I don’t think I could find the words to express how happy I am with my new hardwood floors and how flawlessly everyone managed my selection and install. I had original builder’s grade carpet in my dining room, a lighter (and yellowed) hardwood in my foyer and powder room, and LV planks in the family room. I was looking something richer, warmer, and more cohesive. John seemed to intuitively know exactly what I was looking for and brought out some samples for me to consider as he took measurements and gathered details like shoe moulding, sub-floors, the direction of the joists, and so one.On install day this past week, Rudy started the job alone and worked without ever stopping for a meal, or for that matter even a break. He tore up carpet, hardwood, and moved very large, heavy furniture without issue. His work is flawless, the floor is just beautiful! Truly a craftsman. He made a picture frame transition around my fireplace surround, much nicer than the bulky trim I had there before. He finished in 2.5 days, 4 hours sooner than expected, and left everything spotless. My experience with everyone went perfectly from start to finish, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. After 14 years of builder grade carpet with 4 kids and multiple dogs, we decided it was finally time to upgrade our flooring. We worked with John who was beyond amazing! We were in the process of updating our interior paint from the warm brown tones to cooler grays. I literally sent John the color swatches that we were painting with and he brought us carpet and luxury vinyl samples that coordinated beautifully! It was a pleasure working with Josh. We have recently purchased a house that needed new carpet. Josh was honest, and quick to reply to any questions we had. Love my new floor from Floor Coverings International! It was a big job, including a den, foyer, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, entrance way, half bath and laundry room. Some areas were ceramic tile, some were carpeted. John was super helpful (and patient) when it came to deciding which flooring was right for me and Mike did a beautiful job with the installation.

Matt was extremely helpful on the initial consultation and actually helped us to make a decision about what to do with our kitchen floors that would be a more speedy process having 3 dogs and 3 kids while getting the look that we wanted. We had two different flooring types put in and did almost our entire first floor. He was the only one of anyone we had to come out and consult that gave us this information and helped us to be able to do our project in a way that worked best for our family and got us the end product we needed. Joe, Nathan and Randy, our installers, were incredible to work with. I have 3 dogs that I was shifting around the house while they worked and kids coming in from school at the end of the day and they were just kind and flexible and I felt very comfortable having them in my home all day to work on the project. Our situation was a little unique and out flooring took longer than planned but was handled very well and we couldn’t be happier with the results and service. The original flooring that we chose ended up being on a long back order which at the time was disappointing but turned out to be a blessing in disguise! One of the owners worked hard to find another luxury vinyl that was very similar, and actually turned out better than our original choice! We are very happy with our floor! Not only were they personable but they know their flooring and were able to show us flooring that complemented our space. Originally I thought I wanted a lighter floor but when a darker option was presented and I could see the sample in my kitchen, my mind was changed. They know their stuff!

Quality of the work was amazing. I moved into a house and tore up carpet to find A LOT of pet stains. Ive never had a very positive experience dealing with contractors, until Floor Coverings International. The sales rep did a great job setting expectations and explaining to me the product and the process. Then the installation team showed up when they said they would and actually finished ahead of schedule. True pros. I had about 1500 sq ft of LVT installed in rooms that were a combination of carpet, tile, and hardwood. Everything is seamless from room to room. Final bill was the same dollar amount quoted.

6 months ago, Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job re-doing all 1400 sq ft. of my house. From the quoting process where comparison against other vendors showed FCI competitively priced, and a timely install that made the process easy (well, as easy as re-doing the whole house when you live there can be!), they proved to be the right choice for the job.I waited 6 months to review FCI to see how the work would hold up with the change in Ohio seasons. In the entire house, there was only a little bit of floor movement in the bathroom, everything else was still perfect. Better still, when I sent FCI a picture of the movement, they quickly responded and arranged a time to came out and address the problem.Buying new floor is a huge investment, and it is something that can cause considerable annoyance if not done right. Save yourself from future trouble and choose FCI. They stand by their work, and take support of a quality final product seriously.

John and Rudy did an awesome job matching an existing floor on my lower level so I could have hardwood throughout. You would never know the floors were installed at different times. The installation was quick and noninvasive to the household at all. We have three teenagers and a dog and we’re not inconvenienced at all. The job was done in a day and a half and wow what a difference. I was initially undecided on what product to go with. I also shopped around with Calvetta and Rite Rug Who did the original install of the existing floor during the build. John was able to guide me in making me he best decision for our situation and match the best price. Once we made some decisions, the timeline for completion was clearly communicated to us.When the time came for the install, the installation team was prompt and efficient. John even stopped by to check on the progress and to make sure we were happy with how things were going.Everyone we dealt with were very pleasant people.Well definitely be using them in the future for our flooring and carpet needs.

We had a great experience with Matt and the team at Floor Coverings International in Stow. During the selection process they took the time to show me several samples, while staying within my budget. The selection process was slow (my fault, not theirs) but they were always patient and helpful. The lead time on the install was only 2-3 weeks while other places were months. The carpet looks great and now we are thinking of replacing more flooring in the house. I highly recommend them.

We replaced our builder quality carpet with beautiful high end carpet and are very happy with the result. We chose Floor Covering international in hopes of having a higher quality product and installation compared to the big box stores and could not be happier. The cost was about the same and the different in quality is huge. We also went with the suggested color instead of our original plan and the look is spot on. We will be returning customers for the next project.

My wife and I recently agreed to have a flooring contract with this company. The research has this company highly favored to do your project. The laminated flooring was first done by Ricky and Brad. These two young men are very polite and culturally diverse. Our conversations was great while they were working. I had many questions that were answered professionally.Ricky and Brad professional completed my project and I am highly satisfied. Now I was still concerned on how the carpet and LTV was going to come together in the rooms that I am not having carpet. They affirmed to me that the carpet guy would definitely make it come together. I also text Matt with the same concern, he assured me that it will be fine. The carpet guy-Al came and I showed him the areas of concern, and he reassured that he will bring it all together. This gentleman was also polite and professional. He brought the completion of this project to my full vision.Being a past hospitality professional, I am very particular and critical for customer service satisfaction. I must say that I can be a very hard grader on anything. I completely give this company a five star rating. You can trust that their word is their bond and they just don’t say what one wants to hear. We originally met John at the Home & Garden Show in 2020. He promptly came out and discussed all our options given our space and lifestyle with kids and dogs since we were unsure if we wanted to do LVT or engineered hardwood. John was extremely knowledgeable and really helped guide us to the right flooring. We even had other companies come out but they didn’t come close to the experience we had with John. John worked with us since we were demoing the original floors ourselves. The crew was here for a a few days installing our new LVT floor. They were prompt, cleaned up each day and most importantly did a FANTASTIC job!! We are very happy!! FCI just installed a new hardwood floor in our library/den. The previous owner of our home had done some interesting and unexpected things to the subfloor that was uncovered during the prep for our new floor. FCI didn’t miss a beat. They quickly repaired all of the issues the previous owner had created a then installed a beautiful new oak hardwood floor in our room. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Cleveland South. My home looks beautiful. With their guidance I made the perfect choice and just love it. Their contractors are beyond professional as well as extremely particular as to the installation of my flooring. I had my whole first level done and they made the levels perfectly level and seamless. They were also a joy to have in my home. They came on a Tuesday worked tirelessly and left on a Friday. My home was never cluttered. They left it clean. Pricing was very good, too.I am again highly recommending Floor Coverings International Cleveland South. I was thrilled with my lower level so I had my stairs, landing, office and hall bathroom done with the same flooring. It is absolutely stunning. Again, the contractors were professional and great to have in my home. They did a perfect job. The job started on a Monday and closed out on Wednesday. I never felt displaced in my home either. I plan on having them come in later this year to carpet bedrooms and install LVP in my main bathroom and walk in closet.

My experience with them was fantastic. I worked with John to pick out vinyl for my steps, upstairs bedroom, bathroom, and hallway. The vinyl very closely matches what I have downstairs.John was extremely nice, but more importantly, very transparent about the costs. The labor took 4 days, slightly longer than anticipated, but not in a way that cause inconvenience. There was quite a lot of work involved.Overall, Im very happy with how everything turned out. So much better than the decades old carpet I had.
