I cashed in 2 lottery tickets they only gave me money for the one and when I realized it the store was closed so I called in the morning. I was told there was no manager there to help me and I will have to wait till tomorrow and that chances are good I will not recieve the money. That is just bogus you have cameras you have my giant eagle card you have the time I was there and what I bought there is plenty of ways to prove the money was not given to me you just need to be willing to do your job. Beware going to this store . You would think for being stow you would get better service not true

Never been treated so rudely in a store. An extremely snippy & rude female employee started yapping at us about not wearing a mask and told us to leave if were not wearing masks despite CDC guidelines and state mandates that say vacinated individuals dont need to wear a mask indoors.Had she at least been a decent human being and asked if we could wear masks we could have made accomodations for her but because shes just wanted to be nasty and rude were now maskless in Sheetz spending our money instead. I suggest you spend yours elsewhere as well.

Most of the employees are extremely rude. When I go in, they are very unfriendly. Called once, and got an attitude for asking a simple question, then got hung up on. I usually take into consideration bad days, but its almost everytime I go in. They should really look into training their employees on customer service. It is a very poor reflection of the company.

Can a gas station really suck? Come to Getgo in Stow and find out for yourself. Rude, will turn the pump off on you, half the pumps are down at any given time. Just say no and pat the extra penny.
