This is one of my favorite places to get groceries, if im ever looking for a special brand or specialty items i can usually always find them here. Big plus the people are always super sweet and nice

One register open and the cashier was having the longest conversation with a customer. I got no greeting stood there for 5 minutes gave up and used the self check out instead which constantly requires an employee override! I wont be going back to this location!

Never too busy you cant do your shopping at peace. If you like to do your own check out, they have a 15 item limit... Thats quite good to know unless you want to get stuck in there

The staff greets you, they sanitize the shopping carts, they are professional, caring, friendly. The quality of food is awesome. Im a customer who comes here quite often with my son& I. We both love the store. They have reward points, the prices arent high and theres a great selection of groceries.

Clean, safe and stocked. Havent been to a savemart yet that hasnt been following protocols and clean. Staff here are friendly and adapt well. Im hard of hearing and recently had cochlear implant surgery. Deli staff work with me and were patient with me. It was great. Thank you all.

The only food source in town, we do not have other options than Target. Prices are q bit high in comparison to other grocery stores in Manteca. The bakery is over priced, Safeway has much bigger selection and much cheaper in Manteca. We need more choices in Lathrop like Trader Joes for example.

The deli is a hit or miss, sometimes there are people there to help you and sometimes you have to wait. Today I went in, there were about 5 or 6 people back there and no one could help me. There was only 1 lady ahead of me and she took up most of ONE counter persons time. One lady doing sandwiches and the others something else....like you couldnt tell the others to help you....let me just waste my lunch waiting and waiting. No, do your job...it isnt hard.

This is our local grocery store. Its where we go for meat and a lot of our weekly fresh groceries. Pricing is fair, but a bit more than big box stores. Often worth the extra, though. And sales are fantastic!

This is a very nice store with very nice employees and is well stocked. a great liquor isle and deli. The corporate website is worthless for online ordering, the only drawback.

Hi! Was being helped at the check out by a young white man, who seems to have this idea that grocery shopping is the perfect place to push his political ideals into his customers. I can tell that me and his peers where uncomfortable. Judging by the state of the world right now, people just want to get through the day. If this is how save mart allows their workers to treat their guests AND their peers then, I can only imagine how they treat each other behind the scenes. Sad to know that even save mart is not a safe, comfortable, and friendly place to shop without having someone’s political views pushed onto them. This particular employee knows how to make someone uncomfortable.

Its a good place to buy food for the family

I shop here all the time and have good experiences. Now during COVID, customers can lay for paper bags, get free plastic bags, or bag your own groceries. With concern about plastic and the environment, I assumed they would still have the plastic bag receptacle at the entrance for recycling purposes. Staff told me they did not have the recycling receptacle anymore. It didn’t know why. I’m very disappointed in this one thing and hope they bring the ‘recycle plastic’ effort back soon. Otherwise all of this plastic goes in to landfills.

The sandwiches are better than sandwich shops. The manger of the deli and the girls are GREAT I love this place.

I really like this store. Its always clean and very organized. They have a really nice deli and bakery and they make sandwiches. Employees are really nice and always ask if I need help finding something or just a greeting Good morning how are you? You get out pretty quick. If there is a line forming they will open registers. They care about their customers!

Really sweet and welcoming staff. Some things can be on the pricier side but they do have quality goods. I usually get sweets and deserts for parties and they always got well priced cookies/cupcakes which is great.

Save Mart in Quail Lakes Plaza is great. The employees are very helpful in finding that one item you need. The store has more than one checker at the checkouts, this is what stores should be doing, you will get much more customers who will be happy and tell their friends.

I go to this Save Mart often. They have quality grocery and the deli is amazing. Ive seen cashiers come and go especially the good ones 😕 who were so helpful. Erica who has been there FOREVER should adjust her attitude, she walks around with a B resting face. Asking her for help is not worth my time.

I love all of the people that work there. They always help me to my car and put my groceries in for me. The Manager does a fantastic job running the place . Hes been there quite a while. As long as Joe is the boss I will keep going back. Shelves are always full, neat and clean. Prices are bout the same as Safeway with far superior customer service. Its been my favorite store for about 12 years.

The review is not based on the cleanliness, service or selection...all of those are good. Its the prices. Rarely do I shop there and it amplifies the almost repulsive difference in price on EVERY item I purchased. Some items had a $3 difference compared to other stores. I cant believe the prices...sorry Save Mart. Youre a plane that is bound to crash..its only a matter of when.

They have a fair price on their meats, and even though all the employees where wairing a face mask they are smiling and theyre ready to help those who need help or just have a question.

Besides the prices, employees are unresponsive and inattentive. Be prepared to know exactly what you want and where it is, because the employees can not be bothered to help and they will treat you like youve done something wrong for asking them.

Great store, veggies are excellent, bakery and deli well stocked. Awesome craft cheese selection.Meat section is normal.However, what makes this store shine is the CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The customer service is exceptional. Employees greet you with a smile and offer great customer service often without even having to ask. Eager to assist you on your shopping adventure, the employees at this particular save mart make shopping not no horrible. The cleanliness of the store is amdlso exceptional. I find parking reasonable and the store is never really busy. Would I send a visiting family member there? Absolutely.

This is the best grocery store near me. Their produces are always fresh. I love fresh fruit and vegetables. Its neat and clean place. Their customer service is always no one.

Expensive . Not really a good layout, can never seem to find things. The bakery Dept is good and so is the seafood. Do not care for the meat Dept choices. Although they now have self check out lanes be prepared to wait. No one seems to move very fast or offer much service.

The Iast time I shopped here they kept coming on the intercom to announce they were closing. It was at least 30 minutes before they were closed and they were coming on what seemed like every 5 minutes and definitely more frequently than was reasonable. It made me so stressed that I put my cart back and did my shopping elsewhere. Its the last time I have shopped here...

They didnt have what I was looking for that day. But I did like the store set up. Clean and quiet the Customer service wasnt as good but Normally it is.

Such a good experience. Came in for the great deals and got greeted by friendly helpful staff. Even went in the back and found an item that wasnt on the shelf for me. Just how a market should be.

Neat clean, and well stocked. Excellent meat and produce. The staff is pleasant and courteous. Rewards are present with their rewards card.

I enjoy shopping at Savemart only during early hrs. Its a little pricey but mostly has quality food. They do have snobby ppl shopping there during later hrs.
