Very helpful and professional staff. I was looking to purchase something to cover a scratch on my car someone came to close to my drivers side corner panel and left tire marks plus scratches its so frustrating maintaining your car and someone else comes and damages the car. Grateful the staff at AutoZone was able to help me out! They made my day😁

Why did I stand in line when there were 3 employees behind registers and only 1 other customer in the store with me? And they have a nerve to have now hiring signs at the door and throughout the store?? SmhAlways a disappointment. Next time I go to advanced auto, DIRECTLY across the street.

Im not one to make negative comments and I know that each worker are going thorough a rough time or day due to this pandemic and most are tried, I feel the same way sometimes. Not to get religious here are any but a prayer and this book I read or listen at night before bed: How to Win Friends and Influence People helps.

Answering the phone and at the front desk was Ricky I believe his name was, all around great guy, with a packed store and clearly a lot on his plate he was calm, collected, and nearly seemed to enjoy assisting me in my attempts to get my car ready for my trip in a hurry. The service tech was Antonio, this kid realized i was in a hurry and bent over backwards to get me on my way, he even went as far as to roll my spare I was getting fixed right over to my car because I hadnt seen the auto text and he saw me waiting in the parking lot. HIGHLY recommended. Cant be the prices, and honestly even if the prices were higher itd still be worth it at this place. Needless to say, with the customer support Im used to, this left me speechless with a smile. Thanks guys.

I was at the door at 730 AM in the morning when it opens in a hurry to grab something before I go to work, and an employee walks in and locks the door saying we open at 730. I proceeded to wait for about 10 minutes and still no one opens door. So I left and went down the street to advanced auto parts. Much better help and service there.

Terrible experience. Manager lied to me, told me my receipt was fake, and was generally belligerent. For my part I won’t be going back when there’s multiple alternatives within a stone’s throw. Parking is also cramped.

The staff is always helpful. I’ve had them out checking codes on my jeep and helping me with the new FOP I bought there. I like the little guy across the street too where I go for my husband but I’m mostly in Auto Zone.

Great service, they run a lot of tests & diagnostics for free. I had to buy a new battery & they offered the best warranty. The tech even installed it for me.

The first thing that they should teach the seller is respectful to the customer that it is that arriving at the counter with a mouth full of food that they cannot even greet the customer is not said not to eat because they are human beings but that they arrive with an empty mouth to lend great service2 not because the client does not know a good or perfect English does not give him the right to laugh at the deven have a little respect

The service sucks now and its entirely too slow! Their used to be a tall black gentleman manager with glasses at the Stratford location that ran the store great. But hes gone and now the store is as bad as the Bridgeport location. Im just going across the street to advance auto! Sorry, not sorry.

Not a clean place

Ive been to this store multiple time and never had an issue. Will never go there again! The unwillingness to help and the bother of them having to be there shows. Unacceptable customer service, in-store management is incompetent and confrontational.

A lot of the parts at AutoZone are superior to the competition. The hours that theyre open are absolutely wonderful. The only negative I could say is a lot of times the staff is overwhelmed with customers and its tough for them to keep up with it

I over payed for a car charger. almost the same that was made in China. I payed $106.00. On Amazon was selling for $39.00 yes $39.00. I am returning it in two days when my charger arrives from Amazon. I try to buy local but paying 3 times as much is a bit much

On Sunday 10:30 am alternator meter brook, they always had excuses to not helping you in this specific location unfortunately the closet one to my house. I went to advance auto cross street from them they check my alternator and I bought new from them and Im good to go.

Well the sales man who helped me was great but there test was wrong, altinater WAS bad and I broke down 24 hours later!🤬

Comparing to other AutoZones, the customer service here is slacking a bit. Every time I went to this location, they have 5 people working but only one helping customers AND working the register at the same time creating long wait times.

The prices are decent. If your looking for break pads you can purchase life time pads. All you need to do is keep your receipt or have an account with them and return the old pads after you replace them. Staff always seems under staffed but they are always helpful.

Very convenient parking and plenty of it for the most part. I gave it four stars because sometimes their inventory isnt quite up to par. The one in the Stratford all of a sudden has quite a bit of competition right across the street with Advanced Auto and OReillys Auto Parts.

Not happy! Went in their so they can check my elderly mothers check engine on her car to put computer in it. Lady that works their I spoke to she looks very beat up tired or weak and told me to go to advance auto because she wasnt going to do it and no ones else their to do it when theirs 3 other guys I saw. What a great service wheres the old school Business professionals at!

The store it self is ok But the employees need a complete over haul and retraining on how to adequately deal with the store when it gets busy.... some employees just hide in the back and are on their cellphone and when called on for assistance shout im busy back here.

It takes too long to Get parts

The person that helped me find the area I needed to look in was less than helpful. I did a little googling and found the part I potentially needed. When I got in line there was one other person in front of me. He waited several minutes after I got in line then walked out without making his purchase due to no cashier being at the counter. Several minutes later the peraon behind me walked out as well. I waited another minute or so with my anxious toddler to see if someone would come to the register and there was no one in sight other then a gentleman who was helping another guy order parts. I walked out without making my purchase as well.

I called to see if they had something in stock, they put me on hold and forgot about me. Not very nice, need to work on better customer service!

Found a discontinued bulb for me where advanced auto across the street led me on for a week. They win. Long lines.
