The artwork was amazing, they got the shirts to me well before I told them I needed them (which took a lot of the stress off) and the people were quick to respond to all my e-mails. I was so impressed! Thank you ID Solutions!

This company has horrible customer service. I called to ask a question about a refund and was greeted by Andrew, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I did not get my question answered, I will not be getting my refund, and if you talk to Andrew he is disrespectful and unaccommodating.

Awful. My chapter has had so many problems working with this company. Sometimes they mess with the artwork, sometimes we wont get our shirts for months, sometimes they deliver our shirts to the wrong city. The only reason theyre in business still is because theres not many other choices for shirts around here.
