I recently took my car in to Stockton Audio of Stockton to get our stereo put in. When they were done my back speakers were not working! I tried calling them but their phone number was bogus, I went back next day and no one was there. I went to New place to fix and they said other place had blown up my back speakers! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

This place is a scammer it took me five hours just to start radio sitting there and they jack up the price after they stole the radio in my car and the workers is on crack

I don’t like to write reviews but this place they had to lie they say there gonna do it and its all short cut they like to scam people I would not recommend to anyone. In less you u don’t care for your money and they don’t have Quality brands maybe one here in there

Spend your time and money elsewhere. Employees throw parties onsite and all look hungover. They are unprofessional and dont care to get you for all your hard earned money.

Horrible horrible place save your time, money,and energy DONT GO HERE I waited 5 and a half hours for what they said would be a two hour wait. Not only that but they kept running up the price while doing the work for 2minor ass parts that cost 1/4 of what theyre charging me for. and to top it off they didnt even put my door panels back on correctly so I had to do it myself because I wasnt going to wait another 2hours for them to figure out how to do it right the first time

Terrible customer service they gave us a 30 minute wait time and hadnt even looked at the car or began to work on it. Then they gave us a 20 minute wait time and pretended like they were working on it when they hadnt even started. The guy at the front desk acts like he cant answer any questions about what they are doing to your vehicle. They had us sit there for over an hour and hadnt even began to look at or work on our car for a simple radio hookup. Dont waste your time here they will have you sitting there for hours playing dumb like theyre doing work and they cant answer questions. When I left I asked if they were just wasting our time and the front dude desk responded yup.

They fixed a mistake west coast audio made and could have fixed easily. Great approachable staff. Everyone is cool. Highly recommended

Went in for a alarm install with lock option. Up the price that I was quoted, over 300 dollars later. It was unprofessional. No wire grommets. Alarm hanging from under my dash. Wires shorting out in my doors. The installer smelled of alcohol. Constantly had problems with the install. Went back had door actuators replaced twice, and they wanted to charge me. Led was hanging out of my dashboard. Lesson learned, never will they get my business again.

Loved the Staff, loved the price installation took only 15 min. i pulled in and they went right to work i had a request looked back the radio out of the car. these guys do not play get the job done quickly. i had a problem and they fixed it for free no questions asked fixed it in one min. I left with a big cheese smile on my face. made me feel money well spent. west coast audio had me waiting hours charged me double and i left feeling confused and ripped off. I will definitly do all my car audio with them. I will refer all my family and friend and even strangers to do business with this outstanding establishment.

Brought in to get a subwoofer, and was told it would take 1:30-2 hours. Ended up taking a lot longer. When I finally got the truck back, it was a wreck. Stuff was thrown everywhere, dash was not properly put back, and I found screws all over the place. There was also grease from their hands everywhere in the truck. Definitely not worth my time or money.

The service here was awesome. They were polite and they work with you on the price and I got a discount on my new stereo...definitely would recommend!

Area was a little iffy, but the service was excellent! Prices were unbeatable. $140 for a cd mp3 player and installation. Would definately do business with again!

Always has trash all over and lots of homeless doing hard drugs staff seems cool just a shame they dont do much to keep there property clean watch out for human waste on the ground the tweekers just go all over leave the kids at home if you must go here

I had a horrible experience here would not recommend to ANYONE. They are complete Idi**** and unprofessional. They broke my brand new stereo that costed me over $500 and they didnt have the decency to replace it... This place is despicable.Not to mention the job was only suppose to take an hour *Laughs* it took more than 4 hours to break my stereo and then they cant even screw anything properly, they left a few screws out aswell
