Now this is coming from a person that used to shop at bath & body four times a month literally every Friday for years, I went for the first time in 2 years, today, and I was not impressed .. the employees were very nice dont get me wrong but the store was tiny, so very small, its hard to really smell anything because the store is so small and theres multiple on top of multiple people spraying, etc, so i wasnt impressed, I will not be going back to that location,if any, I just may shop online seeing and I know exactly what I like from B&B!

Employees are always extremely kind, polite and helpful. I enjoy my experience in this store each time I go.

Manager was extremely rude to her staff who was doing nothing wrong.Here I am five days later... the manager is being extremely rude, on top of that they don’t follow their own store policy. Done with this store!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Store is clean but staff members need to learn how to say hello and welcome. I nodded to say hi to two of the staffs and they just looked at me and walked away. Its okay to not asking if I needed a help to find anything and this wasnt really a great experience. I dont think Ill ever go back to this store. Also, there was a chair (like a chair with fur) and when I sat there the chair just collapsed and I fell on the ground. My hip still hurts and I will see if I need to pursue any legal action. Yes, it was June 19th, 2020 around 12:30-1pm and again, no one came to see if I am okay while 1-2 staff members were around. check your cctv and see what happened.

Well-stocked shelves, door wide open, using paper bags to carry product in stores. Good experience during these challenging times.

Absolutely love this place. Make sure to have coupons ready. You can get stuff for cheap if you did so. They also have a lot of discounts on products all year long. Make sure to go there during sales times. I totally recommend getting their 3 wick candles, their air freshener, their wallflowers. All of these adds a great smell to your whole house. Their body wash is nice only when you apply it on. Few minutes later it will go away. Same goes with their shampoo and body mist.

I drove to this particular location to check out this seasons selection for the holiday and while me and my friend were browsing looking for an item, a very rude employee approached us and stated What are you looking for and I didnt remember what it was called and she actually said Hurry so I can clock out when I am not the one who even approached her. I will not be returning to this location again.

They have wonderful smelling candles and most have a matching lotion body spray and sometimes body wash. Except for blooming lilac which only a candle. Step up their game and make blooming lilac a lotion etc...

Very clean. I felt very safe and the sales were fabulous!

Terrible checkout process. They need more employees checking people out instead of wandering the store. Josh had the same customer the entire time I waited. Plus, theres no defined line and a big display is right in the middle of where a line should form. Then, after I waited for 5 minutes, an employee says Oh, you can form two lines so people that hadnt even been in line rushed over there leaving me to wait even longer. I wont be back. Maybe they need to have people taking numbers to checkout...?

Im visually impaired, and 1 of the bath and body Works employee went out of her way to read the hand soaps to me. She also help me by reading the room sprays to me. She was patient, and help me pick out the room sprays out. So I wanted to thank you for being so kind to me 😊

Great variety of products considering the size of the store. Of course their selection cant compare to larger stores elsewhere but this store have got you covered in all aspects of bath and body, as its store name suggests.

So I thought you were a bath and body store...Where is all the product? Where is your Signature Collection that us advertised?? If I wanted a candle I would go next door to Yankee CANDLE!!! Low stock...nine of the regular scents just new holiday stuff out of stock on most everything except candles that seem to take up 2/3 of the store!!! Bad move B&BW!! Walked out without making a purchase.

I had such a great experience hereI bought a candle here and when I went outside, the rain got the bag wet and it tore open and the candle shattered. The staff was so accommodating and helpful, and they replaced the candle right away. I really appreciated it.

We go and get hand soap its long lasting and smells great they have a great selection we got the wax melts also and the scents last a really long time

There was a time in my life when I worried about when I smelled. But ever since Bath & Body Works came into my life, I worry when I dont smell like an ungodly combination of decadent plants. The lotion also makes my skin silky smooth, or at least I think it does. I am not familiar enough with silk to know for sure. The new store also has carpet so I can shop endlessly without fear of getting sore ankles.

Stow native and will always go to the Stow bath and body works. They are friendlier than the mall, the staff is extremely helpful and they know good deals when they see em!
