David saved us this week!! My boss had to get a bunch of A/C power switches ASAP for a project, but he couldnt find any in the entire region of Southern California. He called every distributor he could find, but all said they were out of stock. Then he enlisted me to continue doing research and I called many different stores throughout the country, trying to see if they had any in stock and could ship overnight. All said no. Finally I talked to David, who was able to confirm we could pick up a quantity of 10 (!) at a location only a 30 minute drive from us (!!). He made the whole transaction a breeze and charged us $5 less per item than other stores I talked to. He was great at keeping us in the loop and staying in contact from the first phone call to the moment we had all the power switches safely picked up and brought to our factory.THANK YOU SO MUCH DAVID! There is no where else I look for pro sound and lighting. I am from New York and purchase from them on a regular basis. They are beyond fair and full of knowledge on all content they sell. Have what you think is an impossible idea? Call and describe it - I bet you will get an answer and know exactly what to buy. Customer service like this is almost impossible to find!!
