Very thankful Erin and Sarah are so kind and helpful! Hit a deer on the evening of the 14th (after a gorgeous opening day at Cedar Point) and my Hyundai Sonata ended up totalled. As devastated as I was to lose my car they made the process much less painful.

They have repaired our car multiple times due to accidents. They went beyond what we expected this last time. They cleaned the inside. This was huge for us. They had no idea of our personal circumstances. They also update us often with updates.
My car had dent and scrap damage and needed the entire front fender replaced. The technicians were able to fix the damage and replace the fender in a very short amount of time. They even matched the unique color of my car using their color-matching software. They were very polite and professional as well. I am incredibly happy with the repairs and will keep them in my phone, just in case.

The Cuyahoga Falls Service King gave me nothing but outstanding customer service. Dougs communication with the insurance company who my claim was under was phenomenal. He was very informative, always called to give updates, and gave me detailed explanations on how the dents and scratches on my car would be fixed. When I picked up the car, it looked just as good as the day I brought it home on both the interior and exterior. Service King also booked a rental car for me, which was ready less than 5 minutes after I dropped off my car. My car looks beautiful and I will definitely be using them again in the future if my car is damaged. As such, I 100% recommend them for any collision or damage repair. Thank you guys!
Outstanding service all around. This was my first time in an accident. I was very stressed and the staff made me feel that the car was in good hands and assured me that it would be good as new. And they delivered on that promise. They walked me through the steps, got the car into the shop right away, and were in constant contact with me. Doug S was my repair tech... Man, did he do a great job! Car looks brand new. Very happy with the service from start to finish.
There was some damage to my bumper as well as some tail light damage. They quoted me and then discovered additional damage after they got the bumper off they discovered additional damage. It was only about 4 days in the shop and they did a fantastic job. They detailed my car inside and out better than I do when I do my normal seasonal cleaning of my car. Took my daughters car there with some damage from a collision. Excellent job fixing it. Car looks like brand new. Our service advisor Doug Cook took care of everything involving the insurance and kept us informed on the status of the repairs throughout the process. Would definitely use them again.
This is a very clean seems to be new but it is not been around for almost 30 years in they do an outstanding job on repairs and the prices are fairly reasonable the warranty is undeniable one of the best out thereso if you need body work to your vehicle this is definitely where you need to go
Seriously the best service! Had to take my car in due to being rear-ended. Cant even tell theres been body work done to my car. it looks brand new. The customer service was excellent as well. Everything was smooth, communication was great. I always knew what was going on and had a timeline of what would be done when. Thanks Tony and your team for taking care of me! Lets hope I am not involved in another accident anytime soon, but if I were, Id come back here for my collision repair.
Horrible work. I had my car towed back within 2 hours of picking it up (keep in mind, they had the car for over 3 weeks) and they acted like the malfunction had nothing to do with them. I got a speech about how I needed to give them the highest rating on their satisfaction survey at least 3 times. I was also told that the survey was tied to their bonus. Incredibly unprofessional. When I picked the car up the second time, there was just enough gas in the tank to coast into the gas station less than 1/4 mi down the road. while I was filling the tank I did some closer inspection. Many parts in the interior were not fully reassembled and there was grease smeared on everything. I turned around and took it back. When Tony saw me walk in he threw his hands in the air and gave me that what now? look. I told him the car was falling apart inside. He came out to take a look and told me what I needed to do to get everything assembled correctly. This was the straw that broke the camels back. He expected me to finish the job for them. I refused and demanded that the issues be fixed immediately. surprisingly, they were. I reported them to corporate as well as Allstate. If they continue this kind of work, Im not sure how much longer they are going to be around.
I was told my car would be done in 2 to 3 days. I never once received a notification of their progress. Therefore, I called on day 3 and was told that parts would be in the next morning and that they would have them installed and the car detailed that day and I would receive a call to confirm. Its now that day, I waited until 2:30 PM and called them again. This time I was told that the parts arrived late and it wouldnt be finished until tomorrow which is highly upsetting since I made arrangements with friends to get to work and to Service Kings so I could pick up the car today.I thought I would be treated more professionally than this from a company like this. I also dont appreciate the fact that I was never informed in any way about the events that have transpired.I just hope their work is much better than their customer service. This remains to be seen.
I just have recently received repair work from here. The original person I received helped from seemed nice and reassuring. My original repair time was supposed to be only supposed to be few days and I did recieve it on time but it was unfinished... The original person that helped me was out of town and was not there to deliver me back my car. The person that served me that day, felt like he just wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible. The first thing I noticed on my vehicle that did not seem right was the bottom panel. I was told they de attached it to do the repairs on the right side of my door. I told him that it looked like it was loose so he then tried to explain to me by howling me both of my bottom panels were loose by pulling on the left side to try to get me satisfied and leave. As Inspected more in that area i noticed that there was a small chipping of paint near the area as well and that it was not there before I haven even had the car for a year. He tried to then tell me that its due to weather conditions and rocks by pointing to the front bumper of my car. I then went to check out where the original damage should have been fixed on the right door and noticed that parts of the job looked half done. There was damage by my door handle that I told the guy who was originally helping, expressed to him to please get these repaired and they did not. The gentleman then knew he had to tak back my car too fix that repair so i expressed to him that I would like that fixed and he told me he would. I even called the store the next morning to make sure I would get taken care of and they told me yes. Awaiting a few more days I’ve finally received the car back again for the second time by the original person that helped me. He apologized to me about the bottom panel in which I was right, it is loose from them working on it. So I then checked for the chipped paint on my car to see if they had fixed it and they hadn’t. I told him that specifically I got told it would get taken care of and it didn’t. He proceeded to tell me he would order touch up paint from the honda dealership and he would call me back in a few days. I believed him and went home. As i got home on top of everything I noticed that they did not clean my car properly. All of the back seat there is white dust and dirt, even on the center console. My seats aren’t leather so it would take more time to clean that off myself. Its been a couple weeks and I never received a phone call back. I had just recently started up school full time and work part time. I do not have time to call and beg for my car to get fixed. I am highly disappointed in my experience overall.
Took over a month to repair! Then still wasn’t repaired correctly had to take back more than once Allstate refers clients there we will never go back! We have always had repairs done at Tallmadge collision and had to learn the hard way with service kings! Hopefully after conversations with Allstate they won’t send customers there anymore
Took my car here twice and they did good work both times. Would give 5 stars but my Key fob wouldnt work when I picked up my car.
