Do not go there if your Hispanic or young in age very bad customer service I waited patiently to be helped my one of the many clerks I was never approached other customer who arrived after me kept getting asked if they needed help right in front of me and when I finally decided that’s is was most likely because of my skin color I asked for help and the clerk person was very rude and short with me it had happened to me once already at the same store but I returned hoping to be wrong.

This is one of the better places in Stockton for the real guy needs. I always had good experience here. The workers are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very busy for this season, so i would advise to come with an understanding that you will have to wait. But once you are in there you wont regret.

This place has no limit for customers to buy ammo. If someone decides to buy all they can, leaving the next customers empty handed. I think they care more about making money than the satisfaction of customers. Somehow theyre more stock on ammo than anywhere else. Been supporting this business for 16 years and going.

Just purchased a beretta from these guys and im glad i cane here. Process was simple and fast. The folks working here are friendly and awesome customer service and would recommend these guys to anyone just dont show up not knowing what you want do some research before hand to make the process easier will definitely be coming back.

I believe if the store will be closing sooner than adviced on the google site and on the entrance door sign then you should make it aware to customers, came by and stood outside for about 10 minutes, employees knew I was outside and never did they mention nor informed me that they were closed. Two other customers came by and said nothing. Fix your communication with customers. Thank you.

The staff wasnt really helpful when I purchased my gun, i wanted to ask some questions about it before I bought it, but he just let me check out the gun and he didnt wanted to answer any questions I had, just go to another gun store for better service.

This place was a joke!!! Went in to purchase 2 ar15s. 1 for me and 1 for wife. We were not window shopping we just had a few ques6about certain brands. The guy helping us thought it would be better to help people calling then help us out. We had cash n hand. This place does not know how to treat customers

Prices are competitive and have a wide selection. The customer service on the other hand is terrible. They do not have a ticket system to call people up by number, just by who they like more. Once I purchased my firearm when I called to see if I passed the background check after 10 days they were extremely passive aggressive. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is worth the extra money to purchase a firearm from another seller. Also if you are to return an item THEY KEEP 20% OF ALL RETURNS.

Friendly workers

Gun owner here. Buyer beware: Got denied by DOJ for some misunderstanding and they didnt even give me a chance to sort it out first. Just got refunded $711 for a $920 purchase for something that i havent even taken out of the box let alone away from the store.

Told me to buy a reloading book said it had all the info I needed to reload nonlead ammunition got home and opened the rapper And it did not have the info I needed took it back for refund they said no refund because I opened it. I bought a used gun 20 years ago that the clip was missing they said they had it but would have to come back later for it because they had put it somewhere came back the next day like they said it was lost and they can’t find one and they are not refunding me my money for the gun

Competitive pricing ie. VERY good prices. I was pleasantly surprised. Couldnt decide which one to get and the sales woman pointed out that it is only my FIRST. Ill be back, in 10 days! Asked right off the bat about taking the fsc test. Had to wait in line an hour to be told I couldn’t take it.

Went to the store to get started with fishing. Gio helped me get all the things I needed and gave me tips. Theres variety of outdoor stuff there from fishing rods, guns, crab traps, hunting, etc. Must check!

Today was a terrible experience. After waiting 15 minutes to even be asked if I wanted help. Then another 20 minutes waiting for someone to actually help me I left not even being able to check out th pistol I was interested in. I left with the thousand dollars I brought to spend. I guess Bass pro is going to get my business. I wont feel bad because I tried to stay loyal to outdoor sportsman after purchasing my glick with them.

I’m 52yrs old white male and I can’t get helped in there either, came in to buy a hand gun but no one would help me . 3 guys behind the counter and one customer in front of me being helped. So I left and was told about KW defense in Stockton what a great place with helpful people they got my money that day and will continue to get it
