Dan is the man! Great service hands down! I walked in, asked if they could test my battery. Dan came out, checked it, knew exactly what battery I needed, made a call to another store since they were out of stock. Another employee picked it up and brought it back to the store. Dan put it in and my car was good as new. Car problems stress me out, but this service was painless and stress free! Thank you!
I would like to state that this one star is not for the workers of Autozone. This is for the management team, whilst at your location we were waiting in a considerably long line with only one cashier present helping customers with many other workers helping other customers at the moment. The situation started to get worse as a customer in line insisted that someone else should jump behind a register and start helping customers. The present manager proceeded to yell trying to find anyone else possible to get on a register with many if not all other workers busy with other customers. When another worker was done with there customer and headed back up to the register she yelled at him stating that he is a grey shirt and it’s his responsibility to help us. This is my first time spending and taking the time making a review. But the workers of the March lane Autozone work significantly harder then the managers currently.
I was very lucky to have Timothy as my sales person. He was very helpful and informative. I watched how the other sales people were with the customers and hands down he is the best. He made sure I got what I needed and more. Your company is very lucky to have him, and for that reason I will come back and tell those in need to go to Autozone and ask for Timothy for help.

No security and perhaps store policy has made this place a popular spot for thieves. I saw a man run out with an arm full of merchandise. Aside from this its a good store

AutoZone I came in with it its been a long list of things that I needed and Torry was working at the counter he took such good care of me making sure that he meticulously detailed every single vehicle and each and every single item that I need. Going here is always like a roll of the dice, you just never know how it is going to play out until you go inside. Being in retail for my main source of income myself, I tend to be very forgiving and patient with my experiences at other retail locations (especially of they provide services of any kind). Almost every time I visit this store, which can be more often for me since I own a 20 year old vehicle and I am not afraid of turning a wrench, I get the feeling that who ever comes up with the weekly labor budget is either insane or has as much sense of the business as my cat...or both. Get ready to spend triple the amount of time you thought you were going to spend here and then add 20 minutes. Ive been inside a dozen or so times in the last 2 years and there isnt more than 2 or 3 associates there to help. That would work, if there were never more than 7 to 9 customers at a time, but there is never a chance that less than 20 customers are there all requiring assistance of some kind. I think that there lies the problem, though, because there never seems to be any division of labor or if there is it is way out of balance. Those same associates are consultants, cashiers, equipment operators, testers, order pickers, order creators, phone operators, dog walkers, house sitters, and then lets not forget HUMAN BEINGS. Thats a lot of tasks to demand from all the staff at all times.TLDR: You should not come here unless you need your parts right away for your vehicle.

Love this place! My car wouldnt start this morning, had to uber to work, showed my coworkers pics and they said take it to autozone called roadside assist, they got me up and running and told me take it to autozone for battery testing/replacement so I did and thats exactly what they did and it comes with a three year warranty and they did it in about 30 minutes when they only had 2 people on staff 👍

They helped us in finding the part that we needed, even as to what stores that have it, as they did not have it at their location. Did not mind having to drive over to another AutoZone, as it turned out that the one close to home had the part that we needed to get.

I always have problems here they never have the parts I need in stock or it says they do online n then you get there and magically they have none
The store was under staffed the wait was to the door to be helped with parts. I ordered online at 5:00pm and its 8:00pm and I am still waiting for them to contact me that my curbside pickup is ready. The email arrived the next day at 8:23 am that the part was ready for pickup. They must not have a staff dedicated to filling your curbside order. This is definitely not a fast option or alternative to the huge line and long wait in the store. I cannot say if I just got them on a bad day or it was the norm. But it appeared to be two at the most three people pulling parts for customers in line all the way to the door and very soon to be outside the door with the clearly marked spaces for social distancing.

3 stars for ability to get parts I need. Staff is less than bad at automotive knowledge. Why do you hire all these people who have no clue autozone? Pay me a high management salary and my store would be the city favorite.

This store is so understaffed that I waited in line for 47 minutes for parts I had put on hold an hour before. Mind you, the parts I requested to put on hold were not the correct items on the list so the very nice woman who helped me figured it out. The parts I needed the ones she helped find were the ones I searched online before arriving to the store.This store must staff its site appropriately.

Good service went to get oil and oil filter for an oil change in my car and this guy quickly let me know that there was a deal when you buy certain combo of both. Quickly give me the data on which one was better for my car and was trying to make coversation with me about cars. Nice little talk after all. Very satisfied with the costumer service. Sometimes when i come its busy and the line is long, they take long, also because theres not that much people working at times. But most of the time they habe what i need for my honda.

Been there many times - always have what I need. A repair shop couldnt figure out what was wrong using their VCM, then Auto Zones monitor pinpointed the problem in one minute using there VCM - and it was free
They didnt have the parts we needed. They wanted to rent us equivalent that was missing necessary parts for it to be used(like handles)
