the time is needed.

Took my girlfriends car in today and I really appreciate the friendly people behind the counter, the nice chill environment of the waiting room with more than enough magazines to peruse through and good ole day time television to help pass the time. As an added bonus I was greatly thankful for the mechanics filling up my windshield wiper fluid tank since I neglected to do so before headed out for my appointment today. It’s the little things guys, thank you!!!

Went to have an air bag replaced as recommended by the manufacturer. It was done for free. But they installed a black piece that totally sticks out like a sore thumb among our two toned interior. Check them out if you are looking for a new ride, even if you want a non Honda. You never know what will get traded in. I found a nice low miles Dodge Grand Caravan for my wife on the used car lot.

Everyone here was super helpful even though I was not looking to buy just yet. I came here to see what my options would be if I was unable to get my car fixed. It was black Friday so they were probably more busy than usual because of the deals they were running. The issue with my car ended up to be cheaper than quoted to Im not in the market yet but when I am Im coming back.

Utmost unprofessional mechanic. Went in for door repair, on the skinny, was verbally quoted one price from a mechanic, and once complete and time to pay, was forced to pay an ADDITIONAL 350.00 ON TOP OF THE 280.00 QUOTE. There was no misunderstanding or you misheard me....the cashier apologized and confirmed the invoice was absolutely written up wrong and provided up with a copy of the mechanics write up and noted to us that the mechanic had been told about before. So this apparently is a trending issue there. Would recommend going to another dealer. UNSATISFIED. WILL TRAVEL FAR OR ANOTHER STATE BEFORE GOING BACK AT THIS SITE.

Purchased my second Honda (bought new) through this dealership last week. I had a nice time back in 2006 (bought used) and didnt hesitate to make them my first stop when I was ready to buy again. Had a wonderful, no pressure experience. Everyone is exceptional and nice. Dealership and maintenance waiting areas are clean. The parking lot is well lit. I was able to test drive both new and used and my sales person was knowledgeable and willing to find any answer I may have had.If you are just looking, during after hours the new vehicles are locked behind a fence so mostly used are out front, which is my only complaint, but understandable.Maintenance and oil changes are done in a timely manner and have a night drop box. They have reasonable oil change prices and they are done right...with a free car wash if weather permits.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda, no need to go anywhere else. I will be back for my 3rd, 4th and 5th Honda!

Had a recall on airbags and the panel they replaced was black instead of brown to match the interior.

Love my Honda and the service department staff are always friendly and clear about what your car needs and what it will cost.

I wish there was an option to give zero Stars. I bought a 2010 Honda certified car. That doesnt mean anything since then in two years I have had my engine rebuilt, a brand new air conditioning system put in, new timing chain put in, complete suspension rebuild, on and on and on. Some covered but some not. But now Ive left in tears I will never go back to this Honda ever again save your time save your money drive to another Honda dealership or dont buy a Honda at all.

Went there to get oil change and asked if they can take a look at the brakes. After they checked the car they waned to charge me $39 for checking the brakes which they had never mentioned this charge, and they lied and said that they told me about the charge when I scheduled my appt. All what I did was trying to clarify the charge but this technician (Shawn) was very rude and told me not to bring my car to their shop anymore!! Horrible customer service especially for a Honda dealer.
