Honestly the donuts deserve the 5star rating. The server/cashier was VERY UNFRIENDLY! She act as if she was too tired to work. Her eyes were almost closed. She didnt greet us with a Hello or Welcome not even a Thanks for coming Have a nice day after the purchase.....NOTHING! Why work at such a nice place and have such an awful attitude!?!??

This is my 2nd x going here this week. First time I chosed the cannoli donut. Was too too big for one person, best for two or more.

Asked for a bacon egg and cheese with extra cheese and hshbrown on the egg sandwhich my hashbrown was in a small bag not on my sandwich. Also how can you call this a bacon egg and cheese theres one piece of bacon. For the prices charged very disappointed.

There free water is good and the employees are somewhat good theres some good some bad but thats normal

Watch out Voodoo Donuts (a reference for my Portland friends) Donut Crazy has taken your game to the gourmet level. I dont know where to begin...so many choices, new offerings, and delicious combinations. Old fashioned cake style donuts and your average glazed style or stuffed donuts can be found. Go early, and try them all! But seriously, go early before the craziest ones are gone. My faves: brown sugar pop tart, black hawk, cookie dough, and gingersnap.

I went to this place because of the reviews that I read online. I order a lemon and sugar donut, which had no flavor and over priced $3.50 for one donut. The donuts had no flavor to it and the icing / frosting tasted stale. I will not go back; Ill have better luck at Dunkin Donuts.The ladies that worked in the shop were very nice and helpful. Great customer service but I will not go back for the 🍩.

I was so excited to try this place snd they definitely exceeded my expectations. The lattes were great (including the chocolate version that’s not on their official menu yet). One of the best places to get a breakfast sandwich is Donut Crazy. And their fun donuts aren’t just fun, but also delicious and huge! I wouldn’t get more than a few and share them if you can because they are so big, but definitely worth it. Not only are the donuts great and the breakfast sandwiches one of the best I’ve tasted, but the customer service is also great. The employees were very sweet when I went with my family. We were even laughing on our way out. I also love the location being the downtown Stratford area near a ton of other restaurants. So Donut Crazy makes for a great breakfast and dessert spot. If you haven’t been to Donut Crazy in Stratford, I recommend you do and not just for the donuts but also for the breakfast sandwiches and the drinks! Only downside is how small the restaurant is. So you might have to wait for a few minutes outside while people are making their orders. So they had people make their orders then wait in their cars for the order to be brought out. That way you’re not waiting forever outside.

Staff was very nice but they need more help there. They had 2 girls working in front and 1 in the back. They need 1 more person to help between the 2 in front and in the back cooking. It took 10 minutes for me to get 2 bagels with cream cheese/butter. Ended up getting the wrong thing but didnt look until I was already in the car. Heard the girl tell the guy next to me it was going to take about 35 minutes for a breakfast sandwich!

Great variety of both usual and unique donuts. Excellent bagels and one of the few places I know of to get a salt bagel. It can be busy in the mornings

Donuts I had were apple and key lime and both were very good. I was really disappointed with this location, no seating on a 95 degree day and I wanted fresh OJ and all they had was bottled barely cold. I wont return to this location. I will give another location a second chance

Ive been to 3 other Donut Crazys before coming here, and while I LOVE the one on New Haven, the other two werent on the up and up in my opinion (stale donuts and one of then even gave me expired chocolate milk...and turns out they knew it was expired 😑)...so I wasnt sure how this one would measure up to me. Sadly they didnt have Chocolate Milk on tap (one of my favorite things ever) but I will say the donuts were AMAZING. I had the Fluffernutter and shared the NY Cheesecake a few hours later with my guy. Both were incredibly fresh and delicious. My guy loved his Pumpkin Cinnamon Sugar one as well (Im not a pumpkin fan so for me it was yummy but not my cup of tea). The next time Im in the area I will definitely stop back for more donuts!

Love the iced coffee here and the staff is very friendly and pleasant. A little pricey but its totally worth it. Ive never had a burnt coffee for the past year Ive come to this place.
