Never been to WhiteCap before today and i definitely regret it. The quality of the tools and the options that are in stock was great. Felt like when i was a kid and walked into Disneyland for the first time😂. If you are in the field on a daily basis shopping direct in store at WhiteCap is a must.

As soon as I walked in the door I was helped with everything I needed and the Employees there were knowledgeable and friendly.

White Cap is where you go for building supplies that you can only order online from Home Depot or Loews. They have a lot supplies that other stores would make you wait a few days for. Prices are competitive

I dont know what Maria Tomas is talking about but I had a wonderful experience with every crew member there, they knew exactly how to help me. Maria is just over exaggerating! Some rude people dont know how to act haha

The people here are knowledgeable and actually know what they are talking about! They have great service, and if they dont have it in the store, they can get it within a couple days.

Who likes it when your told It will be ready when you get here and then its not. On the 16th I called in and requested althread cut for me and was informed it wd be ready in 20 minutes. I came an hour later and then had to wait (30 minutes) for them to cut it. Ok mistakes happen. Wednesday the 18th I need more althread. I call and ask them to cut it, Im told ok it will be ready. I ask ok? Ur sure? And explains about Monday plus remind him I have an account and so your safe on being paid. I show up the following day and is it ready? Nope!
