We are Verizon customers for part of our service but decided to switch our internet and land line services to Verizon also. We were helped by a very nice young man who was from the Carroll, Iowa store filling in for for another employee at the Stoughton store so she could get away for a vacation. My husband and I are both in our 70s and Jordan was super patient and knowledgeable explaining everything to us and our options that would work best for our needs and he made sure that we understood what needed to be done and how to do it. Everything went smoothly with notes he sent with us and we were able to get everything hooked up successfully at home. We usually dont write reviews but we felt this young man needed the recognition for being a great Verizon employee, someone the company can be proud to have working for them. We highly recommend Verizon and are very happy with our new internet connection far superior to what we had with previous carrier.
Ashlie was super busy today but did a great job multitasking, making sure every customer was greeted and helped as quickly and efficiently as she could. She did not make anyone feel like she was rushing to get through them either.

Pre ordered a phone for my son with basic instructions to have all support material ready along with the phone upon pick up. I was told new phone arrived but without a charger block. They ask my to take the phone but my son wouldnt be able to charge it until the parts came in. What retail store thinks that is okay?, . I voiced my displeasure. Employee (Ashley), interrupted my conversation with another employee to ask me to leave the store as my tone was rude. What? Im the customer voicing my displeasure? Lectureing a customer without completely hearing their concerns without fixing them is wrong and is worrying to any customer. When the retail staff is more concerned about their needs and wont fully defuse a customers concerns, well, its a problem. Ashley, you may have a problem with me, but, lets be clear, you have done nothing to earn my respect, courtesy, or positive human interaction until after the transaction. If it was your retail business you would most likely be more patient and hear the customers concerns in order not to loose the business. Over time as you grow I hope you will understand this. Best of luck to you. Oh, when I apologized at the end of the transaction for my tone, I meant it. It would have been wise for you to do the same, being pro active can only be viewed as a plus by your customers.

After hours of dealing with nothing but problems, Nadia was a pleasure to work with. She was able to multitask 4 different customers and keeping everyone pleased. I want to thank Nadia for being an amazing employee and going above and beyond yesterday while I was trying to transfer over from AT&T. After being hung up on by AT&T twice, Nadia made sure everything on the Verizon side ran smoothly. She did an excellent job taking care of 4 customers at a time, she gave everyone her undivided attention and is an excellent multitasker. If it wasnt for AT&T not being helpful she would have had me in and out in no time. She even stayed an hour after the store closed to make sure my phone was properly set up, and provided us with the BEST customer service I have ever received! She is definitely Store Manager material!!! Thank you Nadia for being patience the entire time we were in your store, you were amazing!

I have been to this location before, the women who helped was extremely helpful. However the second time I came in was to purchase a new phone. Two men working, I simply wanted to know the best deal and best phone available as I was ready to purchase immediately. They couldn’t answer any questions, give any advice and only relied on their computer screen behind the counter, yelling across the store to answer my questions. Frustrated, I asked where the closest apple store was because I needed a phone immediately and it was apparent they had no idea what they were talking about. Either order online or go to a different store, you aren’t going to get the help you’re looking for walking into this store...

Went in just to get a new phone activated and my old phone deactivated. Jeff got me switched over in a couple of minutes then made sure the new phone was actually up and running by making a test phone call. Simple request for service but it was handled quickly and well. No complaints.

This Verizon has the best service and also the best atmosphere of any I have ever seen. Jeff is a great store manager and can take care of all of your needs. And I even had a hot coffee during my short wait.
