Great employees, they were extremely kind and personable, the store was very clean and there were a number of flavors to choose from and to “twist” together. There were also a bunch of toppings to choose from. Come try them out!

Friendly staff. My child spilled the cup of ice cream and the young worker was so sweet she told him it was okay and he could make another bowl. I appreciated her kindness!!

What a fun shop! This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. Biggest points go for having multiple dairy free options! My son is dairy free and I hate that we either have to skip Ice Cream shops all together or there is a single flavor option. Thr shop this day had 3 DF flavors plus all those awesome toppings to choose from! It felt like a combo of a fun experience AND a yummy treat. Loved it!

Great little place for frozen yogurt. My daughter LOVES coming here and has since she was a toddler. The only thing is they are pricey because they charge you by weight of the cup so youre going to pay about $5 for a small cup of yogurt. But the kids love it and its healthier than ice cream.

Its clean & bright & lots of flavors/toppings. But the vanilla bean ice cream tasted like cool whip not ice cream. And the cookie dough topping just didnt taste like cookie dough.

Theres NEVER a day NOT to visit Sweet Frog. Although most of the staff is young they are all very sweet and respectful. Ive never heard anyone utter a negative thing about Sweet Frog. Family, neighbors, friends and co-workers. Great selection. Id much rather visit this ice cream shop over ANY other parlor. Could keep up a little better with cleanliness. Other then that small challenge, awesome!

Yummy snack! we got there 7 minutes before closing and although the girl working didnt look at us very welcoming we made ourselves at home and went right to work to put our sweet treats together. So yummy!!

Sweet Frog is a nice change from traditional ice cream. Has a good flavor selection and lots of toppings to choose from. I dont like paying per ounce as the total can quickly climb up.

If you like soft serve frozen yogurt or ice cream, this is the place for you! I am amazed at the flavors with dietary exceptions like: no added sugar, fat free, and non dairy! Have never had a frozen yogurt I didnt like and the toppings are abundant! It is self-serve, so I can eat as much hot fudge as I want! Payment is by weight. If your amounts are large and toppings heavy you can pay more as a large Dairy Queen sundae. I prefer Sweet Frog with less ice cream and more toppings! What a treat!!!

Always a great experience! Everything has always been in stock and tastes great. Employees are very nice and keep the place clean. They know how to handle check-ins, coupons and groupons, even when the system acts up. The cost is also very reasonable.

Great to go during day but do not go at night they get so rude and grumpy. Also we’re spraying cleaning product on glass while ALL topping sale were still out, I can guarantee cleaning agent got on the toppings if I felt it all over my arm! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Its good ice cream/yogurt and they have a great selection. But its just too expensive to go to very often and I probably wouldnt take a family here.

This fro yo shop is just so cool. They have a whole wall of flavors to choose from, its a 100% DIY, you put however many flavors of frozen yogurt you want,and than can choose from basically any ice cream topping you could imagine....not to mention..its a really cute place,kids love it.

I used to go to sweet frog ALL the time and loved the staff. Now I like certain staff members,but i still love going here. Good flavors, good toppings lots of seating.

The pecans here are great if you enjoy something salty on your Yogurt. They change out their Yogurt options weekly with a total of 16 Flavors to choose from on any given day. They also post all allergens next to the name of each flavor so youll know if the Frozen Yogurts have nuts, wheat, sugar free, etc in them. And they usually offer 1 or 2 regular ice cream options too in case someone in your Group isnt a Froyo fan. Sweet Frog is a franchised shop and they offer more unique toppings than any other Ice Cream or Yogurt shop Ive ever been too.Lastly, you can sign up for free text messages/emails with weekly discounts or coupons or event information. And you can sign-in on their Tablet near the checkout to earn free Yogurt after enough visits.

I never write reviews... But had to after this experience. The manager/worker was awful. My 7 year old and I were both scolded because she took to many spoons and spoons are expensive. Well my child has Autism and when we get ice cream to go (which we did at this visit) she gets nervous something might happen to her spoon or she might drop it, so she always grabs extras. This has never been an issue at any of the other locations so I was shocked when it was at this one. If that is a rule at this location, then have a sign up or kindly ask the kids to take just one, not yell at a child after the spoons are already in their cup!!! Seriously. All this over extra spoons​?!?!
