He was highly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from the initial phone call inquiry to meeting in person for the pickup. He went above and beyond to ensure the quality of the product was top grade. Highly recommend. Very prompt, professional and polite. The service was excellent. Upon arrival, they seemed to be ready for us and we were assisted immediately. They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed to load our vehicle. They did a great job packing ALL of the box pallets into our car and made it super easy for us! All in all, we were in and out in about 15 minutes due to their efficiency.Very friendly! They were so nice to our dog and even offer him a treat! The cherry on top... the manager even asked if our dog had any allergies!!

All Good Pallets does not set appointments, it is first come first serve. Learn to follow the rules and you are taken care of.For Indian truck drivers, please learn to read the signs.The sign by the gate clearly reads, All Lumber truck drivers may enter at 7 a.m. The problem is, most of the drivers come in and block the driveway, or back up onto the dock without permission, the dock also has a sign which says, ( do not back onto the dock without permission and supervision), this is because other people have broken it and I cant use my dock for several days.

We have been purchasing pallets from All Good Pallets for over 20 years, they have never let us down.

I work with the Stockton office to get my pallets, they are always willing to help and go the extra mile. Great people, service and product.

This place is pathetic, the service is trash, and the place is hella dirty, I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here to pick up or drop off! The staff needs to grow up and learn how to give out some good customer service! 0 stars if that option was available!

I have received great service from this supplier, I send in my PO ask for a time frame to have my pallets delivered and they are always on time if not earlier.

I deliver load today, there was mix up at the mill. Owner was very helpful to get the issue resolved.

I would give zero star if there was an option, the owner need to grow his mind up and needs to learn the communication skills. Not booking my loads to this place ever again.

Do not go there, very bad place.
