In the past they did good on a past vehicle we had. Today.......Soon as I go inside it smells like cigarettes. I didnt think too much about it at first but as I had to sit in there I realized the bald older guy was smoking behind the window. I swore the no smoking indoors businesses was still a thing.He seemed more interested in surfing the web than helping customers out. Anything else noticed I wont mentioned because wasnt there long enough to know for sure. The smoking though was more annoying than anything else. I know its mainly an auto shop but most Ive gone to now their employees walk outside to smoke. When you do smoke indoors that stuff gets on everything & lingers. This along with an ashe tray in the waiting room which had a few cig buts & ashes all over it & around it. Stars lost due the issues.Covid masks do come in handy for things dont they? Lol.

I went to them for a starter and also got three belts replaced. Receptionist was very helpful and answered all my questions. They did a great job. Car is a 97 Toyota Corolla and it starts up great. Price I thought was reasonable. I would recommend them.

I just had emissions testing done at this location. The office staff, I’m assuming the owner was very nice but the whole office smelled like an ashtray. While I waited for my emissions test, he was smoking and I had to stand outside in the cold. While exiting I told the gentleman that I was going outside because I couldn’t breathe and he just looked at me. The office is too small to have someone smoking attached to the waiting room. I left smelling like smoke.

Walked in to schedule an emissions test appointment, walked right out. Guy was flat-out rude. Drove to nearby Breezy Point Auto Repairs; completely different experience.

My wife brought her vehicle to be serviced and had one of her CDs stolen. This CD was purchased the day prior from Best Buy and she was listening to her newly purchased item on her way to Milex Auto Care. The service was completed and she proceeded to exit the lot and noticed that her player was empty and the case was missing as well. She asked the gentleman who serviced her vehicle, if he removed her CD. He was unable to make any eye contact with her and denied stealing the CD. She asked the manager to review their video in which he immediately stated unfortunately we are unable to review our videos. If you are taking your vehicle to be serviced at Milex Auto PLEASE REMOVE ANY ITEMS THAT YOU DONT WANT STOLEN.

Not the best service the labor price is pretty expensive. Almost 100$ just to hook up a scanner to my car when you can go to auto zone and they will scan your car for free. It used to be my favorite spot to go. Now I go to Shelton auto car

The smell of cigarette smoking in the waiting room is too much for not everyone wants to be exposed to second-hand smoke, cancers too much on the rise right . Service is good but thats second hand smoking has to go.
