This is my favorite Starbucks!! They always make my drink taste well and the staff is so friendly. Jeff is my favorite worker actually! Hes always so nice and helpful, and just makes your day so much better. The younger employees are like friends and make you feel so welcomed. I love how small the store is and the dimmed lights, it feels so calm here...kinda like Im in a cafe in France haha.

They do not pay attention, obviously not the company for this particular store it’s definitely the staff. they’re very young loud and unprofessional. don’t get me wrong, it’s one thing to have a store full of life that is welcoming and fun but it’s another thing to not actually do your job. I was waiting for my curbside order which they never fail to mess up. they took absolutely forever so i had to go inside every time. this most recent time i had to go inside i told them my name they told me my order wasn’t ready, my order was sitting on the counter right in front of their faces i waited about ten minutes for one barista to finally pick it up and say “ oh does anyone know who’s order this “ reads my name notices it’s the person that’s been standing there for ten minutes and finally hands me my drink. horrible service needs a better staff.

I dont like to give bad reviews but this deserves it. There were three girls at the time I went in and no customers except me..not even any of them say hi or Ill be right with you, waiting for 10min and then I got to order. The latte machiato tasted like late only. And the only reason I waited that long is bcus my daughter wanted a cake pop..

Everything about this was amazing such as the Hot Chocolate I had and how friendly they are as well! I would definitely come back again and again.

Friendly staff. However in my experience they are usually low on stock, or completely out of some products. Other than that and sometimes spelling my order with a K. The people and product are great.

Bad service as usual. One particular barista thinks her sh- doesn’t stink. It does though.

I went this Morning and purchased a venti Cappuccinon w soy milk after a wait they called my name and it slip and spilled all over the floor. After I help clean and it spilled on some of my clothes, I waited and no one asked me what I order, I asked if they were going to replace my order and they asked me for my name and said we dont have a Lenin in our orders. I was so disappointed that noone cared that the coffee spilled and no one cared. No replacement at all.I left as no one wanted to help me. Horrible service.

They make my drink wrong half the time (it’s only a chai w soy and an extra pump) & they aren’t crazy busy all the time so ig their baristas just don’t read the stickers, good customer service tho, just bad drinks

The attention to detail has really fallen of over the past year. Being handed multiple drinks in the drive-thru not in a tray. Multiple loose bags instead of putting them all in one nice handled bag like they used to. Missing items that were requested like cream cheese or butter. This location used to be so on point and they have lost their edge

Sad how this cashier right now and the other following workers.just had me standing around not seeking if I had my order or not. To start the cashier had no enthusiasm.these kids here where all under 30 with no skills how to please customers.whoever owns this place needs to watch their business a bit better.i come from out of town hoping to get a nice hot coffee with good customer service.i order 2 coffees but left with 1.so mad and irritated that I left.Crazy.

The decaf was basically hot water. The label said Americano but it was tasteless, and burned the ceiling of my mouth. The croissant was a bit better than ok. Do not buy decaf in the afternoon at Starbucks.

Decent Starbucks, only gripe is due to staffing from what I can tell. Pretty typical for corporate stores to run lean and service pays the price.

Very busy location, not overly friendly or accommodating staff. Long wait, employees walk away from registers without letting the line know when they will return. It is very clean and well kept. Was not asked if I wanted whipped cream for my frappachino, luckily I did and it was well made.

My son put in a application for the Milford store, and never got a response back

Perfectly made mobile order and great COVID accommodations.

Today I felt like the forgotten customer as I waited patiently for my latte which was hurried after the barista who took my order noticed that I was still waiting after customers came and went who were not online orders. Needless to say I had to reheat my latte after my walk.

To be honest, most of these drinks dont taste that great to me. The only drink I liked was the cookie crumble mocha frap, but thats a temporary drink. I wish that drink was permenant, it has so much potential!Though I dont know if the quality of the drinks are due to the wrong amount of coffee shots or the type of coffee used to make some of the beverages? It just tastes like expensive cardboard.The probability of change happening is probably slim, but I thought Id mention it. My taste buds just dont agree with your drinks, except for the cookie crumble. Come back cookie crumble, come back!!!!

The customer service was amazing and of course my fave frap was on point! The consistency of their product is what gets me every time.

They are still learning at this Starbucks. No stirrers ect. I still love Starbucks. But this one needs some of the Starbucks pros to go in and show them how its done.

First time there, barista was super nice and polite, literally in and out, coffee was great, and lots of parking unlike my local Starbucks :) Id say when it comes to coffee stop standards, they hit every key point!

A hot Dark Roast Coffee is the eye opener for me. Starbucks delivers all the time. Dont trust that first morning sip to the other guys!

I mean the staff here has always been friendly but this is the second day in a row where they have messed up my order. Like really bad. I understand it seems a lot of them are new employees but this is a nighrmare.

We come to this Starbucks often but today was a bad experience. The employees were openly complaining about either a customer or a coworker, but were going on and on talking about someone having the nerve to dump their venti drinks. It was unprofessional and not the service or behavior we would expect from a Starbucks. Also, our drinks had far more ice than ever before in them today.

Meeting with a future client so needed a meeting spot. Great service! Great drinks! Couldnt ask for more.

Starbucks usually puts forth a pretty polished experience and this place is in disrepair. The banquette seating in the back has been falling apart for years and the tables are all worn. I can understand things being dated but honestly, the bench is awful and not inviting. I am shocked that the management hasnt updated it. The music is usually too loud if I have my own head set on I can still hear it loudly through my headset. The people who work there are really nice for the most part. I would come here more often if it wasnt so run down. Its not up to Starbucks standards to me. Hoping they take this as constructive criticism. Thank you.

A nice place in a more blue-collar neighborhood, with good attentive personnel. There is no drive-through window service, but youll find the same familiar fine quality Cafe beverages and food offerings expected from Starbucks.

Great place to have your latte actually made right.

Although the people were nice (most of the time), on more than one occasion they never got my order right. I would ask them to correct it and it still wouldnt be right. It was always a 50/50 chance that by the third remake it would be correct (most of the time it still wasnt). It would be for the simplest thing like a chai tea, or an iced chai tea latte with no specific requirements like sugar/cream or shots of espresso. A caramel macchiato is very different from a tea, and thats what I got once. Very rarely did they get my order right the first time.

By far the most unprofessional and slowest Starbucks in the area. Drinks and food are never ready when ordered ahead. Staff is in a constant state of confusion. I asked for water and was ignored. Absolutely ridiculous.
