Im a DoorDash Driver. EVERYTIME I get a pickup order for this Walmart I have had to wait 40 minutes at LEAST before they get the orders out. Dashers, save your time and decline any order from this Walmart they are terrible.

This is a decent neighborhood store. Fairly often the workers are stocking at high peak shopping times, which can make it a burden to shop around them while making sure you dont slip on a taken-down box. They also have an unmanned floor cleaner moving about at times, just walk around it. The staff keeps to themselves, but can assist if needed. They do need more regisyers available during peak times.

I always have a great experience when I shop their... the people who work there are extremely helpful and nice ❤

I love WALMART but I was Red flag because of my ID had expired ok so I correct the problem but this WALMART wouldnt ok me to get my money I had the copy of my ID with the updated information and DMV said I want have anymore problem WALMART is suppose to except my information tell my new ID arrives in two weeks last week at a WALMART in Antioch thay excepted the DMV INFORMATION and told me that I shouldnt have any problems getting my money at any other WALMART but I had problems at not one but two WALMART and I did do what they told me to to do and they still refused to give me my money and I dont understand why are you refusing me to get my money because of a expired ID. Has anyone else had this problem please check your information and update it before u go thru this -hit with them

The worst customer service it was a little after 6 and after I had been standing in line at customer service I needed to cash a check the cashier let me know that it was closed but I stopped and asked another sup what time they close she said 8 or 8:30 so another person came up behind me and they took care of her even though I was still there thats because this other person was her friend so they helped her this is so wrong but no use in calling the store manager they dont take of the issue at all. This store should not even get a star but I had to put something or else it would not had posted it needs to be posted this store manager needs to be responsible for its store

Slow cash register experience ( there were only two registers open at 12pm while everyone and their grandmas wait 15+mins in lines. Manegement needs to improve check out experience. Recommend starting with reducing check out times and registers during busy hours.

I wanted use Walmart Money Center to cash my check from the CA Franchise Tax Board, but I was told the check could not be cashed although Ive used check cashing services here, as well as other Walmart stores and I have not had any problems doing so. Although Im disappointed that I couldnt cash my check, I appreciated the fact that the associate provided friendly and considerate service and even double checked with a supervisor whether or not it was possible to cash the check for me due to the fact that the issue date was over 180 days ago. I understood that according to their policy, the check would not be cashed.

I asked the associate where I could find a cart. She said outside. I asked her if the carts where disinfected, she said no. I asked if someone could disinfect one for me, she said no. So now the customer has to do everything? Its bad enough we have to ring up our stuff, and pack it. Big corporations is making big bucks😠

Produce department right when you walk in is always nice!! The prices are a little bit high. Check out in line is long but not too bad.

This store needs help with their pick up they are so slow please do a better job . Takes 45 mins to 2 hours just waiting to get our pick up whats wrong.

Quick smaller Walmart to grab certain items. Staff is really nice. I like that they operate at certain percentage. If there are too many people they limit shopping so as to not be at risk with full capacity.

These stores are not ADA compliant therefore no chairs for people with disabilities.. been in customer service since 11:13am now going on 11:46am

Good prices but lacking in customer service and order. Its better than your typical Walmart especially if youre only going to get grocery. I would not want to go to Walmart just to buy groceries so having Walmart lite where you can go get groceries and get out is convenient. I think they need to do a better job with training and hiring more people because it seems like your typical Walmart. Having worked at one ages ago I know how they operate and Im guessing not much has changed.

Neighborhood wallmart on march ln & westlane was kinda busy. But their customers service were good to show you what isle to find whats needed.

My service dog jazz and myself we enjoy going to Walmart we can get most of our shopping done there so thats why we go there and we enjoy the friendliness to cleanliness and how they wait on this good people work at Walmart

The walmart itself is nice. Plenty of options and always good customer service. However, there is a security guard who has twice now harassed my elderly mother in the parking lot. She likes to park on the side because it has the most shade in the mornings. It has valid parking spaces lined out and no signs forbidding parking there. Other security guards have said it is perfectly ok to park there but this one security guard, has twice told her she cant park there and started cursing at her and threatening to have her car towed when she explained that the other guards said it was ok.

Great for a quick stop and shop for ingredients for dinner, something desperately needed and even a gift. Sometimes their produce is not up to par thats why 4 stars. On occasion the inside of the produce has mold or a already mushy rotting spot and once I found a bug inside one of my bell peppers. Guess that proves its not grown in a factory but the ick factor is relevant. I notified the store, they apologized and that was it. Love their bakery selection, cereal aisle has tons to choose from at a good price & hygiene variety in product and price is nice. However the meat selection is pricey for the portion and same with their holiday items. Thats also why 4 stars. A plus is their employees are always professional, friendly and/or focused working hard, which sadly nowadays is rare to experience consistent great customer service.

I love all walmarts because of one reason my cookies I get there I cant get any where else. Walmarts always crowded full if people. Nice staff. Security. Big parking lots.

This store is always interesting to go to. I dont go there often. The people that come in here are classic people of Walmart. Not all but, you do see at least one or two of them. Not the nicest of grocery stores but, the prices are decent. There usually isnt long lines also.

You can generally find what you need. Just dont be in a hurry because getting out takes forever. They never have enough checkers working to force you to go through the self check out. It doesnt matter how long the lines are they never open more the 3 or 4 check stands at a time.

I walked in with my backpack, and worker asked me to leave my bag at the door. He didnt even give me a claim tag, just his word. I understand the storys concern regarding theft, but if you do implement a procedure then at least do it correctly by holding the store accountable if my bag is being secured. It was left at the door, and he promised to watch it. Now if it were given to another person who he thinks was me, how do I recover my belongings? How is the store now accountable for my lost items? Walmart, please install a legitimate policy when asking for customers personal belongings when shopping in your store. Thank you.

This is my second place to do grocery shopping. Ive always found what I want in this store with many many MANY choices to pick from. Try it you will be back.

Awesome better customer service then the other Walmart

Let’s just say I work here and it’s horrible, the staff is terrible, they over work you, the managers are all disrespectful and treat you like dogs who have a peanut for a brain, they speak to you as if you can’t comprehend the basics, you don’t get trained, they tell you what to do, then throw you out to the wolves, horrible place to work, even if it’s your first job, you can find somewhere else to work, the store is barely stocked, they’re always late to dispensing the items to the customers. Plus they choose which noob or new person to pick on and yell at, then you’re getting clapped on for no reason whatsoever, they will let others get away with stuff, and they also have convos with their favorite while they should be working, horrible staff, store, job, place, just hell in general.

Convenient location and has lots of products. However, usually has only two actual check stands open. Corporate needs to hire more employees not over burden the few they have.

I wish that they had a cleaner store and not everything you want or need had to be taken out of locked containers. Literally I was looking at one of the locked aisles with my daughter and I was wondering what the criteria was for the items that were put inside. It can NOT be by price, because I saw a .96 CENT pumice stone and ALL of the nail polishes in this particular locked case. Just pathetic. They need to do better as a store. As a brand.

I visit the pharmacy quite frequently. Theyre pretty good. The store is close to home and the employees are always helpful.

Spoke to an employee who said that the money services Department closed at 8..Get there at 7:45 and the security guard says oh sorry theyre gone for night. Sorry doesnt fix my situation. What happened to people upholding to a standard...??? Working.

I was a bit surprised to find most of what I was looking for to either be sold out or not much of a selection of my items. Im also temp handicapped and needed a motorized shopping ride on cart to only find out that they had only one available and it was almost dead. Im unable to walk so my daughter had to keep pushing me with her cart cause mine kept dying. Im glad I only needed a few items. When it came to check out time they only had two registers open. I was a bit disappointed at my trip there.

Its ok ..compared to the larger Walmarts faster more originated for daily household what-nots..( im a guy, it is what it is ..a place to buy food but somewhat faster and less diversions and distractions from original plan of action going in ). Parking is always a chore at these smaller Walmarts this one is no different. Unless u carry a LEGITIMATELY AQUIRED handicap placard parking is hit and miss. As most if not all placing operating public business its COVID sensitive wipes hand sanitation the likes at the door. Overall this one one West lane and March is exactly what u should expect at the smaller Neighborhood Walmart. Self-Checkout overcharges and when I called in someone who answered said they were already aware. Yet when I go in to get my money back Im rudely confronted about an item that scanned but did not reflect on my receipt. They cared more about getting their merchandise back than refunding me.Mind you, I had to call the store 4 times due to being disconnected a few times, and ultimately 1 call took OVER an HOUR to get assistant manager on the phone who was working with me as I am disabled and can not stand for long.When I made it into the store, I was told that the manager I was to meet had just left.I had to re-explain myself a few times to different people and instead of letting me grab the 7 food items I was overcharged for, I was forced to wait in the customer sercice line to get a refund. Once I became the next person in line, I had to wait 45 minutes for the customer in front of me.I am disabled and this is exactly why I called in ahead of time, to prevent the wait.Suddenly a guy comes from around the corner and appears across the register and in front of me. He didnt make eye contact, greet me, nor acknowledge I was there in a polite manner. Instead he said that I overcharged myself and left without paying for an item and that they would be refunding me less the amount of money of the item.I was beyond frustrated w/Walmart at this point and I declined. I said the ONLY reason you caught this is because there was a known issue with a register overcharging people. I clearly scanned all of my items w/scanner sound confirmation. He had in his hand a picture of me at checkout like a criminal. His rude demeanor made me feel like sh*t. I was in severe pain - my legs were about to give out. I was so frustrated with his accusatory attitude that I said, If this were true, why didnt management mention this over the phone when they checked the cameras after I called? He said so did you bring the item back? I said no, I have NO idea what youre talking about!!! Ill have to go home and look for it as I shop here online for store pickup between my both local Wal-Mart stores & for home delivery when Im having flare ups of severe pain from an old injury. I explained to the staff when I first got to the store and asked for Mindy manager, that I am disabled and cannot stand for long. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered and an honest potential mistake due to register error caused me mental, physical, and emotional hardship and stress. I obtained my refund after being the 3rd person in the customer service line a whole hour later. The cashier (who also did not greet me, but said I can help whoevers next) said she was going to help the next customer. I said, I am the next customer! I need my refund please. She reluctantly gave me my refund with a bad attitude. The guy from loss prevention, (Im assuming he was LP) but there was no uniform, nametag, or anything to confirm who he was, kept harassing me about when I would be back with the product, when am I coming back with it. I told him I shop from Wal-Mart stores approximately every 3 days. However, there is no way that I could even see the product in the picture of me at the self-checkout, which I swear I could not find at home but I looked it up at Walmart.com and it was less than $4. Had he not had approached me in such a negative demeanor, and had the cashier been polite and the other person in the store I spoke to uponentering had all been courteous, respectful, and considerate especially knowing they have a faulty register that double charges people, they should have been nice instead of being lackluster/rude I wouldnt had minded paying for an item I had NO recollection of. I spent 2 days with a fever, migraine, and flare up looking all over for this 2 pack of Febreze they said I didnt pay for and honestly got worried as I didnt find it anywhere, I called corporate to let them know my situation.I love the location and convenience of the neighborhood market, but they could truly improve on their customer service!

Easy location, not fond of locked up hygiene products like razors. An employee must be summoned and the product will be brought to a cash register. Has fresh produce. Baked goods from the Hammer Lane Super Walmart, but never fresh pumpkin pie. Prices are competitive. Takes credit cards. Suits our simple needs. Nearly always crowded as it is popular. Be prepared for crowds unless it is an early weekday morning. Employees are super nice.

Close, convenient ATM, they need someone who can ticket the multiple parking violators...using two spaces, parking in reserved spots.
