Waste all day for delivering load

This warehouse staff waste too much time as compare to work.As like when I come in check in that time lady ask me one truck already in process on dock no.12,when that truck pull out from dock than you can’t back there without my call and give me some instruments for unloading and also for parking before parking the truck. I say okay and I park in parking lot as per her instructions .Truck is pulled out on dock no.12 and check out from warehouse.I wait there for warehouse manager call but I haven’t received any call and than I go inside for backup and she ask me you back up there.Before backing up on dock ... I ask to forklift staff can I break the seal self or yourself than they ask me ..we have in half hour break period and one guy ask me you can break and when I start going to truck way than that guy laughing on me .After back up ..I was observed that guy fun inside warehouse after half break.When I ask for unloading that guy ask me you wait in truck.One more big discriminate way thing there.... They write inside for rest room ...Drivers are not allowed.
