Awful experience. They kept me waiting for half an hour there was no one else there. The guy that was working there was very rude. Then the supervisor Sherry came in absolutely horrible customer service. A slovenly demeanor, and completely unprofessional. It look like she hated working there and was letting everyone know. She even berated the employee who was not as experienced as her. She raised her voice insisting that I needed to provide information that I didn’t have. What was I supposed to do make it up? I needed storage for my office as we were moving to another place at the end of the month but after a full hour trying to get through to these people I shelved the whole idea and left. Do not waste your time here. This was very unprofessional experience I can’t even imagine at the end of the rental period, the problems that they would bring up given they had been so difficult already at the beginning of the business relationship. Don’t know if they’re used to just demeaning and abusing the customers but I was not going to put up with it. Buyer beware.

I had an appointment to get my hitch installed, I paid it, got my schedule and I went there on the right day and on right time. They told me that they didn’t have the parts there so they would’ve had call me when the parts arrived. They didn’t call me and waited as much as I could and when I finally decided to call them the lady on the phone was extremely rude with me and she didn’t even tried to solve my problem. She offered the reimbursement so the only option I had was to take it.Unprofessional!

The whole process was great. I was able to get a truck same day but I would recommend reserving to be safe. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Truck was in great shape, very clean, and the brakes were very responsive. Jerry did my inspection at the end and edited my total on the spot because I put less miles on than I thought I would. Highly recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. They sent my truck to another location the day before pickup and now one contacted me to inform me. When I got to the location the rep said someone tried calling me at 6pm and left a message but that was a complete lie because I had no voicemail nor did I have any call in my call log. The rep was indifferent to my issue. She couldnt have cared less

I think someone need to be re-trained in there to be a supervisor very rude women is very unprofessional and rude ! If you don’t want to work there leave !! I won’t use this facility again! Lost a customer !!

Terrible location the woman and older man working there gave me an issue renting a trailer because my fuse shorts out and wouldnt light up on the right side.Ive rented from multiple locations and purchase the insurance every time just incase. This place is a joke I run a small moving business and definitely will not be recommending this location to any of my future clients or business partners.

I brought the U-Haul back to them and as soon as we got out she asked me why I was here because there was no drop offs scheduled when my paperwork said other wise. Am I not allow to return U-Haul trucks at U-Haul? Should I bring it to the post office to return? Unnecessary attitude from her

Sherri would not allow a credit card change after purchase, truck was in terrible shape, and I could not do a one way drop off.

The equipment I reserved was ready on time, clean and functional. Even though the fuel level was marked inaccurately, adjustment was easy with a photo upload upon checkout of the truck. All was successful.The above came as a surprise, because in years past, I have experienced quite the opposite. I feared I would encounter lost reservations, missing equipment, lengthy lines and rude employees. This is the Uhaul I knew from the past. I am grateful to have experienced a whole new process, run more efficiently and effectively. Now I trust Uhaul a little bit more.

Sharon is great..she is extremely nice ...she speaks clearly so you can understand everything ...I made a little mess she gave me a broom ...she is more than helpful with tour questions and things you need from the place ...

My son and I had excellent service. The van was clean and in good working order. The people working inside were very nice and made everything easy!

Very disappointed. After spending time on their web site to select a hitch & installation services, make an appointment, and paying up front by credit card I get a call from them saying, we dont do electrical wiring and I dont have a guy who can install your hitch. What??!! What a waste of time. The woman who informed me said, but Im refunding your payment. They are clueless about customer service. Can not recommend.

What a well run, pleasant surprise. If you are wary of rental venues, the pleasant and very efficient staff here will help change your mind. Equipment has always been clean and in good shape.

Paid to have a trailer hitch and electrics installed 3 months prior to a camping trip to tow a pop up trailer. Day of the trip the electrical doesnt work. I called the store and spoke to Kirsten who told me she couldnt help as the trailer hitch guy wouldnt be back until Thursday... He has another job at the airport. I explained that today is Monday and I have a car packed and rented a site, took vacation time from my job and needed assistance imediately. Kirsten continued to tell me I would have to call a different store. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she hung up on me then didnt pick up the phone for the remainder of the evening. This place has the WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with. Will NEVER use them again. Rude and ignorant.

These people are horrible. DONT rent here. The general manager is very rude, impatient, and lacks professionalism. I rented a van here with a dent on one of the backdoors. None of the employees did a proper pre-inspection check. When I brought it back, they charged me for the dent that was on the van prior to renting it. The general manager said that the van was fine prior so I asked her to supply pictures as evidence and pull the security cameras if she has to. After fumbling around for a couple minutes, she showed me pictures of the van at night from 5 months ago. I rented the van from 6/26/19-6/27/19 (total of 8 hours) and she showed me pictures from February 2/25/19!! Her colleague grinned in embarrassment as she knew this general manager was trying to con me. During my time there, I noticed another unhappy customer to which the general manger paid no attention to. I would not advise anyone to rent truck here. The general manager blatantly lied to take advantage of a customer and get a previously damaged van fixed. The people that work here are horrible.

Helped unload a reasonably priced storage unit it was clean dry well light and easy to access.

The best service ever! Not only did I rent a storage unit, but a trailer as well. Sharrie was super nice although I was slightly upset and emotional when I walked in and took it out on her. She was effecient in processing all of the paperwork, explaining the details of the rentals, ensuring that I had all of the required materials to complete the process, and she hooked the trailer up. Because of her patience and kindness, I was in a muchbetter place emotional than when I went into Uhaul. Thank you so much.
