Great service inside at the counter. Bad experience when the employee pulled up next to my car in his white Chevy sonic and rammed his door into my passenger side mirror. Wasn’t a gentle tap, enough for me to get out and check for damage. Heavyset older guy that hit my vehicle walked off, and watched as I reviewed where he hit me, then went inside without a word. You’d think a place that sells car parts would have a little more respect for their customers’ cars. 1 star for the carelessness and disrespect of your employee.

One the few Auto zone I’ve been to. The manager Trey was very helpful, he went out of his ways to help me brake light circuits. I was very satisfied with the customer service I’ve received!

Trey Sully was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the correct battery for my car. He was very kind and patient with me as someone who has very limited knowledge of the inner workings of my car or even what exact year my car is. Trey made a stressful situation go so much smoother so I could get back on the road.

James was very helpful and thorough with battery R&R. He made sure everything was positioned right and tightened. Satisfied and will visit again.

Stoneham gets the job done . But if you want good counterhelp . I suggest North Reading or Woburn

My AC was in need of a charge. With the excruciating heat I needed it fixed with Freon ASAP! Today 6/8, The store manager Trey was very helpful as I arrived as one of the first customers. He put the product into my jeep without even asking! Car is now icy cold and i am very satisfied !

If there were 100 stars, I would rate AutoZone and their employees (Stoneham Store) 100/100! I had originally gone to Advance Auto Parts right down the street and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I came to AutoZone and the store manager Trey was very timely and friendly. I had shared with him my nightmare of an experience with the boneheads down the street and he was instantly apologetic and made it his priority to get me the correct wipers and generously gave me a 10% discount AND a free gallon of windshield fluid!! My frustration/anxiety from the boneheads down the street INSTANTLY turned to relief and calmness as it was clear to me he (as well as all the employees) had the knowledge and knew exactly what they were talking about/doing. I left AutoZone feeling so grateful as this location in Stoneham GENUINELY strives to make it a positive and easy visit for any needs! Thanks again to Trey and to the rest of the employees!!😇

After braking down with a dead batterie on the way to the airport. We needed a jump. But there jumper batteries they sell needs to be charged . They gave us one they had that was charged free of charge. And got us back on the road. Five stars to auto zone and thier employees

Trey Sully treated me and my car excellent today. I needed to replace my car battery.It was not a simple swap out. The battery is not very accessible but he was patient and thorough and completed the job in short order. He cleaned the terminals with liquid and brushed them clean he placed pads to help reduce corrosion. During the whole procedure he was friendly and helpful. He definitely provided 5 Star Service.

This place is great. I had my low beams go out and Trey and the other 2 guys in the store helped me check everything. Turned out both bulbs had burned out and Trey with his magic hands was able to replace them for me without having to take the housings off. Very impressed with the customer service and overall helpfulness

Can’t say enough wonderful things about the costumer service here! Driving home on 128 my battery light began flashing and my car started sputtering. I pulled into the nearest Autozone in Stoneham. An employee examined my engine and explained that typically they won’t replace a battery that has other parts blocking their way, he explained that they have one employee that will sometimes do it. Trey Sully (store manager) went above and beyond, replaced the battery and tested my alternator to ensure that a new alternator would not be necessary. He was so kind and pleasant throughout the whole process. Stoneham isn’t super close to my home but I have to say that I would be willing to drive back here for all my auto parts needs!

I needed new windshield wipers and my nephew told me he would replace them for me. I ordered them from Amazon but he was unable to replace it because the first one was defective. They sent me a replacement for that wiper. I went to Auto Zone in Stonehan and was greeted as soon as I walked in by a kind man named Moodie. I explained my situation and asked I if I could pay to have someone put them on. He told me that he would replace them for me but he wouldn’t charge me. He replaced them and I gave him a tip for his work. I was left with a warm feeling knowing that there are kind people out there who are willing to go above and beyond to help others. If I ever need anything else for my car I will return there and will also tell anyone I can to do business there.

Went there to replace a headlight. Brought in the old part and the guy at the counter told me exactly what I needed and where it was. Went outside to replace it and the manager was right by my car on his break and offered to replace it for me. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

Originally bought a battery at another autozone location who were unable to replace it for me due to certain circumstances. I called the Stoneham location and they told me to bring it right down! Trey was great and happily helped replace my old corroded battery in the snow/cold. Would highly recommended for your car troubles!

So my day was going great until my windshield washer nozzle broke. So I went everywhere except advanced cause it was the last place I would go and one of the associates told me heres the part. So I went to go see if it fits and it doesnt fit. So I told him that it wasnt the right one and he said of course it will fit. So I showed him the whole broken piece that did fit and he said that its not my problem go somewhere else. Very disappointed with the service and I did went down the street for that part and they did have it. My brother even told me who works on cars said that it wouldnt fit because of how the part is and the hose for it. Very disappointed with the outcome and the associate (its not Trey) who in my opinion doesnt even know how the hose is set up from chrysler. Ive been to AutoZone all the time and always have it but now I dont even know if I trust your selection for the right parts on the right vehicle.

I dont know Joseph OBrien went in and spoke to them about Duralast brake pad receipt that was in Ronald Hall car xfinity that had a warrenty. He lived in Worcester but the break pads where bought in September in Stoneham. He was locked up in jail at that time.

Went there for an engine light check and the employee who helped me, Jim B. was so helpful and knowledgeable, it was a huge weight off my shoulders. Talked me through everything and printed up needed diagrams for my repair and told me where to look up info if something came up that I couldnt do on my own. Excellent customer service.

Trey just saved my vacation! Needed a rear wiper blade for a trip to the mountains and of course, the make/model I have is only available at the dealer. Trey was able to replace the rubber and save the day! As I was waiting, he also took a call from someone who couldn’t get there car to start and had no cables. He was leaving to go get them jumped so she can get to the store!

Right after my 60k dealer service, I went in hoping to get a lower rate on replacing my brake system than I got at the dealer. The man at the desk did not listen to my concerns and insisted on charging me a $67.88 (approx.) fee to assess the car. I practically drove straight there from the dealers! When they were done with the 55-point assessment, I was given an $800 estimate that I was in no way ready to pay for!What would it have cost the technician/salesman to listen to my concerns and then advise me appropriately? As a customer I have the right to ask questions about what I am about to pay for. I did not learn anything new after the $70 charge, other than they are master technicians too(!) and the estimate. The man also told me that I seemed to not know what I wanted – when I walked in there knowing i needed to get pads+rotors, along with the hardware kits, oil and fluid. We could have had a productive conversation upfront instead of wasting time and money!It was really bad customer service today and I am highly disappointed as I write this. I have never gotten on the internet to write anyone a bad review!LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARENT STUPID.

I prefer another auto store nearby. The people here arent helpful or engaging. And one time I ordered something to be sent to the store and I had to call them to find it was there. No electronic notification, no phone call, nothing. It was just sitting behind the counter.

I go here a couple times a year so I can pay way too much for windshield wipers and headlight bulbs. Recently though they were helpful in changing a new battery for my CRV. I think I paid $15 for the swap but they did it for me in the parking lot. It took a little longer than it should have but I left happy.

Stopped by with a battery issue and Alex was outstanding. He answered all my questions and made sure to explain all of my options for fixing the issue. I ended up buying a replacement battery and he even installed it for me. He was great, very helpful and professional every step of the way.

Generally, AutoZone has a good inventory of parts and supplies, and you can check on their website to see if the item you want is available in a particular store, but beware!Tonight, after finding that the nearby stores were out of the item I needed, I located a more distant AutoZone store with an ample supply, according to the website. I drove there, and despite their stores computer system indicating that they had 19 of these on hand, they could not find a single one.I was told they would ship it to me the next day for free if I ordered on line. I did that, but the website added $10 for the free shipping. So, overall, Im not a happy customer tonight.UPDATE: After paying for the overnight shipping, the order didnt arrive the next day. I was able to get them to refund the shipping charge. But I lost even more time because of the shipping delay.

I have come to this AutoZone twice within the past month and the service has been amazing! Travon went above and beyond and installed both a headlight and tail light for me. Biggest joke for a parts store that Ive seen. went there last week and they had no clue what I was looking for when I asked for a thread chaser. then I go tonight at 842pm and they are closed 20 minutes before they are supposed to. hows on the window and online say they close at 9. wont be back as they apparently cant even tell time with digital clocks.
