Today was the best experience at CVS Pharmacy that Ive had in ten years! (The lady at front of the store is always helpful). The pharmacist was very sweet, the tech was also very sweet, even though I didnt get exactly the information I want... It was still a great experience!
Absolutely rude and disrespectful staff in the pharmacy. They have no sense of urgency and zero ambition to want to actually help you. Whenever you ask a question they always respond as if you are inconveniencing them. Very unprofessional and very disappointed with how they treat people. I called to have my prescription refilled and asked if they needed my new insurance number because the old insurance in the system is no longer active just to be told they will deal with it later when I come to pick it up rather than take it now and run it so I could know what the cost was going to be like I had asked.
Customer service is lacking at this location. I dealt with the pharmacy it took almost a month to get a refill on an Rx. Each time I dealt with a person they didnt seem at all happy to be at work or friendly at all. My Rx was never filled completely. (Was suppose to be 3 months they only gave me 1 month) and charged me way more than it should have been, but I was stuck with it because I was running out of existing Rx since it was taking so long. Mostly, leaving a comment that the customer service was bad and people were not friendly and unhappy. I wont be going back. I will stick to Walgreens.
Pretty much the least caring of any CVS weve been to. Needed meds filled promptly. Was told 1.5 hours, then we get there 2 hours later they hadnt even started to fill it. They had 0 sympathy and when trying to used goodrx we were told to come in and then it was still almost another hour... to be told the price was more than it should be because of the dissolving pills versus regular pills. Worst experience possible.
14 minutes waiting at the drop off window after waiting in the checkout line to get a flu shot. They tell you to make an appointment online, but their site does not work. I am the only person waiting at that window and they are not even busy just ignoring me because they can. Then they tell me that my premium Medical Mutual Health Ins. Does not cover Flu shots without a Dr’s RX.? The same day and the second time I tried to pick up my Blood Pressure medicine I was told the authorization from the DR. was not there. So, I drove straight to my doctor’s office to confirm what I already knew. The Dr. had sent that RX in three days ago. Nonsense and poor treatment are what you can expect from this CVS Pharmacy. Talked to Health INS. rep. I am covered for the flu shot no Rx needed and no deductible. Victim of CVS B_ again!
This is the WORST pharmacy location by far. Had my dr call in a prescription. They got it 10/4 in the afternoon. I called the pharmacy to confirm they received it and they said they did, and to give them an hour to an hour and a half to fill it. We gave them two hours and it still was not filled. I am pregnant and I ended up in the ER because I could not get my prescription. Fast forward to the next day, I stopped in and wanted to use GoodRX. The guy I dealt with was rude and uncaring. I ended up leaving without my prescription because of the cost and his attitude. When I came back later the same evening, I asked about a partial pickup. They told me either way, they have to refill it because it was put back. Absolutely unbelievable that a prescription would be put back in under 24 hours. So, now I have to wait even longer to return a 4th time to pick it up. Send your prescriptions Anywhere but here!! Ill be switching to a different pharmacy after I pick this last one up!
They care so little about getting your filled they actually tell you lies, I’m 24 an have been picking up prescriptions from CVS since grade 5 and the store is the only store to actually verbally insult me, additionally has not filled a single prescription on time since 2018, even with me calling in advance to remind them to order it. I have never felt so anxious in humiliated then the staff at cvs make me feel
This used to be a great pharmacy. Two of my family members worked in store for over a decade but Im sorry its gone waaaay down hill. You wait patiently to get up to the counter with the huge line and then Your pharmacy staff is flustered because they are busy and Real Rude. Not to mention the ladys rude comment. Needless to say, we are changing pharmacys after today. Its like this everytime. If I could give 0 stars, I would
The worst pharmacy around. The lines take forever and when you get up to the window, they still havent filled your prescription even though it was called in over 5 hours prior. Just a hott mess.
This used to be a good pharmacy. Not sure what has happened but the service is now terrible and nobody seems to care, just alot of bad attitudes.
Awful experience with covid testing results. I was told by my travel agent to get a covid test 72 hours before my flight, which I did. I did not receive my results until 77 hours later which makes my test invalid for international travel. I had to cancel my honeymoon flight at the airport as I hopefully waited for the text of my test results which did not come until it was too late. Thousands of dollars and heartbreak thanks to CVS
The worst pharmacy! I quit going here many years ago because they were so bad. My son didn’t know this and filled his prescription here. We sat in the drive thru for so long! They ignored the car in front of us for over 10 minutes. Her poor 2 year olds had pink eye too! Unfortunately, they are the only one open late anymore.
This is the worst pharmacy ever. They tell you a prescription is ready when it’s not even in stock. Takes days to fill the most basic antibiotics and don’t bother telling you there will be a delay. When your kid needs medicine he needs it then, not days later. Customer service is horrible, and staff is rude.
Used to be ok - now it’s just unacceptable, prescriptions are never ready no matter how long you wait to pick up it’s always “we’re just finishing up, it will be 15-20 min.” Customer facing employees are clueless & rude even to my parents in their 90s. Not sure if the pharmacy is overwhelmed or what. Changed to CVS @Target, 100% better experience - downside is that they close earlier but we can work with that.
The website and Google say the pharmacy is open. No hours listed for drive thru. Been sitting in line for 20 minutes now. Called 15 minutes ago to speak with someone, still no answer.
Horrible service... they told me that my son’s medicine was out of stock and couldNot be reordered until the Pharmacist got back from vacation and it could be 7-10 days!! There are so many more disappointments with this store I couldKeep going but not wasting my energy on them! Just Go down the road to Walgreens!
We are forced by our insurance to deal with CVS for our repeat prescriptions. I wish we could switch. There seems to be a disconnect between their automated system and whats actually true. Today the system told me my script would be ready at 5. We went and they actually dont even have the medicine in stock. Same thing happened a few weeks ago. I tried to call today several times to make sure there would be no issues with my script today. I couldnt get through. I was on hold for 7-8 minutes before I hung up -- three times! I will say that I have never had an issue with the staff. They have always been very nice.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a CVS. The male pharmacy tech was so incredibly rude to me I almost left in tears. All of the employees are so rude to customers. I pray I never have to come back here. Go to the Kent CVS instead.
There were no employees working and I was unable to use the shelf check because my items were restricted.
Worst pharmacy ever. Took 20 mins to check out. Man working there was so rude. Hard to believe they still have jobs
Terrible customer service. I cannot tell you how long weve waited in line multiple times in the drive thru for prescriptions. My husband has had to go back 5 times now trying to get his medication, the employees do not care. We will be switching where we take our business from here on.
Waiting 45 minutes to pick up meds.Ridiculous!
Absolutely horrid. Slowest moving CVS I have ever been to, & absolutely clueless employees. I would rather eat cement than ever come back to this place. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would.
My dad was on hospice and in pain. I ran to the CVS to pick up a prescription for him which they claimed that they didn’t have even though it had been called in overnight. It turns out that they never bothered to check their messages first thing in the morning and the prescription had been there the entire time. My dad had to go through unnecessary pain and suffering because these people are too useless and stupid to check their messages.
I am giving them a one star only because a zero rating is not available. Customer service in the pharmacy department is extremely poor and rude. Not to mention they never have anything filled on time ever. Whoever manages this location is severely understaffed and this is a reoccurring theme not just a one time experience. This is the first one star review I have ever given any business. The only thing we can do is switch scripts to a competing pharmacy. If more people would switch to other pharmacies then maybe management would be held accountable and make proper changes.
I scheduled an appointment for a Covid test. I waited at the window for 30 minutes with cars backed to the road just for them to tell me their system messed up and I would have to reschedule the appointment and come back later today. I tried to reschedule my appointment but it wouldn’t let me because it said I already had an appointment for today.
Called a few times kept getting hung up on then when I finally was able to speak with someone at the pharmacy she was super rude!
I went there for a covid test for my son. I had an appointment at 1:40. I arrived at 1:35 with 2 cars ahead of me. Now just so you know I had an appointment for myself the week before at the Kent location with 1 car ahead of me. I was in and out once a arrived there in less then 7 minutes. The Stow location arriving at 1:35 was not seen till 2:50. I call after about 30 minutes and spoke with the manager who told me that its usually very quick and hell look into it. Nothing was resolved. So I asked the lady at the window why did it take so long Ive been waiting an hour plus and when I was as the Kent location I was in and out in no time. She had really No Anwser for me except to say they have a different set up at Kent. I said that is not true its the same set up and this is unacceptable. Never Again. That store will lose customers
This CVS drive-thru is awful. Lanes not well marked and i waited in non-covid lane for 15 minutes 2 days in a row only to have someone tell me i had to change lanes or come inside. I have since seen 5 cars just leave without being helped. POOR service and rude male tech. This is a consistent issue, regardless of covid testing lane. Transferring to CVS in Target just down the road...
So lots of mixed feelings on this one. This is my local store. Ive been going here for years now regularly and faithfully. Today, my aunt in another state died and I needed to leave within an hour of calling to travel to be with my family. Because I will be gone unexpectedly for a week, I wont have enough medication to make it through that time until I get home. I called in and the first time they hung up on me. So I called back. The second time I got a gentleman who was very rude to me unnecessarily on the phone. He spoke to me as if he was annoyed that he had to talk and made it very clear that he was very busy. I requested a refill and asked if it could be processed within an hour since I have to leave. He basically told me sorry were too busy nothing I can do. I asked if he could transfer it to a store in the state Im going to and he said no we wont do that. What a horrible way to treat your loyal customers. You never know what someone is going through. At the VERY least if you arent going to be helpful, be kind.Had another rep one time (not in pharmacy) try to upsell me a membership and I was interested and asked her questions, to which she gave me stock answers that were completely unrelated to my question... It was bizarre.. like talking to a computer or something. The only reason for the two stars instead of one is there is a VERY nice super helpful gentleman who works the late night shifts and he give tremendous customer service. I think you should have him train the rest of your employees on customer service.
Went in to get a prescription filled and waited without even being acknowledged 15 minutes. I had to go somewhere so I let. Called multiple times to be kept on hold for 20 minutes and 15 minutes without anyone answering. Dont choose here if you need a prescription that is important in anyway.
This store rarely restocks. Also, I get message from them that my prescription is ready and when I get there to pick it is not filled.
Do not use pharmacy here they will be rude and insufficient.Must of graduated lowest in their class.I switched to Drug Mart in Stow I am much happier.
Let me tell you a little story. I few days ago I learned that I may have been exposed to COVID-19. Being proactive I called my Drs office and tried to schedule a test. They couldnt get me in for a week. Thats not going to fly. So then I tried to schedule at CVS.First off, it was a very difficult process. It was all online, you couldnt talk to an actual person. Then I uploaded a copy of my insurance card so they would have it on file. I woke up today, deading my 10:20am appointment.I show up to CVS, and there system is down. They cant print my information and I cant get my test. I receive a phone call after noon saying they should have everything they need for my test. I immediately drive back to the CVS. The tech asks if I am testing. I say that I am. She tells me there system is down. Exasperated, I say, you guys just called me and told me to come in.She gets, who assume, is the pharmacist. He comes to the window and with a tone says, I need a copy of your insurance card. I tell him I uploaded it already. He says he needs a physical copy. I told him I dont have one, I only have the copy on my app which I would be happy to show him. He refused to accept that. (CVS will accept this btw).I said, well I guess Im screwed then! Obviously frustrated. He tells me I need to go elsewhere to get my test. Fun fact, THERE IS NO ELSEWHERE. I scheduled with your location, provided all of the necessary documentation, was specifically called and told to come and get my test and you deny me when I get aggrivated that you are jerking me around like this? I came to CVS out of a desperate need for a COVID test. Assuming I am a carrier, who knows how many others may also be exposed. You are doing a great disservice to your community.
Yesterday after making 2 trips to pick up my prescriptions I got home and found that the dropper for measuring the liquid prescription was not in the bag. I called and asked them to please include it with the prescription I had to go back and pick up the next day. I was told that you have to ask for the droppers. So when I asked for the dropper and inquired if the was one for the current prescription she I shouldn’t need one since it was 15ml. I asked how I measure that out she said it was 3 tbl spoons! When she gave me my total I asked if she had ran it through my secondary insurance she said yes and threw my prescriptions into to bin and walked away. She had NOT ran the one through my secondary insurance. This was the third unacceptable experience I have had in as many weeks. Transferring my prescriptions on Monday!
I feel sorry for how understaffed they are, the pharmacist on duty was doing his absolute best and seemed super stressed. The other worker who was there had an absolutely terrible attitude. I get being stressed out at work, especially when you have to deal with the general public all day during heavy rushes and customer agitation. But it really shouldn’t ever get to a point where you’re LOUDLY complaining about the customer at the window, how he’s “wasted” your time all week.. it’s just plain unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I shouldn’t know any details about another customer because you’re loudly complaining about it. Props to the pharmacist for not entertaining that behavior and ignoring it.
Never has problems with them filling my prescriptions right away now it takes days unless u call them and they they say they can put it on a rush order so now if u need ur medicine that day make sure u call them
Many many times my prescriptions aren’t ready when said they would be. For instance, tonight around 5pm they said it’ll be 45min-1 hr.. I came back over 3 hours later at 8:15pm and script was not ready. This happens SO MUCH 😢. And it’s upsetting especially because most of my scripts are urgent, not to mention my time they’re wasting 😢.
Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Takes 15 mins for each person served. Do not come here!
Absolutely the most awful customer service. Also takes at least 30 min...AT LEAST...to pick up prescriptions. Awful
I have not had one case where I’ve requested a refill and the system has worked the way it is meant to. Terrible customer service for captive customers. Avoid this location if you value your sanity.
Learn how to do ur job or stop pretending
Women checking my prescription was extremely rude!!!!!!!!!! The kids working in pharmacy dress like they are going to a teen party!
I have been coming to this CVS for about a year now, and I have always had a great experience here. The great thing is that they are open 24 hours and the 3rd shift crew are superb at Customer service, which includes the night Pharmacist. Yes maybe the day shift pharmacy needs to step up their game a little but overall this CVS always makes me come back. Now for the 7eleven I will not go back there ever for any dairy products due to being expired for more then a week. CVS always seems to rotate their dairy. Thank you CVS for being open for us night owls. :)
Pharmacy is horrible, I was told to come inside when I went to the drive through cause they couldnt do what I asked there. The person who told me to come in never came to even help me again and ignored me. Its only when I got up after 30 minutes and asked for my script back cause I was sick of waiting for an answer, that I found out they filled it without me knowing. This was after getting through a huge line of people which nobody was waiting on for about 3 minutes and only one person was running the cash register even though you could clearly see 5 other people back there. I hope to find a better CVS close by so I never have to deal with these people again.
Awful pharmacy! CVS should be ashamed of employing people who don’t know what a deductible is. Your employees are constantly loud and rude saying people don’t have insurance. First of all it’s not your business if I pay out of pocket or how much as long as you are getting paid and secondly 99.99% of the population needs to meet a medical deductible before insurance kicks in...duh! I would think pharmacy employees are well versed in this.
Pharmacy is no longer open 24 hours a day.It has not been since 2015.They should update their web info so people do not make unnecessary trips just to have to travel somewhere else.
They never have what you need and you can wait in line forever they seem to take their time or you dont have enough help at the pharmacy or something
I went there to take passport photo for another county. The guy didnt ask me which photo I like. Then he just print the photos. I told him I will need different sizes and he said we cant do another size! Your country is not in the country lists of our system! And they cannot enter the size manually or anything! They were really mean like they are wasting their timing talking to me! Will never visit this place ever again!
Rude employees in the pharmacy. Like would it kill yall to smile?? They look and act like you as the customer is a huge inconvenience for their life.... I will not be returning for prescriptions. Store clerks are cool though, but the employees in the pharmacy are terrible and unfriendly
I wouldnt even give one star but I had to in order to comment. I just walked out of this CVS on Kent Rd, after picking up a prescription for my sick son. New Insurance of course couldnt be processed over the phone so after waiting in line (5 people deep) I had to wait again while Melissa updated the insurance and processed the prescription. Never in my life have I encountered such a rude, unprofessional, disrespectful individual! After waiting over 30 minutes I approached her little window and asked if there was an issue with the insurance. She raised her voice and scolded me as if I were a child misbehaving, telling me shes in the middle of something, shes busy, and shell get to my question when shes done. She then literally laughed at me! Out loud... laughing! Ive tolerated the disrespect from countless employees at this pharmacy, but no more! Never again! How on earth are these people still employed? The talking about other customers... loudly and inappropriately... Im livid!
Rude as hell at pharmacy to people in front of me
All I can say is wow. I have been a customer for more years than I care to admit and service at the pharmacy has consistently been on the decline. Today was the last straw. I received a text from the pharmacy letting me know that one of my prescriptions was out of stock. I called and was told it would be in between 3 and 5 the following day. I came back at 5 the next day... sorry. No phone call to inform. Was told I could go to Hudson and what I would need to do is have them pull the RX. Are you kidding me? Thankfully it wasa hard copy Rx which I requested to be returned and I took my business to drug mart on Fishcreek. Cvs will never get a another dime from me if I can help it!Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
The guy at the pharmacy who answered was very rude.
Excellent pharmacist. Very knowledgeable!
Went to pick up my blood pressure meds after they sent me a message telling me it was ready only to be told that I had no more refills. I called my doctor asked them to call to get more refills only to find out I still had 8 refills left. When I asked the girl how that happened she sometimes they just over look things. This is a blood pressure pill not a shirt I requested!!!! If I could use a different pharmacy I would.
Employees are rude and slow. They give you a pick up time and dont make it. What was supposed to be ready in an hour, it took 3.
They apparently signed me up for text reminders from CVS when I picked up my prescription in the drive through and didnt even ask. Seriously why?
Wow. Ive lived in Munroe Falls for 17 years. Ive always gone to cvs. My prescription plan has been through them for years. The pharmacy has gotten so rude! Ive seen them go through ups and downs but after tonight I think I will be changing to a different cvs even though they are 2 minutes away. My husband and I went through the drive-thru to pick up pills. A girl whose name starts with C helped us. She never smiled. She was short with us when asking for our info. She closed the window and walks away. She comes back, we pay and she sarcastically says Have a GREAT day. Instead of being nasty to her, my husband decided to just pull away. She slammed the window shut so hard I thought it would break. What a nasty person! And theres plenty more where that came from. Considering my husband and I spend a total of over $2000 each per year there, we know what were talking about. The older we get, the more meds we need. Therefore, Ive reached my limit and will start having our scripts sent to another cvs tomorrow!!! This store better get their act together or theyll lose more and more customers.
Rude when talking on phone, rude in person. The teenagers they have working there are self-entitled a-holes!!!
I have been going this pharmacy for years. Unfortunately over the last few months I have had to deal with a very poor attitude from the staff. This has nothing to do with the pharmacist. Its the staff. I also have to say it been always on the phone and not at the drive through window. They seem to be very annoyed and upset when needing to do anything other than the norm. I am sorry I do not have my rx # to re fill a prescription, I am sorry I have a new insurance and I do not have a pcn # on my card, I am sorry that I need you to please call my insurance company, I am sorry I am asking the amount of my prescription before I arrive so I am prepared. Theres been sighs, being put in hold, giving me to another lady working there who has no idea what is going on so of course we have to start with step one again. I could go on but just would like alittle more respect. You have no idea what is going on in the persons life who is needing these prescriptions filled. Just a little respect and compassion.
Says 24 hours and is closed ughhhh? Wtf
I have been getting my scripts filled here for over a year. This store has the most disgruntled employees all working in the pharmacy. After receiving texts that my script was ready, I went too pick it up at 9 pm on 8/24/16. I immediately felt like I was bothering this girl. She said it wasnt ready, Then she purposely messed my order up and had too get it revetified by the pharmacy, after 30 plus minutes of waiting and listening to her give every person who walked in a tough time I called Kent CVS, transferred my script and picked it up there 10 minutes later with no wait. The creature with brown curly hair should not be allowed too work at any level regarding medicine or pharmaceutical let alone customer service or directly with customers.Every experience their is a dramatic event because of obvious in house employee issues.I finally changed locations.
Rudest employees ever! I’d rather go to Walmart than to deal with these people!
Helpful friendly staff
Store says 24 hours - yet it’s 6:46 AM and they’re closed.
Pharmacy is Horribly rude! My family will be going somewhere else.
Nice. Helpful
Good people
Slooooooooooow
