I purchased a deck from Consumer car audio 05-07-21. I waited 3 hours and the guy Moe said it will be another hour. Then he tells me the guy isn’t showing up. I said just refund my money. He said he doesn’t know how to do that, come back Sunday. I told him I have work that day and it’s hard for me to get off time because I work in a hospital and I was dealing with a surge of Covid-19 patients. I contacted my bank and still no refund back. They will try to open up another claim but this is just ridiculous. I learned how to install a deck myself from YouTube. I installed my own deck because I don’t want this horrible experience ever again. The next step is for me to contact the better business bureaus.

This place is very unprofessional and think its ok to take advantage of women. $7000 dollar job and the wires are hanging out in multiple places. The audio system started to malfunction after 3 hours and everything electrical/digital component on the dashboard went haywire. These people are very criminal.

Well very bad service MOE sales person it’s always laying about what u want to be Done in your car they do what they want they don’t do good install never trust this store they just want your money 💰 definitely not recommend this place very bad place…..

I had an alarm, tint and stereo system put in 2 years ago. They are professional, thorough and a great selection of products to choose from. I had my car 2 years and even the tint on the windows still looked new. Im taking my new car right now to have the same thing done. And I dont even live by this town any more thats how loyal I am now.

My car went in their shop just fine now after getting an old school viper alarm my car steering column harness wires was cut and my engine start was ruined so now my brand new car is not running o have to take it back to the dealer and let the dealership put my car harness back to factory mode by replacing the harness wires so Im able to even drive it .

They are very professional and polite as well. I have great car stereo products and they really do have the best price in Stockton. I shopped all over Stockton for a Pioneer 280 DVD player and likely they really did have the best price and the product knowledge and especially they took their time with me as a customer instead of other places just brushes me off to the next store or person. The whole staff and atmosphere was very pleasant. Best car audio joint for me for life. Thats for sure.

I’ve had a ton of vehicles tinted here and never had issues. Also had them install a cheap double din android head unit, backup camera, and speakers on my Accord. I’m happy with all the work I had done.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I got a cheap quote for window tint and in return got cheap stuff as well, totally my fault(tint color is not all black and shows bluish/purplish shade & due to cheap film the visibility dropped as well). The reason i went there was i trusted the guy since i has worked with him in past. Never going back to this place again.

Best car audio place in town they have worked on all of my vehicles from stereo systems to car alarms to even having my headlights replaced they always do a good job and if anything happens there always quick to fix it.

Got my windows tinted there and they did an amazing job, but I also purchased 2 G7 Bluetooth receivers. One for my Audi & one for my husbands Benz. He gave my husband a brand new one and showed him how to set it up. I was getting the windows on my Audi tinted so he said hell leave the one for the Audi in the car. They close at 6, my car wasnt done till 8. I picked it up and seen the Bluetooth receiver in the car I opened it and it was obviously used. You could see the sticker on it was peeling and you could see grooves in it from inserting it into the cigarette lighter. I decided to just try it anyways, if it worked then oh well, but it didnt work. I was left stuck with a Bluetooth receiver I paid $30 for that was used and doesnt even work and I paid cash so he didnt tax me nor give me a receipt.

Sure if you want to your waste time out of your busy schedule and your hard earned money come on over! Get get your windows tinted here and be sure to come back and have them redo it too! If you like to be called a liar by the owner as well and have some guys stand around you like theyre about to take flight on you then this place is for you! 5 Stars for the Ghetto-ness and shadyness of this establishment! A Highly recommended place to go to get screwed over!

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. I spent over $3000 dollars there for them to screw it up time and time again (all one purchase). They cant get my tint right. They had to order a side panel for a speaker they messed up. The dont call like they promise. I want the stereo but I need my truck. Extremely slow and just a huge waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE!

Was just here! I went in to have my stereo reconnected cause I had lost power. I also had other issues going on with my car (electrical) in the process of hooking my stereo back up, they also solve my other issues. Very friendly staff and customer service. If you want it done right this is the place to go.

I had my stereo system installed 3 or 4Years ago . The tech who did it did aAwesome job...but the owner chargedMe 70$ On my credit card for a power block that was never installed ..He is dishonestAnd is not to be trusted .. my advise wouldbe too take your business too a that is trustworthy and honest!!!!

I tell everyone i no NEVER COME HERE, THEY DOMT NO WHAT THEYRE DOING. they completely destroyed the inside of my vehicle then took it back to get it fixed and tried to blame it on me, the system they installed there mechanics do not no how to properly balance the tunes, they put everythimg at max. They also gave me an amp that goes into protection mode more then i can slap but this amp i was toldf will push them no problem.. i really dont no why they are in buisness, if you have an family that are girls these guys will never stop looking or they try to be sneaky over all bad buisness, prices arent reasonable for the work gave here

Very friendly and inexpensive muhammed the weekend manager is cool and doesnt try to sell you stuff thats not necessary for the job.

I have never been inside the shop physically but i did call them to see if they had a product. The guy i spoke to was friendly and took time to listen to my problem and eventually found what i was looking for. I didnt buy the product from this store because it was more expensive than other shops but i think the guy deserves gratitude. Thanks!
