I was served by Susan, who without a doubt, must be a legend at the company. She comes with a smiley face and it never disappears. She knows what she is talking about and you understand her totally, without having to have her explain it all over again.She reminds me of that steak sauce, because she is an A-1 and is a very classy lady besides.You people are lucky that you have this woman working for you, and matter-of-fact, if she is the Franchise Owner, she is certainly doing a great job for you and for her.I hope she is !!

This place was perfect for me to use as my declutter spot when I tried to sell my home - I needed a place to make sure the home was neat and the closets didnt have an avalanche when people looked inside my closets!Susan was a big help to get me a spot for the few months that I needed it and was extremely helpful - just what I needed to sell my home in 2 days!!I will most likely be using them again for all of my extra storage that wont fit in my downsized home!!

Easy access from the highway, clean and well kept facility. I hadn’t expected to stay there so long and at one point needed to move to a larger unit. They made the transition so easy for us which was greatly appreciated. The staff there was always friendly and accommodating, especially Susan! Would highly recommend this location.

It’s the hottest day of the year and when everyone should be just miserable about it Sue who helped me take care of my shed was very pleasant. Even came by twice to ask if I needed anything. So with that being said if a unit ever opens up at this location just know that you’ll be taken care of the moment you walk in the door. I hope this review helps.

Susan aided us on numerous occasions with opening our unit, changing locks, as well as giving us information about local locations for donation. The upkeep of the facility is continually top notch and the employees, especially Susan, are always incredibly helpful.

Susan was VERY professional as well as prompt in answering my questions! The experience was very smooth and seamless, this is the third unit that I have rented for sample storage. This by far was the easiest to use and the cleanest unit. Quite happy with the level of service.

We needed to rent a drive up space to move boxes and items to store prior to a move. When we reached out Susan answered the phone and was absolutely the best. She was knowledgeable, confident, and committed to answer all our questions. Unfortunately they didn’t have the space we specifically needed. She was gracious and helpful to find what we needed. One hour later we got a call back that the space we needed opened up so she and her team were immediately going to clean the space and we moved forward with the rental! Amazing!!
