This store is fantastic! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Jason went completely out of his way to help me find an office chair for my husband’s home office. Nice work!
First of all hats off to Jason! He was very customer friendly and very outgoing! He had a smile on his face and more workers should act like that. However, we were NOT impressed with the personality of Adam, the general manager. It seems like when we brought the printers back (return) he did not want to believe that both printers were purchased on one credit card and we did finally find the receipt. However, I was not impressed with his attitude!!!! Get a sense of humor smile a little bit and appreciate that you have a job!!!! Maybe you need to take lessons from Jason, you probably would have more customers!!!! Jason, hats off to you and the appreciation that you have for your job and the time that you took with us!!! Keep up the good work Jason!
I was on the search for a laptop and after being played with by Best Buy I found a similar laptop at this location. The manager Ken was very helpful. He looked up prices for me and explained things to me that Best Buy hadnt. I would recommend this location to anyone who isnt sure exactly what they are looking for or not 100% confident. I wanted to make sure the laptop was all I needed it to be before leaving a review and it is! Thanks so much to this team for being throughout, helpful, and knowledgeable! I will be returning one day 😊

Nice store with all kinds of office supplies, no surprise there. Theres a solid selection of desks, shelves, and office chairs. If you are looking for computers, you can get some decent machines here. Theres also a print center inside as well. The staff are helpful and keep the store clean.
Adam in tech support got me a great product, factory reset and good price for a quick turn around. The product was reliable and trustworthy for the price. Adam answered all of my questions as well to gift a colleague in another country.
They wouldnt give me a rain check because it was the last day of the sale. What difference does it make if its the last day or the first? At least staples will give you a rain check. Ill never shop at office max again.
It is a sad day in ones like when one must brave the elements to buy pens or pencils. But fear not, OfficeMax has you covered they have pens, pencils, and so much more; their fully functional roof, A/C, and heater also protect you from the aforementioned elements. Like literally everything. This place is like heaven for pencil necked geeks.
I called to see if the store had a specific item. I was told they had it and was holding it for me. I drove over 20 minutes to get there. Once I got there the item on hold was not what I asked for or described over the phone. Their website even said it was in stock. I was told there was a mix up and someone put it in the computer incorrectly. Not sure how but needless to say I will never go back. Pretty poor customer service. No one even apologised for the mix up.
Great staff who are helpful but everytime I come into the printing department I am met with at least a 10 minute wait to be seen and then I cross my fingers and hope they actually printed what they said they have finished.
Got prints from Copy Max. They always do fantastic work!

This is a review of the poor customer service for the website and not of this particular store.In early February, I put in an order for a checkbook cover and was given an estimated delivery date of 2/28. 2/28 came but there was no delivery and no notification that there would be no delivery. On 2/28, I had a chat about the issue and was told that this would be sent for investigation. On 3/1, I received a note with a standard apology telling me that there was a website issue and that I should reorder the item.I then replied to this email pointing out that here was no offer of expedited assistance to get my item just oops, the website messed up Why would I want to reorder when there was no assurance that my experience would be any different. Needless to say, I received NO reply to my email.I then chatted again several weeks ago with the situation and was told that this was going to be escalated and I would receive a reply via email that would address my concerns. I have yet to receive any reply from Officemax.The only conclusion that I can draw is that customer satisfaction is exceeding low on OfficeMaxs Key Performance Indicators.
Associates were really helpful. Store has every thing in way of office supplies.
After 2 hours there trying to send a package using their FedEx service, I can say with confidence I won’t be returning to this location. The assistant manager that was there the evening of October 10 was just down right useless. My husband was literally troubleshooting their printer issue because that manager didn’t do anything to help. Instead he walked away.Store manager Ricky at this location was our only saving grace. After I asked for his help personally, we finally were able to get our issue resolved.Just so disappointed in the time I wasted there not getting a resolution from the associate or assistant manager. There was absolutely no effort from them. Again thanks to the store manager for taking care of us.

Horrible customer service in the printing/copying department! Employees ignored my mom and I. One turned his back to us, another texted on her phone while my mom and I stood at the counter waiting to be helped. Will never bring business to this store again.

Bought a warranty for a laptop . customer service was no help at ALL.
Customer service is not available. No greeting, and you have to ask for help. The management was terrible accept for one Lady involved in document printing. I took my business elsewhere after the manager Darren was no willing to help me with an exchange.

You cannot order a desk from the online store without having to pay shipping they will not ship it to the store anymore. I chatted with the online store and they said that my shipping would be waived if I purchased the item in the store. I drove all the way to the store to purchase the item only to find out that the shipping could not be waived. Needless to say my $500 purchase goes elsewhere.

An elderly blond doesnt seem to have people skills and should be kept in the stock room.
