I went in after having a horrible experience with the one on east wash. I called this store because I was so upset with how I was treated at the other store just to see where I could call to let them know. Silver Apologize for the way that I was treated multiple times even though it wasn’t his wrongdoing which I never got from the other store. Also asked me if the problem I had was resolved and told me if I came there he would be happy to help. All I know is based on the amazing customer experience I received there I will drive over 30 mins out of my way and go to this store every time. Thank you silver for going ABOVE and BEYOND for me.

This was the 4th AT&T store in the Madison-area I had to go to finally buy an iPhone. It seems AT&T Corporate stores dont value their customers who want to spend nearly a grand on a new phone and think its acceptable to short staff their stores to the point theres either a 1-2 hour wait or they put a sign on the door saying theyre closed early and not letting any customers in due to staffing.This isnt the case for this independently owned location. The wait was minimal. Andrew did an amazing job getting the iPhone and everything setup. He was also very friendly and personable. The experience here was great and I will now make the 20+ mile drive to Stoughton for my future AT&T needs. Keep up the great work!

Andrew was exceptional with regards to his customer service and assistance. He went above and beyond to help me. He is an amazing asset to ATT&T stores. I am not sure what he is paid, but I doubt it is enough for the service he provided. I highly recommend this store and Andrew as your representative. I will be going back for future upgrades and will refer anyone looing for a fair and honest cell phones sales experience.

Employees seem to be stressed out from upper management disfunction. I go here now and then and it seems like theres always new employees that are brand new running the store by themselves. It seems like the bosses are short of training and man power from the disfunction I have seen over the few times I have went there.
