Not that any of the workers at this place will actually care about this review, but seriously, stop disabling the mobile ordering. Its incredibly irritating especially since the ONLY way this place ever gets my simple order done correctly is when I order it through the app (all I ask for is skim milk, no foam-- nothing crazy & nothing off the idiotic secret menu). If Im going to wait in their stupid long 20 minute drive-thru line, I want to know Im getting the right drink. Im done with this place. So, my bank account thanks you, Kent Rd. Starbucks, for all the extra money Im going to have. Ill be drinking PG Tips tea from now on for my caffeine fix. No mobile ordering, no long lines, no human contact. Good riddance.

Great place to get a coffee! I go here once a week to read and/or do some work over the weekend. The drinks are good and consistent. Service is fast even when busy. Ive seen the staff have to deal with complaints, mixed up orders, crowded dining room, etc. and theyre always very pleasant and accommodating.

Both the drinks and the service are great! Unlike the Hudson location, the associates in Stow actually seem to enjoy their job.

Ordered 15 minutes in advance for in store pickup (since the drive though here is infamously a nightmare). Walk up to the door to find out that they’ve inexplicably closed the indoor pick up area with no reason given. This meant I then had to sit in a 20 min drive though line, watching and cringing every time someone else walked up who had the same experience I did. Terrible experience overall and I just submitted a complaint to corporate as well.

You can argue whether or not Starbucks is the best coffee, but the service is close to perfect. Consistency and dependability are the hallmarks of their product, and they deliver virtually every time.

On Thursday I ordered a drink with almond milk.. considering my stomach has been torn up for the last 2 days... I was not served almond milk. I am lactose intolerant... so thanks for that. I will not return to this location

Awful service, twice in a row. First time I ordered a venti lite ice chai and got the wrong size. This time I ordered a grande lite chai and got a tall. This probably wouldnt happen if they would repeat back your order to you. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

It was ok. I think maybe the staff was tired, as they werent very friendly or kind, but the drinks were good. This Starbucks is usually pretty busy, but there is good room to sit and even some tables that are somewhat separated from the lines and counter to create a good conversation or work area. I do think the restrooms need to be better maintained though.

Best kept secret if you need coffee and danish for a meeting. I called ahead they had it ready and execution was flawless. Everyone loved the coffee and various pastries. Great job guys!

The staff were so sweet and the drive thru only took less than 2 minutes. They were so considerate and they all had masks on !!!

The manager was training someone new and he did a really good job. They were very friendly and called me by my name and very quick. This has been one of the best experiences I have had at a Starbucks.

This Starbucks is nice and big on the inside. Usually there are plenty of seats and tables to choose from, so if youre looking for a place to hunker down with some coffee to do work, this is a great choice. As is per usual with Starbucks, the service and coffee is great.

Had to ask several times for my drink to be served iced and they kept repeating hot. The cake pops were disgusting, they tasted old and greasy. Very disappointing

They have good customer service most the time and I have never had a problem with my drinks being made wrong. However, three times now Ive pulled up to the drive-thru and waited several minutes without anyone saying anything over the speaker. I try saying hello and still no answer so I just pull away. Its unacceptable as I live about 8 miles away and dont want to drive all that way for nothing. Other than that though, no problems.

Ive had a good experience every time I visited. The wifi is fast and there is plenty of seating. The drinks come out at decent pace and the staff are neither nice or mean, they just work and seem to get along well with each other. Overall, good spot for coffee.

Baristas are genuine and friendly. PLENTY of parking, they share a lot with Target. Bathroom is always clean and they get drinks out pretty fast.

This Starbucks is awesome, I stop every day on my way to work. If I dont stop for a few days they notice and write messages on my cups about how they missed me :p.

Every time I go there which has been often but wont be anymore, the employees are extremely rude and snotty . Thet refuse to do anything extra but yet charge full price Starbucks price corporate really needs to pay attention. They are giving Starbucks a terrible name. I spoke to the owner and nothing much seems to change she needs to hire a better caliber of employee --- one that gives a crap. I order on the app at this location at least twice a week, Im here frequently. 50% of the time my drink is made so incorrectly I have to come back because for some reason no one working here can read off a label that says exactly what I want in my drink. I have only ever called to complain ONCE out of the many times my drink was made incorrectly (which once again, it is literally on the side of the cup). I am always very polite about it being made wrong and point out what I wanted was not in it and am always told by the worker I didnt make it but I guess Ill fix it.1. I dont care if you made it or not, Im not going to call and complain I just want my drink made right when I come here.2. Please just fix it without an attitude, I am not here to make your day worse I literally just want whip cream and caramel drizzle on my cold brew....This Starbucks is by far the worst Ive ever been to, the employees are rude (save a few only 2 that have ever made my drink correct) and they cannot even spare the time to make a customers drink correct, it takes 1 minute of time to read drink ingredients before making a drink instead they make the basic drink and hand it to me without ever reading the extras I want.Ive ordered here 36times since the end of march and out of those 36 times less than half were made correctly about 17ish, the other times (probably about 10) I was only missing one thing (caramel drizzle) which I can survive without (poor me actually wanting something I paid for) so I never complained but the other times I very much had to return to get my drink remade
