Had a really easy move into a 2nd floor unit, but everything was set up for me and the elevator was large enough where was easy to get all my stuff up, and they had it multiple large dollies where it wasnt a challenge.I had to make my first payment today, and had an issue with the website itself, but I gave a call to the local number and Dennis picked up right away and was able to help me set up auto pay right over the phone, and he was also able to answer a few questions about how easy it would be to transfer to a slightly smaller unit as I got one bigger than I needed. Sounds like there are no hidden fees, so I really couldnt be happier that I picked this location to this point!! Thank you!

This process was made so easy with the help of Dennis and other employees who went above and beyond to explain everything I needed. The day I had the movers come I was waiting for over two hours and the employee inside came out and asked if I needed some water and walked me through the logistics to getting inside. I booked easily online the day I moved and was texted my gate code and unit number. I had difficulty finding where my unit was but Dennis in the office went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend for convenience(internet sign up) and then in person help if needed

Needed a unit at the last minute due to an emergency. The manager was extremely attentive helpful and courteous. He met our needs quickly as we had movers waiting and found us an appropriate unit. Facility and unit were both clean and unit was climate controlled and extremely easy to access. Safety precautions were also taken throughout the transaction. Would highly recommend based on the managers professionalism and the efficiency with which he helped resolve a difficult situation and the concern for our health/safety.

Wayne was super helpful when I randomly showed up at the office today to find more info and see a space in person. Having never used a storage space before, I was hesitant to just call or reserve online so I wanted to see an actual unit and find out more about pricing etc. He answered all my questions, gave me a tour and was very informative. In the end he found me a better deal at a sister location which was really appreciated! It was quality customer service and helped me choose Extra Space as the company to go with for my storage needs.

Originally cane here because of how convenient the location was and that my family needed storage during our move. Now it’s become the most useful place to store and access my work tools and now my wife gets to park in the garage. Win - win I searched for less expensive places many times and didn’t find anything nearly as big and cheap anywhere closer. Funny thing is the office guys there helped me search for a cheaper place and we laughed as I quickly realized I already had the best storage and price in town. Noticed other contractors in and out too. Love this place.

I have been renting a unit for over 10 years and I am always amazed how clean the facility is. Dennis and Wayne are very present and available whenever I need something. They have a great sense of humor and make going to my storage unit a great experience.

My opinion from two years ago has not changed with this being a clean well managed location. The decisions that have to be made are simple and easy. The facility is well kept and managed. The covid has the human interaction down to a minimum and there is very little interaction so germs are not spread or encountered.A very clean and open facility with a very helpful staff at all times and the questions are never too small to be considered and answered. I had to pick up a recliner and was considering just bringing it here to store until I make up my mind on just what I am going to do with it.

Wayne and Dennis are incredibly nice and have made this whole process a lot easier than I thought it would be. The access to the units is very good, as are the hours of access. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage at 95 Montvale Ave in Stoneham.

Extra Space storage was very helpful during my mothers move. The free month was really great, and the unit was giant for the price. I felt comfortable with the security system. The location is very easy access from 93, right off the highway, and gas and dunks is nearby too, which is pretty critical to have when youre unloading the truck.

Dennis was very helpful in helping me find the right storage for my moving materials. Great service and location.

Secure, safe, and convenient. Heat and humidity are not a problem with the temperature controlled storage, and the first is free which really sold me to start. Im very happy with the service and facilities. I just rented my second unit because the value was better than other competitor storage companies. The rental price is good, facilities are well kept and clean, and the staff are quick to return calls, and helpful in determining the right size unit for my needs. Hopefully, I wont need a third unit but if I do Ill use them again. Highly recommended.

Such a helpful staff!! They are amazing, I used this facility for the first time last month and couldnt be happier with the experience I had. I accidentally made a huge mess with my belongings while at the front counter, and a handsome bald man came rushing over to help me! My hands were so full he even offered to carry my stuff to my car. I wasnt sure if the sectional we were moving was going to fit on the elevator but Wayne and Dennis assured us it would and they were absolutely right. Very spacious elevators for big items makes a huge difference. Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

Dennis (manager) was very helpful and honest. He helped me get the right size unit and made sure I was all set before I left the office. Very clean and secure facility.

Clean, safe, spacious place. Wayne was fantastic in explaining the process to someone who had never rented a locker before. Gave us a great tour of the facility.Locks and other materials for sale were about a dollar more each than Walmart, but that’s still a great price considering the convenience.

Facilities are clean and well-kept, and certainly in a convenient location.Dennis himself, however, was extraordinarily helpful and a pleasure to work with! He was courteous in demeanor and pleasant to chat with explaining some of the finer points. He showed us around the facility, where each of the multiple entrances and elevators are and other small details. He was very patient even when the computer systems were glitching out on him, and he still got us taken care of expeditiously. Dennis is the man!

I went in because the prices online were great.Once I got there the prices were different. Those units online were no longer available . Plus they add an additional fee for insurance The only reason I signed up was because I was about to have foot surgery and was running out of time. But less than a year after signing up they raised the price and they have doing so often.Cant wait to get out of rhere!
