We were hit by a driver ignoring a stop sign and the entire passenger side from tip to tail was damaged. (23k in damage to be precise) I had the car towed to Ron Marhofer Collision in stow where they gave me an estimate in a few days and began work. The repairs were finished in a little under a month however there was one part the team was waiting on in order to complete the repair. Due to covid the manufacturer of that part kept pushing out the delivery date. A few days shy of the four-month mark of the repair I got a call that the part was in and that the car would be ready in a few days. When I picked up the car it was immaculate and beautiful and the drive was perfect. The team at Ron Marhofer Collision in stow was in constant communication with me. They were very courteous and kind and empathetic. I hope to never need their services again but if I do I will definitely choose Ron Marhofer Collision!

I was so pleased with the work that was done on my car. Everyone I spoke with at the company was so professional and friendly. I was communicated with throughout the whole process via text. The car looked almost brand new when I picked it up. I needed a new front bumper and headlight from an accident I was in. It was returned to me washed, vacuumed, and buffed. I had some rust on the hood of my car. They had to grind it off to bare metal in several areas. The repair far exceeded my expectations. There is not one flaw on the repair. You cannot tell anything was ever wrong. Several days later, I’m still looking at it because it is so well done. I have felt with several body shops before, and will never go anywhere but here.

I am very happy to have gone with Marhoffer Collision for my vehicle. After recently being in a car accident I was very worried that my car would never look, or drive, the same again. After getting my car back, I couldnt be happier! The paint matches up perfectly and all the replacement parts were OEM and identical to what they were before. Looking at my car now, there is no way to tell I was ever in an accident. Id like to especially thank James who took the time out to answer questions and work on my vehicle. I was told I could expect my car in four days, it took fifteen. I was not kept informed of why repairs were taking longer than expected unless I called. Employees were dismissive and unhelpful.

I had a minor body repair that I wanted to get done as soon as possible. Not only did they get it done the same day, they got it done earlier in the day than I was originally told that they could get it finished by. I was very happy with the workmanship and the speed that they completed the job in. I will definitely use them again if I need body work done again in the future! I highly recommend this body shop.

This is the 2nd car Ive had worked on. Phenomenal job both times! Highly recommend them. They even washed & vacuumed my car when they were done.

Repaired car, did a great job. Issues after and getting insurance involved to cover diagnostics a nightmare. Almost came in on a scheduled appointment Saturday and no technicians would have been on staff. Recommended I take my car to Toyota, Toyota took care of car under warranty ($1500 in parts including bad wheel bearing on repaired side) in more repairs. While this wasnt my worst experience at a dealership, I wouldnt say it was solid enough to merit a good rating.

They do good work. Rushed a job once, trying to complete before holiday, although final quality didnt turn out to their standards, so they took it back in and corrected.
