Very pleased! Hit a deer and half totaled my front end. Looks brand new and just picked it up, so far runs good. Only took like 10 days after insurance towed it. Team has really expanded they built a huge new building in back just for the body shop. $2700+ damage $250 deductible thank you insurance.

A week into having my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am very pleased. The price was great, salesman was easy to talk to and work with without being pushy. When a small problem popped up a week after my purchase the didnt hesitate to take care of it for me, when I am not sure they were required to. Overall a very good experience so far and wouldnt hesitate to go back. Typically deal with another local dealership, but they currently have no cars. Very pleased with TEAM Automotive!

Bought a Ford F-150 truck.. needed a brake controller and a cabin air filter..they said they would call us when the parts came in.. well 3 months went by.. no call no texts.. we called and texted them many times.. no response at all.. had to go back up there to see them in person cause they wouldn’t respond.. only to find out the parts were there all this 3 months. Very poor communication on their part. Very ignorant of this team to avoid us. Shame on them.

I love my ford edge! It is the best vehicle I have ever had. It pretty much drives itself. My only complaint is Im 5 ft. Tall and the seat belt chokes me. Other than that it is my dream car.

I walked in on Saturday with a circular that I’d received the week before. I was interested in getting out of my lease early. Nick came up to me within 2 minutes and offered his assistance. I had seen a special price online for a specific Ecosport, and I was interested. It had a lot of upgrades that I was interested in, and a price that was in my comfortable range.Long story short, I came out of the dealership 2 hours later with a payment to own a brand new vehicle that was only $14 dollars more than the lease I was in.Nick is a great guy; knowledgeable about his products. He was really helpful setting up the interconnectivity between my phone and car, and showing we how to use it. I appreciated that.Justin was the finance manager for me that day. Great service and customer service. My 2015 Ford F-350 was leaking antifreeze and I dropped it off in the morning. Chris from service called me around lunchtime and told me it was the water pump and it would be ready for pick up by the end of the day. They fixed $900 worth of parts on my truck that weren’t broken, and won’t return my call when I asked politely and show them receipts for a refund. Would recommend you to go anywhere else than the ford team dealership. 0/5 stars if possible.
They did an EXCELLENT job at charging me hundreds of $ that two mechanics verified on a repair work was never done. Tried contacting owner, nothing! So for every bit of propaganda you see from them, donating $500 here or there, it’s just one percent of the $ they get from ripping people off. They think if they put some media byte out for every 100 they rip off that makes up for it😆. That’s the true way they TAKE CARE OF customers who are disabled, elderly or lacking intelligence everyday. Preying on the vulnerable! You get a 💯 rating for accomplishing your mission.

I made an appointment online. Got an email to confirm. I had an oil change and 12 point inspection. Good service/good price. Completely satisfied.
This place is a joke. Took my truck in to get 3 things done. 4wheel drive fixed. New AC compressor and a new exhaust system. They said they can do all the work. Waited over a week and spent $1200 for only 1 thing to get fixed and that was my 4 wheel drive. They put a faulty compressor on. Didnt even check to see if it worked and then they tell me they dont do exhaust work. I totally got robbed. Stay clear if this place. I wouldnt even buy a vehicle from this place.

They do not take care of their customers. They took my cars weather stripping off and then told me I was not getting it. Because it wasnt approved. The rain was dripping in my car. If they told me a car I bought was getting it replace for free, i would have paid for it. But they told me they were replacing it. They Took it off, replaced the inside of the door and said they would order my door weather stripping. Waiting and when I called steve was sooo rude. i will take it down to kia in Wheeling. Never even received any floor mats for my new car, that I was promised they would order for me i guess steve said because i did not buy an extended warranty. My car was still under full warranty bumper to bumper until 50,000. Thank you steve and Dom

We purchased our car brand new from this dealership. Last month we brought the car in for a major repair (abs harness replacement after damaged from a pothole) which we were assured they could handle and would be a 12 hour job once the part came in. After a week of not hearing anything I called, was told they found other things wrong or they had to order additional parts. This went on for FIVE weeks!! I always had to call, no one ever called to check in or provide an update. On three separate times I asked to speak to a manager and never got a call back. The entire time I was patient, understood that this was not an easy repair but never got a courtesy call at any point. I was told my car was finally finished and went to pick it up, only to turn the car on and the airbag light was now on, which wasn’t before, and the windshield wipers were hitting each other! How can a dealership in good faith give their customer back their vehicle with obvious issues that could affect the safety of their customer. I was told that the person who took my car apart went on vacation so another had to put it back together. So it was yet another week before I got the car back. I’ve lost all faith in their service department and will never buy another vehicle from them again. Much less an oil change. Today I discovered my air conditioning doesn’t work now. My car is 2 years old. I’m sincerely concerned I will find more wrong with my car as time goes on. Professionally the least that could have been done was a return call, especially after requesting one on three different occasions.You’ve lost our business Team. Never again.

Ford motor company along with there other auto lines should be proud to have such a partnership with the Teramana family. They are and have been extremely generous with there sponsorship with our local Christmas parade. Along with many many other great community functions. But most of all there generosity with the Teramana cancer center. That most local residents don’t even put the two establishments together unfortunately. It almost pains me to see cars parked there for treatment with another car dealership name on it. And the owner doesn’t even put the Teramana cancer center and Team automotive together. Took my 2018 F-150 in for service and several recalls. After getting the truck back I found that my tailgate was smashed. I called and reported the damage and to tell them the work they did, didnt fix the problem. The service Dept did take pictures of the damage and gave the information to his boss. Got a phone call back saying there was no way they could of caused the damage. They said they didnt cause the damage and would not take care of it but would give me an estimate on getting it fixed. NO Thanks, I will go some where else!!! I did NOT buy the truck off of TEAM and now I will never go to TEAM for ANYTHING. They do NOT stand behind their work. If anyone has to use their service department I would take before and after pictures of your vehicle!

Never again! My son took his Mustang there for a recall and they left his dash a mess. Scrapes all over it and then told him they didn’t do it! I will not take anything to them again. My son worked way to hard for that car to have someone mess it up!

They are the type of people it dont seem to know exactly how to fix things. It starts out as being one thing wrong and 5 items later and $1,000 later they might have it fixed. That are you have to take it to another Ford dealer to get fixed correctly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone

After having bought a used f150 i had some issues with it. i had bought it from an outside source. team ford seems to have fixed the problems. it took a few trips to the shop but so far the truck is running the way it should. have had it back for a few days so i am hoping that it is fixed. the team was very patient in getting it fixed. so thank you. fingers crossed........update did not fix it. out of approx 4 months..my truck was in n out 3 months. dont believe the expertise is there at team ford. will find somewhere else. done with Team

Have never, ever been more frustrated and disappointed in a service dept. Had my car which was purchased there all day. No one has even given me a diagnosis of my transmission problem. Jen promised me she would call and let me know what was going on. She failed to do so. My advice, avoid Team Ford entirely!!!

Friendly, helpful staff while SHOPPING for a new vehicle, however it did take over 5 hours to complete the transaction. We were there until nearly midnight with our 2 weary, hungry toddlers, but that didnt seem to make the salespeople move any faster. After the purchase was made, the staff didnt seem quite as eager to help us out. We were promised a few things (items that should have come with the vehicle) while buying our vehicle here, and those things didnt pan out once the keys were in our hands. It took us nearly a month to even have the correct keyfob for our vehicle so that we could lock it securely. We were promised brand new tires on the vehicle, they were by far not new and need to be changed less than 5 months after buying the vehicle. Some of the sales staff were on the unprofessional side. Weve bought a few cars from Team Ford over the years, but Im not sure well be buying from here again. Just not a great experience.
