I have tried to contact the office multiple of times to check the status of my daughter glasses, they never answer the phones. They do not verify parents identity. I brought my daughter in over 10 weeks ago and her glasses barely came in yesterday. I called today for an appointment Alondra said they did not have any available after I requested to speak with a supervisor they magically had one for today. They also claimed to be working in the office since Monday with no doctor and since yesterday with NO supervisor. Poor office management!! Call EyeCheck Optometry instead!

Went to this place for years. Some receptionist were very friendly, and others I felt were just rude and unconcerned about their patients. Always annoyed me that the doctor kept trying to sell me contacts each time after telling him I hated wearing them. Finally decided to go to another place after the ludicrous treatment by this doctor. Told him that my vision had worsen, but he stubbornly said my vision had not and tried to sell me a ridiculous story that everyone has a baseline limit to seeing and mine was just at that limit (something like that). Made no sense. Went to another place, and yes, my vision had worsen! So glad I got my new glasses prescription. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the services here and I really hope this place improves for the patients sake.

Over bookings appointments.. I Had An Appointment At 9:40 a.m. I wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor..

I have really bad eyesight and they took care of me. Staff are great and so is the doctor.

Best eye dr ever takes time to explain whats going on an the staff is so polite an helpful. I look forward to go there for my eye appts.i highly recommend this place.
