Great place to shop but only if you are looking for the very latest in books and periodicals. If you want an authors earlier works you wont find them on the shelves for the most part. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Ive always loved going to this bookstore. They sell all new books but when Barnes & Noble have sales and discounts on books and other stuff. Its all good!

I love this book store it is very clean and safe it is a wonderful and very good place to bring your children if they would like to read books of All Sorts for kids puzzles games toys collectible items everything here is about fun and learning I really love Barnes & Noble it is a very very very comfortable place to spend quiet time with yourself or maybe even with your children I love this place I cannot get enough of hanging around here I buy my books here and they also have a tremendous selection of Bibles lets just say you want to take your children or your grandchildren out for a nice fun day of learning and having fun or maybe even reading I recommend that you bring them to Barnes & Noble thank you Barnes & Noble Im looking forward to visiting you again and I will be sure to recommend this place to my friends and my family and to anybody else that is looking for a great and wonderful place to spend some time oh almost forgot to tell you the best part about this place is that they have a little coffee shop right inside where you can look at the book of your choice and enjoy it over a nice cup of coffee or maybe even a latte whatever your heart desires thank you Barnes & Noble I will for sure definitely be coming again and again and again

Barnes & Noble is my happy place! You can always find what you want here and if you cant it can be ordered for you. All the staff and Cafe members go above and beyond for great customer service with a smile.

Starbucks was full with only one person at counter. Noone looking at books though. My cappuccino was excellent.

I absolutely LOVE books, i wish this whole store was like, my reading room and all these books were mine, Id sit tucked away nonstop reading till the day I died.

I gave 5 stars because I Love the store and what they have to offer. But this does not apply to their employees - some have genuine customer service and actually want to help or assist in any way they can while others make you feel like you dont belong in their store. For example if theyre trying to deter loss prevention it may help that they offer customer service and greet their customers or ask them if they need assistance instead of following them around the store as if they are going to steal. All customers should be treated equally and everyone should be given the same treatment and offered the same customer service. I have a Barnes & Noble membership and it was very disturbing that instead of offering customer service I was followed around the store as if I wasnt a loyal customer. In my opinion that is borderline a stereotypical and almost prejudiced. Its like judging a book by its cover. But Im still giving the store itself five stars because the store deserves five stars but not all of the employees. Had I been a secret shopper they would not have passed.

Great staff, the store is super super clean. The staff is so nice, and quick to get your order if you purchased online. This is the first Barnes and nobles I have been too that’s clean and doesn’t have books all over the place. I heard the manager telling his team that they are doing a good job very often!!

I go there for kids books they have all different reading levels so that good for my kids because they need read more and library aint always open

Large selection of books especially Manga, though today I didnt get what I wanted but found something new.

Full selection and not cramped when browsing the books & magazines -- also the outside entrance is convenient (not needing to go into the mall and around to the inside entrance)

I found 1 of the 2 magazines I was looking for. The missing one that I have bought in the past is no longer on their stock list. Lots of empty shelves. Inventory reduced. I guess I will have to order magazines directly.

Wanted to get some workbooks for my kid to work on over the summer, getting her ready for next grade. As well as some summer reading for fun books . Found a few for myself too! My 9 year old thought it was the Greatest Library Ever! Staff was nice, even as busy as they were, and I loved that they were so busy! Even the other customers were playing nice lol!🥰

Great staff, clean location. I had come in to pick up a board game on vacation. They had limited stock, but I was able to get the game. To my surprise they close super early at 7 pm on a Saturday which was weird for us... as back home they stay open til late. Overall tho, it’s a cute smaller Barnes and noble I’m used to being at.

I love coming here especially with my family. You get to relax and read and explore. Its like Disneyland but with books 😁 Before covid I would read to my kids and who ever else comes an join us 🥰 plus it has a Starbucks inside here and connected to the mall. Love coming here to relax and read 😌 I also love the different toys they have for different age levels. even sensory stuff.

Selection is not as large or as fun as it used to be. No longer carries a large selection of popular authors books, but does carry a lot of books which dont seem to sell.

So crowded and just the bare minimum in there. Parking a hot mess (Sunday)

You can only enter through the outside. No access from inside the mall. Doesnt make sense. If its for count, then station people with headsets at the doors. Very uninviting. I would have completely not gone in if I didnt have something on my list.

Went to the mall with my granddaughter and her cousin to buy cloths and shoes and some smell goods from the pink store. Fun Fun!!

Did an online order, but they were nice. They could have had a sign were to pick up online orders. I went and stood in line at the front counter just to be told I needed to go to a different counter to pick up my order.

You would think its the holiday shopping season year round.📖 Barnes & Noble is the only larger bookstore in this region. Look at the selection and order what you want through a small, local book seller.📖 There are excellent, independently owned smaller book sellers, unfortunately many of them are not open in the evening. They deserve your consideration and your business.

The place was clean and organized but the self transformation section was nothing but witch craft books once I saw that there was nothing left to see I made a hasty decision to leave asap.

A while ago I went to this Barnes and noble and took several books to the cafe area. I barely put them on a table when some not so bright employee told me that she had to ask me to leave. When I told her that I was going to buy something she asked me if I wanted the menu. Clearly I left and didn’t buy the books either. I was too angry to ask for a manager there but called. The manager didn’t seem to care.

My fave bookstore since they closed another large chain bookstore. A bit pricey, but has a decent selection of newer & popular books.

It was SO good to.see the store open and have that many customers. Yes we were all wearing.mask and social.distancing... but we.wwrwnt locked up at home.

Was meh, I just used the parking to get to my store in the mall. There was a car broken into when I left, smh. I thought we had the police department covering the area. Its across the college, makes no sense to me.

Always love this place especially for the kids so many things to chose from. I just love all of the fun projects that they have as well as all of the book selections so many family friendly games,projects and activities its a must need to go place

As the door opens and that waft of brand new book smell mixed with coffee rushes by you. Instantly puts a smile on your face. Every time I would walk into that store, thats what I enjoyed. Its always clean, staff are very polite. Havent once had a time where they couldnt help me out. Prices on books are great. 📚🤓

Vert disappointed. They treat people with handicap wrong. I asked the info desk is they had a chair for my friend, she needed to sit. Information was rude and told me to keep my mask on. She did not have any chairs and refused to get me one. When we went to the front desk. The cashier told me to go to the information desk. After everyone in line started to complain about their service, a very nice worker came and assisted us with what we needed. I say shame on you barnes and noble

Amazing bookstore company chain! Have books on everything, although if its a older or less popular book you should probably check with the staff or call beforehand. Their manga selection is beautiful ranging from some popular series like black butler, my hero academia, haikyuu to light novels and shorter series like some of the makoto shinkai works: your name, weathering with you. Also have ride your wave, and such smaller less known manga series. Staff is lovely and have restrooms and a starbucks inside. Inside there is back door connecting to the mall but due to covid they have closed it so enter through the front near the malls glass doorway. Also the inside has a music section with records and other things, a game section for buying different board games and their book selection also even has books on learning different languages. Some of the languages Ive seen are Japanese (sometimes) hiragana katakana kanji, Portuguese, Spanish and English for non english speakers. Most have grammar books as well. Stay safe, wear a mask, and do Not forget to enjoy life!~just your opinion spreading nobody to help get the facts straight! ✨😇

Its just a regular Barnes and noble.

All I can this is the only bookstore in Stockton, California with a decent selection of books but you of searching on their website.

While overpriced in my general opinion, I cant escape wanting to experience the atmosphere. I typically leave with a good book and some novelty items I picked out while in the slow moving lines. I do not recommend the membership unless youre buying enough books to claim it as a write off, it just doesnt generate enough traction to cover the cost of membership.

They have cds. Not even best buy has them.

Today I happen to drop by and get me a Starbucks drink until I saw their little menu on the side inspired by the wonderwoman movie! I got myself a deadly Diana it was just a vanilla bean covered in WONDERful colors :) it was delicious! I shall come back to try another drink!

Love going here to read books and surf the web.. I would normally give it five stars but the womens bathrooms were horrible! There were no toilet seat covers in any stall and water was on the floor from a toilet leak and smell was as expected. But the rest of the place was great! I would definitely recommend going here the bathrooms are normally clean
